You wouldn’t have to worry about waiting in line there from what I’ve heard lately
Expansion that will cost them more than they take in like all the others. They sign the most ridiculous agreements I have ever seen.
Is that property in Vegas over 3 million dollars? If so, Derek will probably use the stockholders’ money to buy it.
No, I don’t because I’ve heard the same thing with rec in NV. Revenue means nothing when you spend 7 million more than you take in.
That 10 million is insignificant. The net loss is going to be around 7 mil again basically wiping out the cash reserve. Dilution on the way!
You act like those “brands” are worth anything. They are no name brands that aren’t even an afterthought in the markets they are in.
Dbrown... just a minor detail though right? Haha... This company doesn't need money to operate.
Funny... I've been hearing how this stock was going to "sky rocket" for the past 2 years. Are they getting these rockets from North Korea?
It's not about what I like or dislike. It's about teaching these new investors about the real TRTC and how to actually make money off this company.
Sleeper, TRTC is out of money basically after Q4. Where do they get it from?
Nevada will post lower revenues Q4. California stores will have more competition then everyone thinks and expenses will skyrocket offsetting any revenue gained.
Green Mountain, you obviously haven't read the fine print on the R/S. Your shares get consolidated but management has permission to sell the remaining shares that they just consolidated. Example... 990 million gets split to 99.9 million. There are still 990 million shares allowed to be sold according to the filing. Dilution will drop your pps tremendously.
I can judge them based on what happened in Nevada. Revenue increased and expenses did too.
So are you saying that the management team is lying on their balance sheet?
Bell, I appreciate that you are one of the rare ones on this board that “get it”. Thank you!
Briar... TRTC has $58.9 million in intangible assets on their books, 1/2 of which is “goodwill”. They only have about $29.8 million in “real” assets. Not a great return for all the money stockholders have shelled out.
Form 4's to be released at 5pm. Michael James 500,000+ shares. Over/under?
What statement???
Grizzly, not sure what article you are referring to.
Read Mags post so you can educate yourself.
I didn’t post any info.
I took most of the profits I made off here and invested in Mastercard and Visa. They are legacy companies that are making so much money they don't know what to do with it. And if the fed lifts the rec ban, guess what people will use to buy their weed with?
87.6 million in "assets"
Intangible Assets, Net: $28.9 million
Goodwill: $28.9 million
Total intangible assets = $57.8 million
$29.8 million in "real" assets if that number isn't cooked too.
Not according to the short info Mags posted. They are in total control of this stock right now.
Industry, you act like getting the license is big news for TRTC. It was basically a formality. The only thing that could have come of this was TRTC not getting it because CA investigated their books and the stock price plummeting to single digits.
Yujah... nothing in life is handed to you. You are blinded by false hope. I bet you are the same type of person that plays Powerball all the time thinking today will be your day. TRTC preys on people who are looking to "strike it rich" without actually putting the hard work in to earn it. If there is a positive thing I can say about Derek it is that he worked hard so that he could be in a position to be able to take shareholders' money. He has built a company which from the outside, appears to have a sense of legitimacy. So did Bernie Madoff though.
SEC to investigate TRTC over insider trading/false reporting?
Sleeper, doesn't help when they are probably #1 in net losses too.
Or Pro making money vs. Pro letting money sit around for years doing nothing
Better look closer at those assets and magnify the "goodwill".
Sleeper, if all of these things being presented are "myths", why is this stock failing so miserably?
Mags, it is useless trying to show these cheerleader facts. They ignore every piece of important contractual info and just continue to chase that dangling carrot.
Yujah, you should have just flown to Newport Beach and handed your money directly to Michael James. He will be the next one to cash in. Just watch!
I bet Derek volunteered to give up his million shares to Gladstone just so he could look like a hero while cashing in. Gladstone better act fast and sell or he might lose money by holding once they issue more shares
Michael James is due for another form 4 very soon.
You overpaid Briar. Congrats on buying in at .25!
Poor500, keep thinking like that with this company and you'll soon be Poor -500.
This is the one Mags. Thanks!
Mags, I remember a little while ago you posting about cultivation sites that weren't operational yet and funds were blown on. Do you still have that info? I think it would be good after the form 4's to enlighten people on what is really happening within the company.
STOCKHOLM SYNDROME!!!
