This false statement of yours re:shorting TRTC or other "penny stocks" has already been proven to be NOT TRUE.I dis-proved that for you a couple of weeks ago.Your opinion is NOT very honest at all.
I wish they would just work on getting the mj issue resolved and federally legalized before they start worrying about shrooms and other stuff. One step at a time, please. If they start trying to do too many things, than nothing will get done.Or could that be the plan from this lawmaker? Funny how the gov't was actually behind the invention and usage of LSD,while at the same time they were locking up users of naturally grown marijuana.Perhaps we should outlaw cashew nuts as they contain a poison that could kill you. Also,a poison called ricin is produced by castor beans.Outlaw them.FREE THE WEED,is what I'm trying to say. There's more important sh-tuff to worry about than persecuting folks who indulge in our GOD GIVEN MARIJUANA.
Really, the only one? You need to research that false statement better before posting your nonsense. And NO, I'm not going to do the work for you.I will say that YOUR STATEMENT IS FALSE, I-M-H-O.
It certainly does diminish the value, enjoyment or even entertainment value of the whole i-hub forum,IMHO.Meanwhile MJ is still NOT legal federally.BUT IT'S COMING and when that happens our patience with TRTC will be rewarded. That is for those of us who reside in the reality of the 21st century where science and knowledge actually mean something,as opposed to
your grandmothers "reefer madness" fear mongering based on paranoia and fear.IMHO, of course.
2019 could be a big year for marijuana reform in Congress
Published January 24, 2019 | By John Schroyer
(This is an abridged version of a story that appears in the January issue of Marijuana Business Magazine.)
The U.S. Congress always has been slow to act, but that’s been especially true for marijuana reform, which has been a stigmatized issue for decades.
As a result, cannabis companies have been waiting and hoping for years that Congress will take action to guarantee banking access to law-abiding marijuana businesses and ease the excessive tax burden from 280E.
Those hopes may actually be realized in 2019.
One of the biggest reasons for encouragement is a bill that many cannabis advocates believe could end up on President Trump’s desk: the States Act, which would formally leave marijuana regulation to the states instead of the federal government.
That single piece of legislation – while far short of what many MJ activists want – would be a “quantum leap” forward, in the words of Cannabis Trade Federation CEO Neal Levine.
Perhaps the foremost factor that could prove the dealmaker for marijuana reform in 2019 is the change in congressional makeup.
“A lot of the things that were stopping us in the past were chairmen in positions of power that just refused to engage at all,” said U.S. Rep. David Joyce, a Republican from Ohio.
I think someone needs to reboot the BOT as it's experiencing some technical difficulties, IMHO.
GOP Congressman Talks To Trump About Marijuana And Slams ‘Stupid’ Anti-Cannabis Republican Colleagues --Published 2 hours ago on January 18, 2019 By Tom Angell
A Republican congressman called his colleagues “stupid” for blocking marijuana research and spoke about his cannabis conversations with President Trump in a Fox Business interview on Thursday night.
“In every conversation I’ve had with the president about medical cannabis, he’s been very supportive,” Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) said in an interview with network host Kennedy. “But Jeff Sessions did so much to get in the way we really couldn’t get the ball rolling.”
The GOP congressman did say he’s hopeful about the prospects for federal marijuana reform under William Barr, Trump’s nominee to replace Sessions as attorney general.
During his Senate confirmation hearing this week, Barr pledged that he would not “go after companies” that have relied on Obama-era cannabis enforcement guidance that Sessions rescinded last year.
“I think it’ll be a lot easier when the White House is actually talking to the Department of Justice,” Gaetz said in the TV appearance. “Because of the Russia investigation, that relationship was so chilled that normal direction that a White House could give the department—allowing states to be able to experiment and really realize the full federalist model where they could try different things and best practices would emerge.”
“I think that you’re going to see more of that direction coming from the White House.”
Gaetz also slammed his Republican colleagues for simultaneously saying that we don’t know enough about marijuana to legalize it while at the same time refusing to change policies that hinder scientific studies that could shed more light on its effects.
“A lot of the older Republicans say, ‘well, there’s not enough research to justify rescheduling,’ and then they stand in the way of the research,” he said. “It’s so stupid that we won’t allow common-sense proposals because there’s not enough research and then they have laws that block the research. We should act like adults here.”
“Our government should be rushing to make that available to people rather than having stupid laws in effect that are related to antiquated dogmas rather than modern research.”
At the end of the day, the best way to fight addiction is to not get people addicted in the first place. If you have a lower likelihood of addiction with something natural like cannabis, our Government should rush to make that available.
Getz has previously revealed that he has discussed marijuana reform with the president in the Oval Office, but has been reluctant to provide details about the content of those conversations.
