The price action has nothing to do with the value of ELTP. SP has nothing to do with the true value of ELTP. SP has been manipulated every possible way you can do it- so much so there must be a better term to describe it than SP. NH is looking at the real value down the road when ART is given the green light by the FDA. NH is thinking $5 plus not .30. In a matter days it could go from .30 to several dollars easily. Now if your a daytrader then it is a different story.
I would not question the ability to get a partner. Many offers have been made to my understanding with NH telling us exactly that. I just want one who is willing to pay the right price with the right terms. Remember the partner is buying a manufacturing process and they would want to have many drugs as well that could take advantage of this process.
Moneytree- There will be delays. It happens all the time in this industry. Look at Embeda. That is what NH was trying to convey. The ball is in their (FDA's) court. He has done all he can do for now. He really is fulfilling his end of the bargain better than I have ever seen. He conferred with the FDA all along the way bringing them into the process very early- only someone who has dealt with the FDA and has had a lot of experience would know how best to approach this. He brought in Camargo as well. Camargo is well respected so it goes beyond just NH and what ELTP says. NH has built a great case for ELTP with the FDA. He has brought in 3 more well experienced people who also are known entities with the FDA. But even in spite of all of this great prep work and laying the ground work by NH there will be delays. At least the FDA said they would expedite matters as they could. The FDA has also been prepping and laying ground work with their PR's about goals and expediting apps. THis will give further support to the FDA if they decide to further expedite things with ELTP. Remember ART is a delivery process that can be applied to many drugs not just narcotics.SO this is a big thing for the FDA. Be patient. You will absolutely regret for the rest of your life for giving up and selling out too early. Compared to inventing a new drug and going through all the steps this is a breeze. The FDA is really just concerned about the delivery system not the actual drugs themselves. Many people have written these same thoughts on this board.
Snup- This will change once the FDA gives us the go ahead. NH just playing it safe.
nokoolaid- Your suggestion is a great idea. It only takes roughly 12 weeks I believe to do the post test. I understand it will be roughly 6-8 months for official ART approval. An additional positive result in the post test may speed up the process even more. I am sure the FDA does not want another Embeda disaster for sure.
Dr. L. Since I am one of the dummest posters on this board and I am such a slow learner would you kindly repost the data for me. Thanks so much.
34 years of experience plus Camargo is very important.
Senderos-Thank you!.
Consider this just a bear raid with very little fact to back it up. Profits there. On schedule as best as can be. It will slowly go back up and then when we get the report from FDA things will be more defined time wise. But we will be successful in the end. It is only a matter of time. May be not to everyone's liking but in time we longs win.
This is the same thing that happened at the last CC. The Q was good and profits were good. Yet, there was a perception created that the Q was not good. MMs and shorts need shares-as simple as that.
Couch- You are right. He is building infrastructure by adding a dryer that can process 4x faster. A smart CEO is preparing the infrastructure to move quickly once the FDA gives us it's holy blessing. At least we will get expedited attention and I think that they want to run this by their outside experts once more. I think the written report from the FDA will be outstanding news.
Amazing how naysayers knew this would be a great conference call. Now expedited FDA treatment-NICE!
If you are basing your evaluation of ELTP on the fact that NH is late by 17 days in dealing with the FDA then you are totally unrealistic and have no business on the OTC. My advice is that you sell and in invest in Treasury notes because you are not smart enough to be here.
I am sounding like a broken record. NH could absolutely positively care less about the daily SP. Period. Only MMs care about the SP ever second to steal shares from weak heads.NH only cares about getting ELTP ART to market as quickly as possible and getting the most per share he can. It is silly to agonize over every single penny. When NH settles with a partnership or buyout it is going to jump from .30 to somewhere over $5.00 ps. This what is important and not living and dying on every little movement of the stock. It does not really matter if it stays at .06 or .30 or whatever. What matters is how much NH can get in a partnership or buyout. NH does not have to be perfect to the second as there are many things he has no control over. The goal is to get as much as possible when it comes time for a partnership or buyout. Two weeks from now everything could fall exactly into place with the FDA, etc. NH has a lot of his own money in this. Do you think he sweats ever little up and down of the SP. NO! He is worried about making big bucks, not pennies, and not the silly daily insignificant and meaningless shift in an otherwise unimportant SP.
From here the MMs would typically walk it down on 100 share drops if no real shares are bought. But obviously we have more buying. The power hour could get interesting.
