Fink,
Thanks for yuour reply!
Wow Great News tvk23 and looks like Kevin has some good connections as well!
UNFI will also provide a wide range of innovative, value-added services as they promote the company and the product in an ongoing effort to foster mutual success and growth, including marketing and promotional tools, merchandising, category management and store support services.
Nice work Kevin
Fink,
What sort of a time frame do you put on a run?
1 minute, 5 minutes, 1 hour, 4 hours, 1 day, 2 days or 3 days.
Fink,
How reliable is your source?
There were a few 1 share trades last Friday trying to knock the price back down. Lots of flippers here also.

Brooksda,
Per the press release, product will be on shelves in the 32 Whole Food Stores the end of February and Kevin signed an exclusive 90 day agreement with Whole Foods. All ingredients are organic which targets Whole Food's current customer base since most if not all products @ Whole Foods are organic. The 1st 2, chewable drinks have been offered on-line since November of 2014 @ the Harvest Soul Food website with more flavors on the way.
The company plans to develop and market juices using 3 different platforms (Chewable, Blended and Pressed). They also certified the 2 chewable juices using the HPP equipment which gives each product a 60 day shelf life. One product has 16 different ingredients while the other is made from 21 different ingredients. Product certification along with approval of the facility and equipment took much longer than projected but, has been completed for the 1st 2 products. The chewable drinks are very healthy, low in calories with lots of fiber, vitamins and nutrients.
Unfortunately for shareholders, the company has just completed their 2nd reverse split in a year and IMO was necessary to raise capital to set-up and obtain approval from the Georgia Dept of Agriculture for their current facility @ PrepAtl, develop the 2 beverages, purchase the HPP equipment, buy organic fruits and vegetables and pay the normal salaries and administrative cost. A lot of people on this message board posted repeatedly that the milestones mentioned above would never be completed. A lot has been accomplished by the FPFI management team in the past 6 months.
According to the conference call in 2014, part of Kevin's business plan is to purchase/lease a larger facility to accommodate their projected growth for 2015. I believe they plan to set up facilities in other cities using the same business model used at PrepAtl which is located in Atlanta, Ga.
Don't forget, FPFI's target customer already shops at Whole foods!
Let's hope they like the product!
Whole Foods is actually much better for FPFI then Publix, since Whole Foods sells only organic products. The Whole Food stores I've seen in the Atlanta/Alpharetta area are much larger than Publix.
Nice follow through on Kevin's part again. He keeps fulfilling his promises made to shareholders.
Are PRPM shareholders still getting their dividends (Suti shares)?
Heys Guys,
Good to hear the positive feedback on both drinks. I'm obviously not the target market either. I was a little concerned after I tasted each drink earlier this week.
When I read a comment by Scott Martin's wife claiming how much better her skin felt each morning, I thought maybe I was supposed to rub it all over my skin instead of drinking the stuff. Had me scared for a minute there. LOL
Guess I owe Scott M. an apology. Maybe Scott and Kevin know what they are doing.
The positive comments are encouraging.
Wondering what the people that like the juice thought about the price?
Nice update subslover!
Hey Fink,
It's free as long as you have an account with them. Sorry I don't have PM.
Wow Pres46,
Why don't you tell us what you really think. I couldn't find words to describe the taste. I've never tasted wall paper paste so I can't confirm your description. It really doesn't have much of a flavor to me.
I tried playing around with different fruits and veggies before but never could come up with anything I liked and tasted good, so I stick to fruits and add some vanilla, whey protein powder at times.
Don't forget Scott Martin was the guy that formulated both drinks. Not sure what qualifies him to formulate the drinks. I'm wondering the criteria Scott used for the ingredients he selected.
Wondering if the marketing guru is still @ FPFI. He was supposed to spearhead the major product launch.
Hoping health fanatics might enjoy the flavor. I asked my wife to try it and she said how much did we pay for this $1/bottle and I said the asking price is $10/bottle but we got it @ a 46% discount. She said, "Whattttttttttt:.
Not trying to be critical, but I was surprised there wasn't a pamphlet in the box explaining all the health benefits of each ingredient and telling me why I should spend @10/bottle on this stuff.