Earlier this week, the congressman filed a bill aimed at expanding marijuana research. During the last Congress, a previous version of the legislation became only the second standalone cannabis bill to be approved by a House committee.--

You got it,Prof--P-A-T-I-E-N-C-E.We'll get there.Just working our way over the Trump-Bumps.Too much damn distraction going on,Congress needs to take care of the PEOPLES' BUSINESS.
He did also say that he wouldn't interfere with the states, and it sounded like, even though he doesn't support it, he's imploring Congress to change the laws so there is no longer any question about it.Kind of like what Jeff Sessions was saying, the AG's job is enforcement of the laws on the books, not making the laws.CONGRESS has the power to change them and that's what we need to happen. Then there is no pressure on the AG to enforce federal prohibition.Hopefully Congress makes this a priority and executes the will of the people.
IMHO, With only 81 million shares issued TRTC seems grossly undervalued. With some Canadian companies carrying valuations of 5 or 10 BILLION dollars,TRTC is a tremendous bargain, IMHO.TRTC has built out a very nice footprint the past few years with many different facets including medical and recreational legal dispensaries, grow ops,and private label branded edibles and concentrates(IVXX), to name just a few of the ongoing operations.Very few, if any ,cannabis plant touching companies are showing any profit at this time.Especially U.S. companies, where things are still illegal at the federal level. This antiquated "reefer madness" way of thinking is quickly eroding and will soon be changed, IN MY HONEST OPINION.The old fairy tales about "the devil weed" that our grandparents were deluded into believing have been de-bunked and soon will go the way of the cavemen and women--into extinction. When federal legalization becomes law, TRTC will be a stock we'll all want to own.I'm on the train waiting to leave the station.Hoping some drunk policeman doesn't crash into my train.
Thanks for clarifying that fairy tale AC,with " THE WHOLE STORY INCLUDING FACTS".Seems the headline posted was pretty well cherry picked and scrubbed to try and help promote an archaic point of view re:cannabis legalization.Posters' time would've been better spent with family IMHO.
One can IMAGINE all kinds of "reefer madness" scenarios in ones little mind, but I guarantee it will not be anywhere near as many as are caused by drinkers or pill poppers.I propose we lock up all those who choose to appear in public with a BAC of .03 or higher.Imagine how many fewer fights, accidents,or domestic violence incidents we'd have to incur.Hmmm unicorns and rainbows are all that we'd see. Why so scared? ? ?
When MILLIONS of people engage in ANY kind of activity, there will be occasional mishaps that may result in injury or death.Does NOT mean that we should make everything illegal. Here's one of todays headlines-A man armed with a hammer and screaming gibberish stormed into a restaurant in Brooklyn, N.Y., on Tuesday evening, killing the chef and critically injuring two other people, police said.-- https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/crime/hammer-attack-at-brooklyn-restaurant-leaves-one-dead-two-%E2%80%98critical%E2%80%99-reports/ar-BBSj6zS?li=BBnbfcL&ocid=U452DHP ---
So I'm thinking we should outlaw hammers in the U.S. and incarcerate anyone caught possessing one. That goes hand in hand with your train of discriminatory,anti-MJ train of thought, IMHO.
"Look at the number of hours or days lost in quality time with ones family"--
---Now if that's not the pot calling the kettle black then I don't know what is,IMHO......... Sane marijuana policy from the gov will launch TRTC and the industry to new heights in 2019.YES, IT IS GOING TO HAPPEN contrary to the hopes of the "reefer madness" band of confused and angry old men.Their grip is slipping,IMHO.
Seems the potential AG is speaking a bit out of both sides of his mouth.
But the good part of it is this--"Barr said he wouldn’t pursue companies that comply with their state laws, but said “it’s incumbent on the Congress to make a decision” about the drug’s legality." ----
With reefer madness advocate Pete Sessions OUT,Congress finally does have the ability to work on changing the laws to what the people of the U.S. want. That is SANE marijuana policy that does not result in mass incarceration and ruined lives for smoking a joint.Pill popping, drunken lawmen may argue against it,but the people have/and are, speaking out for a new ,sane U.S. mj policy. Finally the politicians are also getting on board.
That's a heluva good recovery today for TRTC after the early morning profit taking.
Ha ha ha,does the BS never end ? "•At his confirmation hearing, Attorney General nominee William Barr said that he would not "go after" marijuana companies in states allowing cannabis use, adding that the current system (cannabis use and possession is illegal on the federal level) is "untenable."--Seems to be completely OPPOSITE of what you say.
•At his confirmation hearing, Attorney General nominee William Barr said that he would not "go after" marijuana companies in states allowing cannabis use, adding that the current system (cannabis use and possession is illegal on the federal level) is "untenable. Untenable is defined as something that cannot be maintained or defended.
