The Pocket ID2 was introduced at about the same time as the iG4 which was a desperate time for CDEx, a company introducing a new, washed up CEO and on the brink of bankruptcy.
CDEx and their online stock promoters told blazen lies during that period trying to salvage their once profitable scam. That video is just one of the many CDEx communications which clearly demonstrates the extent in which they mislead investors imo.
In fact, as time passes the false and misleading information disseminated by CDEx and its promoters has become more and more obvious.
I don't believe that any of those products were ever produced other than for marketing props and they certainly did not work as advertised.
I think PP investors know they got ripped-off. That's too bad because with a little DD they would have known not to touch this investment/scam with a ten foot pole.
On the positive side I can say one thing, these CDEx scamsters are certainly good PROP MASTERS.
I'll work for CDEx if they're willing to pay me a salary of 150k/yr plus bennies- first year paid up front.
If they want me to actually produce results make it 225k/yr.
Oh yeah, and an open tab on pizzas from our friend next store.
I have new information that the investigation of the Loch/CDEx scam is still ongoing.
Isn't it interesting how there's only one poster on this board that consistently calls other posters 'liars' and that poster is a known CDEx promoter, insider and hawk.
That's how CDEx rolls I guess.
What a swell little hole-in-the-wall company out there in that small shopping mall in Tucson next to our friends at the pizza place. lol
Are you padding yourself on the back pennstreet, according to the BK documents YOU are the "angel investor".
"held al my shares up and down.... 5.99 was a nice hit that day....
my bad for not selling gravey...."
Mine too! The Loch insiders spread a rumor that no one was going to to sell until it hit 10.0, then Boone dumped two million shares at near peak and the party was over.
"One has to wonder why a few try so hard to see that 1000's of shareholders lose every penny they have invested and continue to invest."
Certainly those few that you speak of are the greedy Loch/CDEx insiders that allowed honest investors to lose 99% of their investment.
How many of those investers that have lost virtually everything continue to invest? Probably one or two if that. The last remaining are PP investors that I have no doubt wish they never heard of CDEx as they have watched their investments dwindle down to nothing.
So who's making all the money? Where did the 40 million dollars go? Loch/CDEx insiders of course.
The web of lies disseminated by CDEx and its on-line stock promoters have contradicted each other for years. Nothing new there.
If potential PP prospects did their DD this scam would have folded years ago.
The lies always come to the surface.
I believe that in the BK documents CDEx claimed to have three iG4's. How many do they now claim to have in hospitals (let's call them ihops for 'imaginary hospitals') around the country?
So how many additional iG4's would they have had to build since the BK proceedings to deliver units to the ihops? And why wouldn't they have announced these units like they did with the unit that they allegedly shipped to that international medical research company two years ago?
Their story stinks- all 100% BS.
They still can't get it to work as originally advertised- their still trying to buy time imo.
Their scam is falling apart on them.
He didn't do anything, it's just pennstreet making up stories as usual. I wish I had a nickel for every story this self proclaimed CDEx know-it-all spins to try and make these losers sound important.
So predictable. Funny stuff!
Just goes to show you can't believe anything coming from these CDEx jokers. And that PR from the 2011 ASHP show wasn't an expectation, it was announced as a statment of fact- a flat out lie.
Like I said earlier, the truth always finds its way to the surface.
These scamsters are truly disguisting.
"Because the truth is just that, the truth, and those who have dishonored their duties, or decided that they have no obligation to honor their word or signature have only themselves to blame."
I side with with those that tell the truth about the CDEx scam and not try to keep it tucked away in a box, duties be damned.
The truth always surfaces with this scam and those that expose the truth are good and will always triumph over the lying scam artists.
Well said Crow. CDEx knows damn well not to attempt any action that would open up pandora's box.
"I have no doubt that those who have made the actual changes in the leadership at Loch and Cdex are morons."
Morons, really? those that made the leadership changes are MORONS?
I guess one would have to be a moron to bring such an unqualified person with a tainted record into a leadership role.
Good grief!
I'm looking at a bid that's higher than the ask! LOL
No need for an explanation John if you cannot figure it out on your own by now.
Besides, that quote just explained it perfectly- right on target.
I see that the drummer boy is trying is blame the demise of this scamco on the bashers. LOL
The only thing one has to do is read the expectations this scam has published over the years and compare that with results down the line. It'a a joke
Then there's the flat out lies.
And that's putting it nicely.
There's nothing good to say about this scam except for one thing, they've been getting the SEC filings in on time since Jeff took over as CEO, and the drummer boy has already beaten that one to death- That's the only positive thing he's got!
To watch a scamco which has ripped off so many investors die on the vine just pains my achie breakie.
That's what pennstreet said Crow, they had to wait until the boys could include some good 'expecting' along with the financials.
Of course, they have their stock promoter publish the 'expecting' on the boards for shareholders to read. That is the part pennstreet thinks shareholders would like, but as it turned out it was viewed as the same BS, new filing.
Speaking of stock promoters, where's capnmike been? He hasn't posted any updates on the iG4 patent application. I wonder if they've gotten past the 'unique algorithm' part of the disclosure, you know, the part where they're suppose to actually explain how it works. LOL
Well, as pennstreet says, "... a never-been-built-before product will only be finished when it does exactly what it has been advertised* to do."
