FOM$ filed an effective S-3 this morning. This could get interesting real quick with the cream used for acne.
OWCP mentioned next to GWPH and INSY, seems we're close here folks!

I like the sound of that! Great find!
I think I will put 100 share sell orders in from 25cents on up to about $1.00.That way this can't gap up on the news coming regarding the financing, publishing data, and the safety study of the cream. Followed by the tablet, and more news on the MM study.
Because that is all a shorty will be able to say after all that great news...... "they gotta fill that gap! " Take that gap talk out and they got nothing.
Good times ahead here longs! OWCP must announce soon who their financing came from.... then lots of news to follow.
Haha I just about missed your message at the bottom of your post! I concur, seems to me things are about to pop here.
I concur, they have a patent portfolio getting larger by the month. A team built to run what is going to become a world leader in Mmj biopharma.
Yes, we need some news with substance. But I believe that will happen on or before the 10q is due in May.
We have an opportunity here NTVA to really make a difference. Let's get them shares registered and move forward.

Moxa?? Absolutely that is one of them! It used to be on their website and got taken down when their 2017 presentation went up. This is the big reason I always thought Hirsch joined because of FOM$ failed phase 3 study about a year ago. Hirsch joined just 3 months after that failure.
Funding is coming from a large American Company. I don't think FOM$ fits that profile. But, they definitely fit the profile to fund a study with acne.
The MM study is moving forward, a few months ago it was dependent on funding. FOM$ doesn't really fit the description of someone who would fund that. There will be a big player announced, and possibly smaller players after that, like FOM$
Things are about to get real here.
If you're talking about FOM$, yes. Since his involvement here they have done some things with their shares and officers have changed positions. Then many form 4's have been filed in the past 3 months. A classic set up of a partnership/takeover in the making. Some officers want nothing to do with it, others embrace it and join.
What are they after? It is no secret OWCP claims the cream will be a new product to treat acne. Acne is the exact thing FOM$ is developing to treat. Say what you will, but this makes perfect sense, especially after FOM$ failed phase 3 trial on Acne. They need what we have, do your DD people!
I like this. It really shows what and how this process works for investors. Great DD, thx!
6 to 10 million
Adding to that, find a Mmj biopharma company that has more then one product heading into phase 2 trials. A sleeping giant OWCP is.
Alain Baker is the permanent CEO now. Unless they find someone more qualified which I doubt they will. And yes, they need to get them registered!
I will not dispute that fact. It's getting time.
Gary, this is the best conversation I've had on I-hub in a long time. Thank you for your opinions, they're welcomed! Have a great Easter!
Gary, that's a great break down of how this could all unfold. Here is my reasoning for saying this will be a $4 to $7 stock in the near term. Longterm obviously much higher.
GWP$ has about a 3 billion dollar market cap with just two drugs in orphan drug status I believe. So if you figure their market cap is based on a billion dollars per product and the other billion is due to having patents, and hype for being the first company to do what they're doing, we can break down and identify where we might be one day.
Owcp will have not one but two products that will go through human efficacy studies by the year 2020. This in theory would create a 2 billion dollar market cap by that point, or $14 a share. Markets start to price in many months or even a year before such events.
This is just my opinion.
There are a lot of big players on the board of NTVA. Millionaires and even a billionaire! Add their scientific studies taking place, all of which will be going for orphan drug status and we have a winner here.

We currently have six studies we're going for orphan drug status. Let's say 2 out of the six get accepted. In theory, that would give us a 2 billion dollar market cap. Let's assume we have dilution going on, and the share count raises to 50 million for easy figuring. This would create a share price of $40 per share.
Will this happen in 2018 or 2019? Highly doubtful. But, it could happen in 2020 and beyond as some of these studies reach into the human efficacy stage.
This is just my opinion, but one worth thinking about.
Second quarter should be when OWCP starts to show why they are going to be a big deal in this young, new industry.
FINANCE DEAL ANNOUNCED, possibly big pharma
SAFETY STUDY COMPLETE, about time! Ha ha
With our new CSO I expect things to progress at a much more robust pace here. I also expect more updates in the area of the Multiple Myeloma study.
GLTA
I agree, a solid team! I still believe we hear about their financing deal by May 15th when their 10Q is due. They must disclose where it came from in that report I believe. All hell breaks loose for share holders then. The new era of OWCP starts at that point.
The 10q will be the one to watch IMO. This should reveal who the company is they have secured funding through. I don't think the 10k will show this unless the money was exchanged last year.
I was a little off on my timing as I believed this would've started by January 1st of this year. Better late then never, let the games begin!