Well you know that if you saw it on the internet then it MUST BE TRUE! ! ! LOL
SAN LEANDRO GRAND OPENING TODAY.That is AWESOME NEWS.TRTC is cranking up.Politicians can't climb aboard the legalization train fast enough. Not enough fingers to plug the holes in the dike of prohibition, she's gonna blow!Gonna be a good,no , GREAT YEAR for legalized herbal remedies."Reefer madness" paranoia lives in a diminishing few small minded folks.Education and legalization IS replacing the nonsensical propaganda that was ingrained into the minds of past generations.
As a rebuttle to those who claim NOBODY would try to short TRTC stock because "shorting any stock under 2.50 ill advised and simply not worth it.....IMHO ",interesting article posted on i-hub about another stock being shorted with a MUCH lower pps than TRTC--
#$MJ - SHORT SQUEEZE ALERT With Bullish Rating and Reported As Most Shorted Stock By To REGSHO Data
New York, NY -- January 9, 2019 -- InvestorsHub NewsWire -- (USOTC:US#$) current PPS at $0.0008 x $0.0009 (as of the writing of this report) The PPS reached $0.0015 with a substantial trading volume over $0.001. At the same time, the short volume collected in FINRA’s REGSHO data and reported by OTCShortReport puts #$MJ on the most shorted OTC stocks list. I'd have to say that destroys the argument that "NOBODY would try to short TRTC stock".IMHO,of course.
HempAmericana Partners with High Times to Kick Off New CBD Marketing Campaign at the NYC Cannabis Film Festival
NEW YORK, NY, January 9, 2019 (CannaInvestor NewsWire) – HempAmericana, Inc. (OTC: HMPQ) (“HempAmericana” or the “Company”) is thrilled to announce that it has partnered back up with High Times, the legendary leading brand in cannabis culture since 1974, as the Company kicks off its marketing campaign ahead of the start of full-scale CBD production at its state-of-the-art high capacity extraction and production facility in Augusta, Maine.
As a start, the Company will join High Times as a sponsor at the 4th Annual High Times New York City Cannabis Film Festival (the “Festival”) this weekend, January 13, 2019. The Festival, now in its fourth year, completely sold out all three prior events. This year, coordinators are planning to double that attendance level with extra capacity, making it one of the most important events in the cannabis, CBD, and hemp community this year.
CEO, Salvador Rosillo stated, “We are very excited to be working with the brilliant High Times team again in a larger scope. We worked with them last year, and that was extremely productive. We recently started our extraction and production operations at our Augusta facility. After two long years of preparation, overcoming countless obstacles along the way, we are finally set to launch our full-scale CBD production activity. It will be tremendous to make an initial splash at this year’s Festival, which has become one of the top marketing events in terms of direct access to our central distribution footprint and end market. We look forward to discussing the future of HempAmericana, our upcoming product line, and our expansion plans with other prestigious guests at the event, including the folks from Forbes, Esquire, Vice, and others.”
High Times is perhaps the world's leading cannabis media, events, and information platform. The brand has been a leader in the cannabis and marijuana space for over 40 years, consistently setting the standard and blazing the trail forward. Management believes that strong exposure for HempAmericana across this platform and throughout its diverse media universe provides an explosive catalyst for connecting the Company’s high-quality CBD products with an eager and expanding marketplace.
“Now that we are at the heels of full production, we are ready to aggressively ramp up our branding activity, while continuing to offer our shareholders full visibility and transparency,” continued Mr. Rosillo. “Joining forces with High Times as our major marketing partner over coming quarters is a powerful way to kick off sales and brand recognition in this explosive market.”

In addition, the stock has registered increased average transaction volume recently, with the past month seeing 26% beyond its prior sustained average level. Having a dispensary up and running in San Leandro is the perfect way to start off 2019 by increasing Terra Tech’s distribution channels in such a sought-after location. I will be speaking alongside Mayor Cutter at the event where I will touch upon the significance of this location and how it will help accelerate the growth of our company.

Absolutely true,I simply wanted to point out a certain "wolf in sheep's clothing" for anyone new who may be watching this board. Those in the know realize great things are in store for TRTC specifically and the MJ industry at large.Pete Sessions is OUT and real discussion about sane mj law across America can now proceed.Leaps and bounds for the US mj industry this year.

I'd have to say that destroys the argument that "NOBODY would try to short TRTC stock".IMHO,of course.
A certain demographic of angry old men who will be forever bound to the "reefer madness" propaganda which was burned into their youthful brains. They will never be swayed by current facts or science stating anything positive about MJ.Nosiree, that doesn't fit the agenda.I think some TRTC/BLUM products would do wonders to help ease their anxiety and anger. And no,I don't mean smoking 2 joints at once, especially when it's your first time as stated previously by one BIGLY anti-rec poster.IMHO, of course.