I did see this morning where the likes are up to 94 and they are offering free shipping until Christmas.
Thanks Fink,
For some reason quotes for FPFI didn't display on TDAmeritrade?
nbmedia,
Seems you know something is on the horizon. Anything you can share.
Looks like someone has been pick up cheapies over the past few months. I figured we might have to wait until after the 1st of the year before we hear anything from the new owners?
Has FPFI been halted. No level II quotes. Get level II quotes on all the other symbols I follow.
Wondering if it was halted for the R/S?
hill323,
Did you buy any of the juice?
Well just got home from work and my 2 boxes of chewable juice were on my front porch.
Really don't know what to say. I really can't describe the taste. The tropical fusion with 15 veggies and fruits was thicker than the green fusion. I would say the tropical fusion has the thickness between tomato paste and tomato sauce.
Unfortunately, I don't have anything to compare it to other than the drink I make from only fruit which I really like the taste of. Would be nice to try some Chuice to have something to compare it too. Not too crazy about the flavor though but, I'm no expert either. The chewable part I did like.
It came in a box and was surrounded with 4 separate pieces of Styrofoam with foil on each side of the Styrofoam to help keep it cold. There was a frozen bag inside with the bottles.
I'll put the bottles in the fridge over night to see if the flavor improves when it's colder.
I have a co-worker who wants to try it after the holidays. My juice expires Jan. 14th so I guess it has a 30 day shelf life. Curious to see what others think when they try it.
I thought it would have been a good idea to test it on the students at Georgia Tech, which is only a few miles from PrepAtl to get some honest feedback.
That's what I'm hoping for! Hoping it's not too thick and it taste good! I will give folks my honest opinion. I tried using the nutri-bullet before and hated it. I bought a bunch of ingredients and had to throw most of them away.
I do enjoy juicing but it's juice that I can drink rather quickly, without the consistancy of a milkshake.
Hope I don't get the intructions wrong. I think it's shake, open, sip and chew!

Curious to see what this stuff taste like. Hoping to get mine today?
Just got a confirmation my 2-6 packs of juice have shipped!
Hey Luther,
I need my dividends. 10 days till Christmas. Need the money to buy christmas gifts for my kids.
Yep,
I bought 1 six pack of each flavor @ the 46% discount. I want to know what I invested in!
I guess you could say it's part of my DD.
Fink,
IMO, FPFI needs a major marketing campaign, which I thought we were supposed to get with the product launch. Can't just put it on the shelves and expect people to buy it @ $10/bottle. I think this stuff only has a 21 shelf day life. Hoping Kevin or Scott didn't ship me the odd stuff out their refridgerator.
Wondering what triggered the product launch before the 16th?
Quirk continued, "We source only the highest quality USDA organic ingredients and purposefully included some of the worlds' most nutrient-packed ingredients, like chia seeds and goji berries. These super premium ingredients are definitely more expensive than other alternatives, but we wanted to offer only the best. Consumers looking for our products can find them online, and soon they'll be available in natural products stores, starting in the Southeast."
Confuciussay,
IMO, you don't owe me an apology. If it helps yes I accept your apology.
At this stage no one posting on this message board knows how the next phase for FPFI will turn out. My 2 biggest concerns are pricing and whether or not their marketing plan will work. I really expected more for the new product launch. I'm almost certain that the @ the 46% discount FPFI does not make a profit however, I am of the opinion they will make a profit even with the 10% discount but, that's just my opinion.
I like you can only hope the share price will soar post reverse split. I think the share price hit .05/share after the last reverse split. With a reverse split it will be easier to move the share price higher based on the outstanding shares, post split. I'm sure Kevin and Joe have a plan in place to move the share price higher.
I just don't buy all the BS about a major scam. Kevin sure has gone to a lot of trouble and expense to promote this so called scam.
1.) Why go to the trouble to certify both products using the HPP process in order to improve the shelf life. If this truly were a scam, it would be much easier to take the same route that Chuice took. I'm sure a lot of time and expense went into the certification process and could prove to be very beneficial for long term shareholders.
