Nice video posted on Chuice. IMO, FPFI still has the bigger advantage once their product is ready for distribution, which based on the CC, should happend hopefully by the end of July. Remember FPFI has already been approved for manual batching.
Chuice only has a 4 day shelf life compared to FPFI's 21 day shelf life. Chuice will probably only be able to target a much smaller and local market because of their shorter shelf life.
FPFI also has 4 seasoned veterans on their team that have many years of experience in getting through the regulatory hurdles, marketing and distribution and seeing many products through in the food and beverage industry from inception to generating a steady revenue stream.
Don't forget they are also working on distribution through e-commerce. Just a matter of time FPFI shareholders!
The makers of Chewable juice want you to:
Shake, Sip, Chew and Enjoy
I believe some folks here want your shares!
JMHO
Same here. Looks like someone is accumulating shares! Several million shares on the bid @.0002 and ask @ .0003.
Same here bro. I'm here for the long haul. Not gonna get my shares.
Happy Trading!
Sorry Snizzle b Dizzle,
VNDM was sitting @ .01!
I thought when companies diluted they used the V brothers? VNDM has been sitting on the ask @ .0022?
People that insist on living in the past, often miss the future!
I don't remember who but, someone raised a concern yesterday, about pricing of the beverages being too expensive.
I'm sure Kevin Q., Steve H and the good Dr. have a comprehensive knowledge of pricing and target markets for the beverage industry. Pricing has to be competetive in order to move product and in less than 21 days.
I remember several years back wondering who in their right mind would ever spend $5 - $10 bucks for a cup of coffee. Every time I ride by a Starbucks, the parking lots are full? I still refuse to pay that much for a cup of coffee, but that's just me.
Don't forget someone on the management team mentioned during the CC, that some people on the go, may even substitute the chewable beverage for a meal.
Appreciate your honesty. What were the other 2 reasons that are no longer here?
I agree with you!
Once again Pres, I'll ask what do you suggest they do to raise capital?
I don't like dilution either but they need capital to run a business.
To be honest 152 million shares outstanding is relatively for a sub-penny stock. I know a few that have 2 - 4 billion shares outstanding. Once they have a viable product and are able to provide a steady revenue stream then they can do stuff to reduce the share structure and makew FPFI, more attractive to investors.
I have a challenge for anyone on this board. Rather than complaining about how Kevin is diluting, which at this stage of the plan, he has no choice, tell us your suggestions to raise capital without dilution.
I would love to hear any suggestions!
I've only followed FPFI for about a year or 2, so I'm not that familiar with their history for the past 10 years.
My question is, during that 8 year time frame, did they have anyone running the company that has the experience relative to the industry they were targeting, that the current management team at FPFI has? According to what I've read on this message board, Joe C. has been the problem in the past.
That's why everyone should do their own DD and made an educated decision based on facts not something people post on a message board.
Right now I'm happy with my investment, but who knows that could change a week down the road.
Most people use different indicators? Just wondering if you were willing to share some of that knowledge. Which indicators do you use, if you don't mind me asking?
Cmon Pres,
Let's be fair. No big secret that start-up penny companies have to dilute with shares to raise capital to get the company up and running. It's just part of their business plan. They all do it. I really don't think Kevin Q. is raping the company by selling shares!
Better that than toxic financing. I think they are so close, so I'm willing to wait a few months to see what happens. I limit my exposure to these risky companies since more fail than succeed and unfortunately I've lost more money in some than I needed to.
Yes,
It was covered in the conference call. It was probably about 75% through the conference call. That piece of information got my attention, since Pres46 posted something about kids choking on the chewable.
By the way I spend about 15$ - $20/week juicing. I make one 12 oz. drink in the morning using apples, grapes blueberries and strawberries. It takes about 5 minutes to prepare each drink. I prefer liquid without the pulp since I can drink it quicker. I would use more ingredients but it's too expensive when buying fresh fruit.
I'm also curious about the cost during the winter months, since the fresh fruits and vegetables will need to ship fro California and probably South America.
I know just enough about technical analysis to be dangerous. Based on your current analysis, what is you entry and exit point?
I understand, I always ask for permission from my source to post on a message board before doing so.
If they can't get the kids to chew their drinks, they have the other 2 platforms, blended juice and pressed juice. The blended juice has the same ingredients as the chewable without the chewable stuff.
IMO, the 2 critical factors for success of course will be price and whether or not consumers are willing to jump on the band wagon.
I'm not here short term. I'm willing to ride this out for a few more months. It did make a 60% pop Monday, only to pull back before market closing.
If Kevin and team are able to execute on their business plan IMO, investors will be rewarded. I'm still impressed with the vast years of experience and knowledge from the team Kevin has been able to assembly. Atlanta has a very diverse population, so the opportunities are enourmous.
I juice myself, so I'm curiuos to see how the 3 different platforms of juice catch on.
IMO, the juices could also be marketed mto public school systems, siince Michele Obama has been pushing for healthier meals. If they could close some deals with the schools in Atlanta and the surrounding counties, that would be great.
ITechiie,
This isn't my first batch of FPFI shares! Unfortunately for me, I purchased my first batch, pre-split.
Let's get that run going, get er done!
Wow guys, no need to get defensive. Just trying to add a little humor to the board. I know .01/share is not a realistic target at the moment but, it never hurts to hope.
I thought you said you had concrete evidence from a third party that Kevin and team were making significant progress.
Me and a co-worker of mine picked up some shares today.
Someone posted earlier this week or last Friday that FPFI was going to run hard this week. Don't remember who the poster was.
Got that right! Lets move that bid on up and get this thing moving! I need some money to buy me some of that Chewable Juice, once they finsih filling those bottles.

Hey Guys,
Thought this was going to run hard this week? Don't look like we can get any traction. We need some ask slappers instead of bid sitters. Who keeps hitting the bid? How bout moving that bid up to .01
Nice volume today. Volume preceeds price, right!
Not sure. Some people claim MM's don't send stock signals anymore with shares, since they have phones? My guess is stock manipulation. Only takes 100 shares to knock the share price back down.
Look at all those 100 share trades!

Global:
Do you realize it takes most companies 3 years to determine whether or not they will be successful. That of course is for companies that don't even have to go through regulatory requirements that FPFI has to go through.
As I mentioned before the facility has to be hospital clean and is required to maintain that cleanliness everyday, not to mention the GMP they have to put in place.