It's nice to see on their website that it no longer says the MM study is subject to having enough funding to move forward. This lines up with what Hirsch said about our new CSO and funding. She will be able to accelerate this study moving forward is what he said at the conference.
I 100% agree with that!
They did 8-k his resignation Thursday, or are you saying to come out and say this NTVA is not the same as the Intiva lll he used???
I'm completely confident in the direction the company is heading. Yes, I was not at all pleased about the delay of the safety study. What I am pleased about is they're and will be speeding their studies up through this fianancing deal to be announced.
I also believe FOM$ will be taking some sort of stake here just for acne reasons as their company is focused on that.
This is a biopharma company, there will be frustrating delays, and days of excitement when deals are landed.
That is a true statement Moxa, they are legally two different entities. You can check out a lot of start up companies and see many take that path.
Anyone listed after the advisory board on their website belongs to the subsidiary. Yes, the same person could be doing both. Hope this helps clear things up a bit.

The Mother ship always controls the stock.
https://study.com/academy/lesson/wholly-owned-subsidiary-definition-advantages-disadvantages.html
This could get to be a hot stock this summer with just one or two announcements of getting our BTM's stationed in a couple locations!
I've seen comments about Ziv being connected to this SEC deal with Freiland. It doesn't matter if he was or wasn't and here's why:
When Ziv was fired they issued an 8-k, not cause they had to but because they wanted to for clarity.
If you belong to a subsidiary you are not a legal part to the business.
Plain and simple, Ziv belonged to our subsidiary, in the event he did do foul play the parent company ( OWCP) in this case is not legally bound to his actions, if they were realized.
. Although a subsidiary might be wholly-owned, the subsidiary is a separate and distinct legal entity from the parent company. ... it is the role of the subsidiary's directors, and not the parent company, to manage the affairs of a wholly-owned subsidiary.
Sounds interesting. It's a good thing I can hit the buy or sell button any time I trade so I don't become one of them stuckholders.
What is a stuckholder?
I'm personally glad our shares are locked up when this deal with Freiland went down. It will give everyone time to digest this.
He was the weakest link in this company when you compare the people in it. I look forward to a new and brighter future here with a temp CEO and then a better permanent one.
John, they did know about Ziv's shady dealings which is why Owcp has taken him to court after his firing.
https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/nyscef/ViewDocument?docIndex=xuQGoZ3D/HXMcrgntDvCmQ==
John, Owcp received notification from a lawyer that they defaulted on a payment which brought to light that these shares from Kodiak could be dumped into the market. I'm honestly not sure how it works if Frieland deals with a disbarred lawyer and TA. I doubt though company officials would've all been notified like the kodiac issue.
Regarding strange trading, absolutely! I think you are spot on with that! I've been watching the L2 scratching my head wondering wth is going on.
Who pumped the other mmj plays I was in and some that I was watching?
Read this over and over please until you understand it.
. As we have stated in our 8-K filing of today, we are neither a party to the pending SEC action against a former adviser to the Company, nor is the Company alleged to have been a party to nor had any knowledge of the purported scheme by the former adviser, who is the subject of the SEC action.
You see, you can't have an ongoing investigation into someone who has never been charged.... OWCP
I've read that already.... it's ongoing against Frieland, not the company.
It's called waiting for IP protection before releasing data. You out of all people have said we have no IP so you should understand this. You just can't have it both ways.
