That is good news. Thanks for the update. Been out most of the morning. All we can do is hope for news for PRPM. We shall see. Wasn't the retirement of shares part of the original agreement for PRPM shareholders receiving the dividends in the form of SUTI shares. Will have to go back and look at some old pr's.
Hate to hear that many people lost that much money, wow. I've learned from MPIX/EMXC not to expose myself to much to these penny scams. It's sometimes hard not to get caught up in the hype and promises of an early retirement. Guess my conscious wouldn't let me do what these CEO's do in penny land.
Glad to hear you've already made most of your losses back. Most traders probably aren't that fortunate.
Yep,
We've been taken to the cleaners. I can only hope Vasker gets his one day! I should have known better when he and Roxanne W. hooked up a few years back. All I can't do is hang onto my shares, as I don't have another choice.
Did anyone get their dividends yet. Keep checking my mailbox daily, nothing there yet.
Guess we now know why Luther J. refused to take the sun glasses off and most people thought it was because he was stoned! A little harder to recognize him with the sun glasses on. Is this guy Macheivella? That's what Carjockey and others kept claiming.

Right you are about the price BRY. Whole Foods sets the price, not FPFI. Of course there is a little room for negotiations.
Just like Sams Clubs, they set the price for each product with very low margins for their suppliers. Either you agree to their price or you don't do business with them.
Kevin P. Quirk assumes this position with more than two decades of consumer products operating experience spanning general management and senior marketing roles in Fortune 500 corporations and start-up ventures. As CEO he is responsible for determining Capsalus' strategic direction and managing performance against overall business objectives in keeping with the Company's mission. Quirk is the founder of White Hat Holdings LLC, a functional beverage manufacturer focused on children's health and wellness issues, which he sold to Capsalus earlier this year after raising multiple rounds of financing and stewarding the business to a successful exit. Before White Hat, he held a variety of senior-level marketing positions for The Coca-Cola Company, initially hired into the Coca-Cola Accelerated Program, the company's coveted management training program, from which he was charged with running the New England market. He also served as director of marketing for Minute Maid brands prior to his departure. In addition, Quirk spent nearly a decade at Anheuser-Busch, working in brand management, field sales and marketing, wholesaler development and strategic planning, most notably as market development manager of the Wisconsin territory, and as founder of the company's business development group, providing internal management consulting to a network of more than 800 distributors. Quirk earned a BS in marketing and a BA in communications from Saint Louis University, and a letter of MBA equivalence from Harvard Business School.
Quirk founded White Hat Brands, a health and wellness beverage company, where he raised capital, developed products and gained distribution, winning multiple marketing awards along the way. Quirk later oversaw the sale of White Hat which was sold privately for approximately thirty million dollars ($30,000,000). **
On Shelf @ Whole Foods!
By Rani Quirk on Mar 25, 2015 04:51 pm
Exciting News! After much anticipation, Harvest Soul Chewable Juices are on shelf at Whole Foods throughout the South. We spotted them today at Harry’s Farmer’s Market (owned by Whole Foods) in Cobb County, GA. Pretty cool! Since Whole Foods works through UNFI, a natural/organic distributor, to order and stock product, we didn’t have a ton of control over when the bottles would make their way on to a shelf. But they made it and now it’s time to tell your friends and family and go out and buy, buy, buy! Demos are coming up to in some of these stores, so stay tuned. Here’s a list/address of all the Whole Foods throughout the South where you can find Harvest Soul:

On Shelf @ Harry’s
Maybe someone needs to speed that chain up. Good grief!
Can someone please tell why Scott M. or someone from Fresh Promise Foods couldn't drop the product off at the WF stores in the surrounding Atlanta area? I'm sure ATLprep is within a 30 mile radius from most stores in that area. I don't understand why UNIFY has to do the initial distribution, seems to me that just adds more to the cost.
If you want to count the 2,000 share paint job last Friday @ .014.
When I was trying to describe the chuice product I told him I thought it sold in a gallon jug. I did get a price for the gallon jug of chuice one time and I beleive the price was much higher but I don'r recall the price. He said they sold the 12 oz. bottles for $6.99. I was surprised chuice sold in a 12 oz. bottle. Then again he may have given me some info just to get me off the phone.
I called the store in North Carolina to see if they had the promo that was in the press release a few weeks ago. Could of had promo while he was off. I know they do a lot of promos at Sam's Club and I'm sure most employees aren't aware of the different promos.
The guy I spoke with in North Carolina did take the inititive to look in their ordering system to see if any orders had been placed for the the 2 beverages. I referenced each by name. He did say he saw orders in the auto order for the beverages. I referenced each by name. I also asked about chuice and he could see the orders at the Atlanta stores.
Meant North Carolina,
My bad
Specutator,
I called 3 stores in the Atlanta area last Saturday and all 3 people I spoke with said they had not received any of the chewable juice as of Saturday. One of the guys I spoke with told me they were in the process of doing thier inventory that week and wouldn't expect anything new to show up at their location until after they completed the inventory.
When I called the store in South Carolina about the promo, he said he wasn't aware of a promo for the chewable juice at their location. He did check the Whole Foods Market ordering system and told me several stores in the counties surrounding Atlanta did have orders in their auto ordering system. I asked when the orders were placed and he said 2 days prior to my call.
One of the guys I spoke with in Atlanta did tell me a 12 oz bottle of chuice sells for $6.99. When I mentioned the shorter shelf life for the chuice, he said it wasn't a problem because chuice sells out as soon as it hits the shelves.
The guy in South Carolina did tell me he saw in their ordering system, orders for chuice in the stores in the south east but not for their store. IMO, If Kevin Q. were smart he would buy or partner with the founder of chuice so chuice using the HPP system which yields a longer shelf life could be distributed in other stores in other cities.
Not sure when product will show up at the stores in the Atlanta area.

Looks like someone trying to drive the share price down with those odd lot trades! Probably same person trading between 2 different accounts.
Looks like we should be going back up soon based on previous trading history over the past month.
[quoteHey capacity is 4,000,000 bottles a year remember. ][/quote]
That's at the AtlPrep facility. Plans are to move into a larger facility once sales increase!
pitts77h,
Maybe Roxanne is trying to gain back control.
Wow,
How much is this going to cost shareholders?

Brooksda,
Agree but, the share price should be much higher. How many sub penny stocks do you run across that only PR LOI and never ink the first deal of any sort. Kevin has made significant progress over the past 2 weeks.
Anxious to see what Kevin PR's next.
Brooksda,
Wondering how Kevin will be able to keep up with the capacity, considering Kevin is moving at Mach Speed.
Odd a lot of people were complaining about how long it took the management team to certify the 1st 2 products using HPP, and complained about how long it took to get the processing equipment approved by the Ga Dept of Agriculture but, those same people haven't even commented on how fast Kevin has been able to complete the last 3 major milestones. No surprise there.
I take my hat off to you Kevin and appreciate the progress. This company is looking more like a sound investment every day, IMO.