Terra Tech Corp (OTCQX:TRTC), an integrated cannabis-focused agriculture company, was also a big gainer Monday. The company recently said it has made a $5 million investment in Hydrofarm Holdings Group Inc to take an ownership stake in the longest standing specialty indoor garden wholesaler in the US.
Shares were up 19.15% at C$0.73.
Hydrofarm is one of the leading independent providers of hydroponics products in North America and recorded over $250 million in revenues in 2017. https://www.proactiveinvestors.com/companies/market_reports/212096/buds--duds-shares-up-across-the-board-terra-tech-and-namaste-technologies-jump-212096.html
Another strong day for us here in TRTC land. Two MAJOR BIGLY up days.Let's hope this is the beginning of a long upward trend.Got a ways to go but every long journey begins with a few steps forward.
The "BLUM ROOM" Cannabis and Vaping Lounge.
SWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEET,thanks for posting those Nuleaf pics BP.Looking absolutely DELICIOUS!!!
That's a nice insider purchase.
You ,my friend, are part of the group that constantly brings up the past of certain individuals involved in TRTC. Whether they are true or not. MANY of those statements have been debunked time and time again.I stated FACTS about said plaintiff, using her very own words.YES,ones character does matter.
I didn't attack anyone,I simply wanted to clearly state some FACTS concerning the "character" of the person bringing on the lawsuit.I'm sure a lot of folks are not aware of the past of the plaintiff.IMO it sure looks like it could easily be an attempted "money grab" on her part.Definitely ol' Heidi has a very shady resume'of her life, which reflects greatly on her character and should absolutely make everyone question her motives on this lawsuit.
Yes pill popping ,booze swilling, fat old white guys can't get the "reefer madness" BS out of their skulls and they hereby determine that a natural herb-MARIJUANA- that has been in use for thousands(TENS of thousands?)of years is bad for all of mankind.WHAT IS WRONG with this picture??? Yeah, let's get the population hooked on opioids and other chemicals instead.God forbid they smoke a little NATURAL herb.ANYBODY with half a brain can do minimal research and learn that pills and alcohol are FAR MORE DANGEROUS than NATURALLY GROWN marijuana. Both for ones own health as well as being a danger to others there is simply NO COMPARISON.PILLS AND BOOZE KILL! MJ plain and simply DOES NOT.TRTC is one of the companies looking to help overturn the man-made stigma against the "reefer madness" crowd of aging, old repressive politicians and so-called lawmakers.IMHO.
I hear that Heidi's next "job" will be working with Santa Clause. She's gonna be a very well qualified ho' ho' ho'(yeah I had to go there, tis the season). And yes,I do my best to only print facts. Those quoted lines were all excerpted from her book.
Quote from the wh%r# in question re:the frivolous lawsuit--"Whatever I’ve gotten my entire life, men gave it to me." -- "I met an Italian businessman in the “construction” business named Armand, an older man. I never had the concept of mistress in my mind. I was 20, so I simply thought he was being generous and giving me jewels and envelopes stuffed with $100 bills.
I thought he was doing so well in the construction business when he set me up in an apartment. But I only found out when I broke up with him that he had three or four of us girls set up in apartments in Manhattan. Of course he was not in construction. He was a racketeer that the FBI was after." - -on dating Elvis "You know I did get pregnant, and I opted to get an abortion, which he took care of — I was only 18 at the time."--
So she definitely sounds like a GOLD DIGGER trying to scam some more moolah from a man,but she's no longer good looking enough to trade her "favors" for cash.IMHO.And apparently Derek just said NO.Good for him.
Terra Tech strongly denies these allegations and would like to highlight that these are only allegations by a business partner which have not been proven. The Company maintains that, after a full vetting of relevant facts, Terra Tech will be fully vindicated. Terra Tech also intends to pursue numerous counter-claims against Ms. Hegerich. The Company was recently engaged in a previous lawsuit against Callow Distribution LLC in which the Company was awarded approximately $949,000 and can be read in the form 8-K which was filed with the SEC on December 17, 2018.

Perhaps Derek spurned her sexual advances. Ya know "hell hath no fury like a woman scorned."She has described herself as a business executive, real estate developer and self-described ‘mistress to the rich and famous."’
On a local note, there was recently a local suburban Chief of police (Kenmore)who got busted for feeding his pill addiction via the pill drop off box at the station.Odds of him going to prison? Slim to none of course.Probably be forced to resign while still collecting his pension and feeding from the public teat.Wonder how many folks he had locked up thru the years for possessing the "demon weed"? Hipocriticaly disgusting it is.
Not according to some of the prognosticators here,it's still the cause of all things evil in the world.Reefer Madness lives in some of the less educated minds of the world.Fortunately the world is changing its stance on that thinking, for the most part.I say there's more than enough other crap going on in the world, than to worry about what one is smoking or drinking in the comfort of their own home.