No-Looking at the green volume lines on the graph below the SP it looks like only roughly 80,000 shares were bought and the price went up discouraging buying. However, the MMs made a quick profit on the quickly increasing spread between the ask and bid.
CMDawg-You are correct. Those shares are not real and as soon as anyone begins to buy a chunk of those shares they will disappear in the blink of an eye.
Timduy-I think many people feel like you do. It is important to keep things in perspective. NH is finding out he does not have control over many many issues that detract from the success of ELTP. That does not mean good things won't happen to ELTP just maybe not on NHs time line. However that does not mean nothing has happened but quite the contrary ELTP is way ahead of schedule in many areas and we are financially far better off now that NH has come on the scene. Our biggest problem is not NH but the FDA. There is no one better to deal with them than NH. NH will get us through the FDA maze faster than anyone else could beyond a doubt but whether that time line is to his liking or ours is to be determined. I am sure this will be quite fertile territory for naysayers but lets not lose sight of the big picture . There is a lot of money to be made with ELTP whether you are long, a day trader, momentum player, or flipper.
Timduy-Just saying.......It means we are getting on institutional radars even if it is a lottery ticket. Better than nothing. However, I do understand your point.
Timduy-Most institutional investors cannot buy OTC stocks and not under $1.00 That an institutional investor is willing to buy shares of ELTP really says a lot. It speaks volumes about the probability of success and NH and ELTP. Institutional buying is like a stamp of quality. Professional financial management services are now coming under great scrutiny and it is wonderful that an institution is taking a chance on ELTP no matter how small.
Jamaa-This is an example of how the MMs, etc. have worked very hard to try to bring the SP down every and any way possible. I do not think they have been successful despite yesterdays effort. We certainly have not gone back to the ridiculously low predictions nor will we. The one important thing to remember is that the SP means nothing. It is an artificial number artifically concocted to get loose hands to sell. There is really no regulation like on the NYSE. Every share sold is a victory for the MMs as they always must take the short position. Eventually you will be paying more for that share when ELTP rises and MMs will use that share to stop a rally on good news and drive it back down. Read Heidibrowns post. It says it better than I can. The secret to success is patience, patience, patience, and more patience. It is just human nature that MMS work so hard on to take advantage of. They create a negative atmosphere with day after day of slightly red closes followed by a bear raid now and then. The real pros here will hold those shares and add more. It is because the longs have held on to their shares that the MMs have not been as successful as they would like to be. Accumulation is still on going. Just believe in what you wrote in your post. NH does not have 100% total control especially over the FDA. We must all wait for their report. I expect MMs to take further advantage of the waiting period blaming NH when he has no control. GLTAL.
Gman,JJ, -Thanks for being considerate and rational while we wait. Calmer heads will prevail. There are many things like waiting to hear back from the FDA that is really out of NH's control. I am sure he met with FDA officials but really cant say much and has to wait for the FDA. I think because this is such a hot issue the FDA will not deliberate on this til next year. The FDA needs help as well. They need to show some progress yet they do not want to get in trouble like they did with Embeda. MMs still trying to drum up some selling but no one is having any part of that. Smart! They have to cover the shorts it takes to keep dropping the SP. Most likely end up slightly red unless the 800 lb gorilla shows up at the end of the day in which case we see green.
Snup- MMs up to the same procedures they were doing yesterday and for the past many months. Drop on little volume as much as can. We will wait for buy order. Buy order comes in and SP goes up to yesterdays SP and we end the day slightly down. If the 800 lb accumulator comes along SP will go above yesterdays close especially if he shows up at the very end of the day. If not MMs will work it back down and then buy to cover all the shorts they were using to bring it back down. MMs desparately need selling. They might try the bear raid card. DO NOT SELL!!!!!! BUY, BUY BUY!!!!!
Sorry, I reached the limit of my posts and was unable to make the last post. Apparently, the 800 lb. Gorilla in the room that is accumulating showed up earlier in the day instead of at the end of the day. But MMs waited as long as they could for him to reappear. We ended the day slightly down with MMs buying to cover leaving it just short of breaking even. This is a typical pattern of trying to encourage selling and then covering at the last minute like no one would notice. Im sure they were able to buy some additional shares. But it was a failure for MMs. They tried all day to try to get some selling going but failed. They brought the price down and waited but no selling of significance occurred. Every time some one put in a buy order the share price immediately went up. MMs are running out of time and cannot afford days like this. All this effort and only down .0045. This suggests ELTP is resilient and as we get closer to the CC ELTP will rise. If one solid PR addresses the issues NH has mentioned it is over. MMs need these shares to sell if ELTP goes on a run to make a profit and they need shares to halt the rally by bringing the price slowly back down. At some point it is not coming back down.
