Just for comparison. I've been holding quite long here, so to clarify that. But Prudential Financial, with all of their instruments, has revenues of 54 billion with around 48,000 employees. revenues / employees = 1.125 million per employee. So if we can say McCusker Holding is as efficient or even better more, so for arguments sake I will give a 2 million dollar per employee evaluation. 44 * 2 =88 million again by 2 billion shares (2.3?) =$.044 cents per share
For the sake of being transparent and realistic. I'm having trouble seeing 44 employees with a valuation of 1.00 at this point. A dollar per share would give McCusker personally a billion dollars that doesn't seem at all feasible.
I'm having trouble following the shares here. Is there a sleeping giant somewhere with all of the shares? Even with the false R/S posted we only had wasn't it like 150,000,000 shares trade hands and i think 30,000,000 was before that news even hit. Where are all of the shares? I have to wonder about the original plan of McCusker Private owning so much of ORRV public.
Who posted that valuation? I'm not sure what YF is.
It's quite funny that each hurdle is balked at like it will never happen, until it does, and then we balk at the next hurdle. Can't wait for an APO price here.
Imaginary? I think not. A market maker is VERY LIKELY holding a short position from the start. Thought this would be an easy target Tracy shell but come to find out, it's ULTRA LEGIT. Not to often you get to take part in a 17 year old company with a great name going APO HAM SANDWICH!
Oceanic Research and Recovery and all of it's subsidiaries are now merged with McCusker Holding Company, with McCusker Holding Company as the surviving entity. Quite simple.
Oh so they were sold to a ghost or purchased from a ghost? Carved from the ether? Magically had or disposed of?
Please tell me. How do I buy shares without a seller? How do I sell shares without a buyer?
McCuskers Twitter says merger completed. A simple misspelling here is beside the point. The spirit of this merger and the avenues used to announce it mean that he could have said OMFG Acquisition Company, it still means the same thing. No judge on earth would side with a line like that because it ignores the obvious.
Interesting comment, please point out when a sell happens without a buy. Just one example will do.
Lol 12:30 .0025 spikes to .0042 and we drop again? The manipulation is so blatant. Hold em high McCusketeers CHOO CHOO
He is. That is dated February 17. McCusker has the billion shares. MERGER IS COMPLETE. NVSOS CONFIRMED.
That's a serious after hours buy. Can you say short position covered? Air Jordan pretty quick here.
I don't think PR goes hard in the paint until yield sign is gone and symbol is approved as changed. Pointless and confusing otherwise. No need to bother new investors with old housekeeping. Trust your DD and hold it long. Only way to beat the MMs.
1) Shell sits dormant 2)Sudden volume at the ask 3)MM goes short to fill the ASK because etrade told him to and he wants to keep the business 4)Stock irreversibly jumps 1000% in a day 5)MM is stuck with a short position with losses of 1000% 6)ORRV=McCusker Holding and retail investors are happy. Yay.
Picked up .0027
so a spread of .0001 is less attractive than a spread of .0002 that is simple business. You have to buy low to make a spread. And a higher spread would be more attractive. End of story. And people write programs, which in turn act like people, so there is no difference except faster reaction time and unlimited stamina.
So MMs work for charity? I think not. They buy shares. They sell shares. And when there is a hint of increased buying pressure they will wash out GTC orders by running down the price, and use the shares THEY JUST BOUGHT to fill new orders. And you better believe they, as an institution, have long positions. If not just for the next day, but for what they may see as a sure bet.
Thank you for driving my point home. MMs must own shares to sell them. Can they pretend to own them for a time? Yes. Can they sell the pretend shares? Yes. But one time or another, the MM must own the share and hand it to it's rightful owner.
One must have a position to sell a position.
Except making the market is not a social working position. They buy low and sell high. And if they see something ready to go high, they certainly accumulate.
I think we should skip that point and say, THERE IS NO MORE ORRV!!!!
Is the PIPE the main reason for the increased A/S? Are those restricted shares?
He promised minimal dilution. Don't forget that the CEO is the largest shareholder so what's good for the goose. I'd say adding to the a/s is nowhere near as bad as an r/s.
Unless it's true.
This is not kindergarten. We are talking about a sub-penny OTC stock and we certainly don't have to wait for the teacher to tell us the party is over. Were ground floor.
McCusker is the Official and he has Officially Officiated the Official document that will soon be in the hands of regulators. You can't put the cart before the horse. He is keeping us bindingly updated on the course of the company as any good CEO would do.
Not I or anyone else that is buying this stock has traded it as ORRV since the R/M news hit. We aren't trading a defunct treasure diving company here.
The name of the company is officially changed. The papers have been uploaded to the OTC site. If bureaucracy drags it's feet that means nothing about reality. The fact is that it's posted, multiple signatures, notarized.
Is there a new board?
The chairman of a public company tweeted this yesterday.
Myself and most others here are trading ORRV as McCusker Holding, so that is wrong to say. It is in fact trading as such. And when you ask yourself why the answer remains. Because we have placed trust in McCusker to bring this all to completion and have taken him at his word. This is good pudding.
After hours .0034? Hmmm.
That's what you think. This is not a paper pushing operation. This is all quite transparent and there are warm bodies with addresses and phone numbers you can reach today. In swanky parts of their respective cities.
McCusker Holding is on the hook for the non forward looking statement that McCusker Holding trades as ORRV. It's pasted all over the website here I will quote it for you...
ORRV is McCusker Holding Company. The company is on the hook for that being a fact and have been for quite some time.
Was Tracy in charge of OTC markets the whole time? Did he post the R/S without Wills knowledge to recoup his shares and return the billion?
ZoomInfo had that as a revenue estimate. I have to wonder who is in charge of it. And to be fair, we have not seen all of the financials. Overhead of doing business in the other countries may all be coming out of the financials that we see today. So they could just be basically the profit centers where all the cash ends up. (Or we go into a deal where the McCusker name is licensed at a 90% of profit going to McCuskers new private company out of Ireland. It's actually up to him.)
Costs outweigh revenues by a large margin. That is not sustainable in an upside economy and will cause bankruptcy in a down economy.