2.) Why go to the trouble and expense of purchasing the processing equipment. Why not do everything by hand using illegal immigrants.
I understand the reasoning behind the reverse split and hate it, just wish they could raise funds another way but unfortunately this is the way most sub-penny companies fund operations.
I have in the past defended my investments and will continue to do so in the future. However if this turns out to be a failure, I will probably never invest in a sub-penny stock again. I invested in others before and all those CEO's ever did was sign LOI's which never produced the 1st dime of revenue.
I'm still confused by all the negative post here. We have a product that can be purchased on-line (revenue)yet people are still criticizing everything Kevin achieves. It easy to be a critic when you don't any or only part of the details that lead to some of the decisions made by Kevin.
Some here said PrepAtl would never open
Then they said FPFI did not lease space at PrepAtl
Then they said FPFI did not own any processing equipment
Then they said the products would never be certified using the HPP proces
Then they said the facility would never be approved by the Georgia Dept of Agriculture
Then they said FPFI would never produce the first bottle of juice
Then they said FPFI would never sell the 1st bottle of juice
Does anyone here other then me see a pattern? Guess there are at least 8 milestones that Kevin Q. and his management team have completed. I'm willing to hang in there and see what other milestones Kevin completes.
I'm of the opinion based on some of the post I've read that some people here want FPFI to fail? As an investor I want FPFI to succeed!
As an investors, or a bag holder as some here post, I can only hope Kevin can turn FPFI into a profitable company one day.
I do think FPFI has a lot of potential although I'm very concerned with the cost @ $10/bottle.
Although Kevin and his management team didn't hit their projected target dates which is common with start-up companies they have made significant progress this year, after all we can now buy 2 new products on-lin, which to me is very impressive.
Several here in the past have claimed that I'm an an insider, which isn't true. I don't how attacking the company and management team serves any purpose other to scare good honest shareholder into selling shares at these prices.
I don't like the reverse split either but, there's nothing I can do to change it so I prefer to put it behind me and move forward. The way I see it, I only have 2 options, I either sell my shares for a significant loss or hang onto my shares and hope for the best. Some people are too busy living in the past that they miss the future. Sadly I purchased shares for my daughter and convinced several co-workers to purchasae shares as well. Shame on me.
I don't think it's fair to blame Kevin Q. for all Joe's mistakes in the past. I'm willing to give him a chance even though it has taken much longer than anyone here had hoped to get to where they are today.
Will let you know what I think about the juice once I receive it.
Hoping Kevin can mend all the damge he's done to his shareholders, past and present.
I'm sure they aren't making a profit with that discount either. I'm guessing they had to increase the price to cover the higher cost of fruits and vegetables during the winter months. Most come from California and South America, not to mention all foods being organic, which adds to the cost. In the future, they would be smart to contract with local farmers to help reduce the cost, much like the Green Giant and other canners do.
I'm hoping they have enough friends, family and church members to help carry sales the first few months. I'm sure they are hoping for repeat customers.
I mentioned in the past, I already juice but, I don't know that I'll be willing to pay the $10/bottle going forward, unless this stuff makes me look Hulk Hogan or Arnold Swazzeneger!
Atlanta is a great city to market new products and lots of people with deep pockets that can afford the $10/bottle price. Just the Buckhead community along could keep FPFI in business.
Yep,
Ordered 1, 6 pack of each. Pres, maybe you can convince Kevin to extend the 46% discount until the end of the year. My order went through without any problems which is encouraging and impressive.
Was hoping for more for the "Big" product launch. Will see how long it takes to receive my delivery.
It won't be posted on their site until the dividend has been approved by FINRA.
Why Geron Corporation (GERN) Stock Might be a Great Pick.
By Zacks Equity Research
????.???..Content preferences ....Done .
....One stock that might be an intriguing choice for investors right now is Geron Corporation (GERN). This is because this security in the Medicine-Biomedicine/Genetic space is seeing solid earnings estimate revision activity, and is in great company from a Zacks Industry Rank perspective.