* Pennstreet actually used the word 'designed', not 'advertised', but advertised is a much more appropriate word. Also. instead of the wordy 'never-been-built-before', I think 'imaginary' works better.
Key words: G4, advertised, imaginary, hocus pocus
I gotta agree with you Crow, these scamsters do have 'cheek' to continue to publish their expectations in what is suppose to be a financial document.
The shareholders I've spoken with agree, same ole BS, new filing.
Also, same ole phantom companies with absolutely no claimed events which can be confirmed.
All a crock of sheet if ya ask me.
Cheek, yes they have.
looks like they're using the SEC filing as free advertising to sell some expectation which has always been pure BS.
Didn't hav me spectacles on, thought da price was .0015, I'm thinkin' I'll wait me a week or two fer da price ta be more pleasin' to the eye.
Anyways, need ta put some sidin' on da flatbed fer da haulin'
ISN'T IT EXCITING! What a deal, I'm backing up the truck right now! Get out of my way Demmo!
And I say "Jeffie" to illustrate my total lack of respect for the CDEx CEO. They really got desparate when they brought him on board!
Probably, no one wanted a bankruptcy under their belt so he was choosen as the patsy.
I always got a laugh on how pennstreet and capnwow tried to build up his image. An impossible task for a two-time business failure and high school dropout.
Well at least he allegedly got a GED. I'll give the him that.
"Lacking a filing, if none is done, will result in CDEX being relegated to the pinks. Or chap 7, or something."
Crow, you know that Jeffie always files on time. That GED he was awarded has served him well. What a brilliant man.
That statement is absolute garbage coming from a stock promoter with nothing left to promote, or equivalently, no more lies that are even remotely believable.
The Loch/CDEx scam is kaput, the fat lady singeth.
Yes Sir, "dead men tell no tales" and I'll tell ya, those two CDEx stock promoters that seemed to have suddenly vacated this board told some pretty far-fetched tales!
Down right spit-in-the-dirt lies, mostly!
No news from CDEx? I guess that just means they're not lying! LOL
Merry Xmas to all, even the unscrupulous Loch/CDEx stock promoters that have been either flat out lying, or posting wild speclulation about this scam for years.
I think it's time that they do a little soul searching during this holiday season.
OT: I also thought it was on the 7th but sassy corrected me a few years back. Her birthday is hoy...
... HAPPY BIRTHDAY SASSY!
Hey Kidd, ya had ta wish sassy happy b-day a day early just ta snake me didn't ya?
Nevertheless, happy birthday Sassy_frasse!
P.S. It's not official unless you use her complete alias.
"Pure diddy, just like your and Cisco's proclamation of CDEX stock diluted to 2150"
I was corrected on that figure some time ago. The Loch -> CDEx transition which resulted in a 1 for 45.3 stock exchange included the 1:5 CDEx R/S so the actual dilution was 1:430, not 2150.
"CDEX booth 1053 Right across the isle from McKesson booth 849."
I'm sure Mckesson will have a good laugh when they see CDEx still advertising 'the dream machine' with the same prop still performing the same limited demo after three years.
..or is it "dead as a doornail".
"CDEX is truly dead."
Well, it doesn't look like they're attending the ASHP midyear show in Orlando, FL. At least they aren't listed as exhibitors that I can see.
Probably too busy closing deals and signing contracts from all the business that "came down the pipe" from the last show! LOL
Dead as a door knob.
"Plus the booth clowns will be no doubt passing out copies of all those "trade magazines" that have the rave revues in them of the cdex junk.'
Sounds exactly like the type of sleasy tactic the CDEx scamsters would do, pay for an ad in a trade magazine praising the features of the iG4. Reading an advertisement in a magazine gives the CDEx junk a false sense of legitimacy- at least more than the clowns in the booth can generate.
Reminds me of the 4 pages of an alleged 42 page G4 instruction manual that CDEx published on the USPTO website. Placed there two years ago and broadcasted over the internet by their stock promoter to generate PP sales.
These tactics are classical LOCH/CDEx tricks of the scamster trade.
"...the CAP"N tried some half-hearted attempts to stir them. did not work.
When a CDEx stock promoter desperately tries to convince readers that all the stars are going to aline and everyone at the ASHP will be talking about the iG4... well that is not only highly speculative, it goes well beyond that. It's a desperate attempt to hype a non-existent product which CDEx has lied about for three years.
Foolish is another operative word.
Word is that people are dumping.
What does CDEx need tax credits for, they've taken in 40 million dollars in 13 years with nothing to show for it but failed products, debt and bankruptcy.
They need to show a profit to take advantage of tax credits, something that the CDEx scam artists will NEVER do.
Where are the "magical" G4's and who is building them, not the old vendors listed as "creditors" in the BK court documents.
I think CDEx is a blatant scam and there aren't any functional G4's on the planet Earth.
"There is a pretty sophisticated phone system in the CDEX office."
I seriously doubt that, but whatever 'answering machine' they do have, it doesn't do a bit of good unless you return the calls.
Jeff isn't at home in Ramona, California, well he musta just stepped out for awhile or taken a little vacation after all the hard work he's put in at CDEx. Exactly what does he do again?
One thing is for sure, he isn't at the shop in Tucson.
And why doesn't anyone answer the phone there? That's no way to run a two-bit scam!
