just because I dont blindly pump the stock doesnt mean I'm shorting. I've never shorted a stock. I'm currently holding a pile that I bought at well under 1.00 a long time ago. I bought it for trading purposes, but for the hell of it, I decided to just hold it.
I consider it as a lottery ticket that I'm willing to risk. If I lose, then so be it.
I consider myself as a long who prefers to live in reality. I dont stick my head in the sand pretending that all is well.
the companies might continue to exist, but that doesnt guarantee shareholders will exist.
its been made incredibly clear that shareholders DO NOT have a friend with anyone who holds power or influence.
the majority of americans believe the GSE's were to blame for the crash, and you think a jury trial is a good idea???
What are you thinking??
Perhaps you're not thinking.
yet another mind-numbing day of lemmings debating common vs pfds.
another day of navy-commode giving silly level 2 updates every 10 minutes
I most certainly believe sweeney is corrupt, and those delays were to intentionally aid the Feds.
a cheesy youtube video?
C'mon, you can do better than that.
its becoming more and more obvious that shareholders are going to be doomed.
At this point, its the equivalent of playing the powerball.
its very foolish to consider Corker as being irrelevant.
no surprise there....
I bet sweeney will delay her own funeral.
Lets hope not.
the fat lady hasnt sung yet, but she's warming up.
All in all, the outlook looks bleak. There is nobody with power or influence that sides with shareholders. Those who thought mnuchin to be a hero was sorely mistaken.
I think you're wrong.
the majority of voters probably dont even know what a gse is, and most are unaware of the sweep.
nobody really cares.
all they want to hear is "5.00 by friday" and $330 by december.
They love to analyze trivial things to death.
we have a very long road ahead if congress is involved. The process will be slower than the second coming of christ.
not day-trading, but trading.
This stock is incredibly predictable. All one has to do is buy a pile, then wait for the pop, sell it and buy back in when it tanks.
Doing this since 2009 has worked very well for me.
I agree, and those peaks and bottoms make this stock very lucrative to trade. Holding long is nothing more than a lottery ticket.
after being involved with this stock since the c-ship, I honestly believe a suspension of the sweep would result in a .50 increase at best.
However, this .50 pop would quickly evaporate within a week. I think the stock is damaged beyond repair. Very few are willing to invest in a government controlled company anymore. The Feds have proved they cannot be trusted.
You are far, far from home.
you're at least several galaxies away from "home"
but yes, you are 8 cent closer to your prediction of $300
run up?
I dont see any "run-up"
However, you should be elated to know you're a whopping 8 cent closer to your prediction of $300
I'm sorry, but I finally had to put you on ignore.
You're becoming absurd and ridiculous.
before you start dreaming of 70, lets first see if the stock can hold 3.00
Watt is not your friend.
You naive creatures should know this by now.
agree with you.
Too many on this board get excited much too soon. All I see is lots of talk, but zero action. Mnuchin is a good example.
I have a pile at .35 that I consider nothing more than a lottery ticket. Its something I'm willing to risk.
Trading this over the years has been lucrative, but I just dont have any faith that shareholders will survive in the end.
the board has become much of a bore. I'll check back during net zero.
stalling for net zero appears to be the plan.
Trade it while you still can.
mnuchin is a former Goldman Sachs henchman, therefore he has no morals.
Greed and corruption are his core values.
what did you inquire about?
GSE investor relations is largely useless. They can only offer generic info.
I think investors are beginning to grow tired of waiting for the gse's to make them rich. They're tired of hearing 5.00 by friday. They're tired of hearing that "great news is just around the corner"
They're tired of losing every single court battle. They're tired of sweeney giving the Feds every advantage possible. They're tired of reading about mnuchin's plans to continue the sweep.
I'm sure I've missed a few things, but you get the point.
good news for shareholders!
you have yet another "great opportunity" to buy more cheap shares.
Give yourselves a big pat on the back.
if this is a great stock(golden egg), then explain why the heavy hitters are far more invested in pfds than common. These guys own very little common.
I honestly believe mnuchin will switch gears and take the gse's into recievership. This administration seems to have a habit of swtiching gears. Mnuchin is stalling for net zero and he cannot be trusted.
berko and paulson own pfds.
ackman owns only a small amount of common, and I bet he'll sell out sometime this year.
dropping under 2.00 is a very real possibility considering mnuchin says the sweeps will continue. I think they're stalling and waiting for net zero, then its recievership.
Shareholders have absolutely zero positive news on the horizon. The lemmings who think otherwise are simply in denial and have become sentimental with this stock.

this will end badly for shareholders......
wednesday will very likely be another non-event.
I agree.
Its obvious mnuchin cannot be trusted. In the end, I think many on this board will hate his guts.
If this Bill was such "great news", the pps would've reflected as so.
again, its my understanding the feds still have the ability to pick/choose the documents.
Perhaps obit will chime in on this matter.
its my understanding the feds still have the ability to pick and choose which documents to be made public.
Sweeney should be dragged out kicking and screaming, then tarred and feathered and paraded through town.
its dead money because everyone knows GM will likely go bankrupt or need another bailout in the future thanks to the greedy UAW.
this pop is baseless, therefore these gains will not hold for very long.
fnma veterans know the drill.