This is important because, often times, a rising tide will lift all boats in an industry, as there can be broad trends taking place in a segment that are boosting securities across the board. This is arguably taking place in the Medicine-Biomedicine/Genetic space as it currently has a Zacks Industry Rank of 63 out of more than 250 industries, suggesting it is well-positioned from this perspective, especially when compared to other segments out there.
Meanwhile, Geron Corporation is actually looking pretty good on its own too. The firm has seen solid earnings estimate revision activity over the past month, suggesting analysts are becoming a bit more bullish on the firm’s prospects in both the short and long term.
In fact, over the past month, current year estimates have risen from a loss of 23 cents per share to break even now. This has helped GERN to earn a Zacks Rank #2 (Buy), further underscoring the company’s solid position.
So, if you are looking for a decent pick in a strong industry, consider Geron Corporation. Not only is its industry currently in the top third, but it is seeing solid estimate revisions as of late, suggesting it could be a very interesting choice for investors seeking a name in this great industry segment
MENLO PARK, Calif., December 5, 2014 - Geron Corporation (GERN) today announced that management will be hosting a live webcast of an analyst and investor meeting at 7:00 p.m. PT on December 8, 2014. John A. Scarlett, M.D., Geron`s President and Chief Executive Officer, will present a company overview and discuss data presented at the 56th American Society of Hematology (ASH) Annual Meeting. In addition, Steven Lane, M.D., an investigator at the Queensland Institute of Medical Research, will discuss his preclinical proof-of-concept data on imetelstat in acute myelogenous leukemia which was published in Cell Stem Cell as well as presented at the 56th ASH Annual Meeting. The audio and slide presentation can be accessed at http://edge.media-server.com/m/p/7gbsnwrt or www.geron.com on the Investor Relations pages, under Events. Following the live presentation, the webcast will be archived and available for replay at the same address for a period of 30 days.
Unfortunately for shareholders, as soon as Kevin Q. posted, several people started attacking him. Needless to say, he never posted his third post.
I doubt he will ever post here again. Can't blame him, then again I think that's what some posters here want. IMO, they don't want investors to hear the truth.
Fink,

Hey, its Kevin...I hope everyone is doing GREAT today! I want to be clear, this will not be a regular thing for me, however, I did feel compelled to come on and chat for awhile, say hi and provide some thoughts and insights that are NOT "IMO". I will NOT be talking fins as our Q will be out shortly. Also, I will not be checking this email and quite frankly, I will be dumping it the minute I quit talking, leaving the conversation in the hands of the reasonable people on this board. Plus, I can only post 3 times today, new account and all.
Having said that, I assume y'all have seen the news we released today. I knew y'all would find the live site that we flew yesterday. Yesterday was a great and long over-do day! We have been working very closely with the DOA over the last several months not only educating them on our brand and the new category, but also the HPP process itself. It has been great working with them and will pay long-term dividends as we bring new flavors and products to the market. Contrary to some people on the board, building a production facility, licensing said facility with the FDA, building a brand, creating a new category, teaching the DOA about a new technology (HPP) and getting permitted is not a 20 minute process. It reminds me of the idiom..."those who can do, those who can't teach".
As this board has no doubt seen, we have a store that you will be able to buy on-line. This is so that people that are are not in our distribution coverage area can buy our product until we get to them via retail. The purpose for December 16th date is that it allows us time to build inventory and HPP the product to support our market blitz, ecommerce initiatives and our consumer promotion, which is slated for the 1st Quarter. Once the store is open...we are running a special discount for this message board only where for 46 hours, you will receive a 46% discount off your purchase, The deets are as follows:
When announced via this board, go to our website, hit the "buy-now" button and you will be directed to our store. Click what you want to buy...I would suggest a 6pk of each flavor (Green and Tropical) and enter your cc info going all the way to the end. Before hitting "submit", enter "Pres46" in the promo code box.. This will apply your discount.
Sorry for the long post...I have two more.
Sure you did Pres46. Was the information communicated to you from previous employers about Kevin Q., good or bad. Your response is very vague. Most H.R. departments for large corporations won't give out personal information about previous employees to keep from getting sued!