MMs now setting up for the end of the day. They know big order is coming. How far we go green will depend on how greedy the investor is who is placing the big order. The more shares that get filled the more green we will be until that order is pulled if not completed. Accumulation has been on going for a considerable time now. MMs have had a rough day and need to get some real shares. If we stay green it will be because finally MMs will get their turn at the water trough.
MMs stuck right now. I am sure one of them has said " the weather has been rough today". They have not played the bear raid card yet. I think they realize that would cost them more than they would gain today. Longs have not sold which is killing MMs and they do not have much slack at the end of the rope. It is looking like another big order near the end of the day will drive us green.
Gman- I would totally agree with you.
Now anytime anyone puts a buy order in the MMs immediately shoot the SP up to make some money . They will not be giving these shares away if someone calls their bluff. The buyer might get a few shares at their bid but that wont last long as you can see. Time is running out today and the MMs have not been able to scare up some weak shares. Instead their bluff got called. Longs doing a great job. This really crimps their style. Looking more and more like a green finish especially if MMs want shares. They do not have much choice. If we are slightly down or break even at the end of the day this day is a big loss for MMs because they did not get many shares and did not yet impliment their bear raid and we are another day closer to QT, CC, PR. If we go slightly green it will be because MMs need shares. If we go green bigtime MMs will have lost big today and upward pressure in anticipation of next week will make the MMs even more desparate.
Csuck55-Thanks for the heads up from your play by play announcer today. I do not have level 2 anymore alhough I did for a long time.
Now we see buy orders coming in and share price shoots up. MMs not giving thses shares away. But also remember MMs need shares. The games today could be expensive for MMs as they may have to pay for these shares at days end. But they artifically created a little wiggle room for themselves. Somehow MMs must gain shares today which means green at the end of the day.
Yes. No sellers. Longs doing a great job. Now MMs must decide if to drop again or wait for big buy order and go up. If they drop again most likely Timduy is correct and MMs trying for one last bear raid to get cheap shares and cover before PR, QT, and CC. So lets see what is going to happen. Remember MMs need shares.
Now we see that MMs have decided to drop the SP. This would seem logical and what they should do to stimulate a market as this is what they are suppose to be doing. And after all it will only cost them naked shares. Why not. Lets see how many real sellers we actually have at this point. My guess we wont have many and if any one tries to put in a serious buy order the price will shoot up
Very interesting day. MMs trying to show there is no interest in this stock so all longs should sell. Buyers waiting to see if MMs will lower the SP to stimulate selling so they and everyone else can pick up weakly held shares . MMs cannot afford to let this go on too much longer. This afternoon should be very interesting and especially the rest of the week.
Now watch. It is very important that MMs get on top of ELTP and try and set the tone for the rest of the week. Monday very important for MMs. Something has to give. Nobody is selling and nobody has put a stop loss order so that the MMs can dip down and take it out. There is not a lack of interest in this stock! Mms must decide what to do soon as time is slipping away to buy shares to cover. They must get this done or their profits will not be as big as they would like. My guess is that they have to raise the SP at some point today.
Remember being brought down by a few naked shorts and going back up on buying 1000s of real shares. Well, exciting times just around the corner. This will continue until the CC. GLTAL.
Ah! Too bad. No shares being sold. Mms will bring the SP back up to fridays close and a little higher if need be to initiate some selling so they and shorts can cover. A very delicate situation and you should clearly see how MMs are very delicately putting their foot on the gas pedal and taking it off. Just enough to get some sells by longs.
All one has to do is read the post by Heidibrown and look at the volume chart to the right and below the SP chart. Now, I ask you what is the chance of having the SP move up to fridays close and drop back down three times in a row? Just shorts trying to cover without being noticed. They will do this all day long trying to get covered before the next PR which will be the end of the shorts and flippers.
It seems for weeks now no matter how many shares ( naked or not) are sold they are immediately bought up and the SP quickly bounces back. That is shorts trying to cover without being noticed or setting off a major rally. This is a very delicate time and situation for shorts as they must cover without being noticed. One more PR and that is it for the shorts. They are toast.
Snup-Your tea leaves reading is correct. Last week we started 1 million plus days in volume. We will continue to build this volume. Sure there will be somedays with less volume but the accumulation is there and will build.
heidibrown-Great post. I could not agree more. Says very clearly many of the points I have tried to make. Buy, hold, accumulate-Go Long!
