Quote: "Not sure what any of this means."
??? Then you don't know what your own post means...nor have a clue when Nine Band will begin production of anything SIPC.
And GLTY also
Do you have a countdown clock...
you could post, maybe have it stickied and updated each day, that gives a readout on how close we are to doubling or tripling production?
Quote: "Nine Band and Texas will be online in weeks, maybe days."
Revenues. How are they booked,
by which company, split which way with the other "partners"?
If High End is the one producing and distributing product and booking revenue, that makes them the profit center and PAOG a cost center for management expense.
Unless PAOG owns significant interest in High End, what we own is labor.
Thanks, that is probably a more accurate read...
but do we know who has the controlling voting rights? Still seems to leave PAOG owning nothing. And the question of how revenue is recognized and split, without which, even though there seems to be some activity, it's impossible to say what it means.
Quote: "HIGH END Products LLC acquired the control block of PAOG in January 2019."
I took that statement to mean controlling interest. If not that, what does it mean?
-So RBII owns the products.
-High End manufacturers and distributes the product
-KR, etc., own High End
-High End owns controlling interest in PAOG
-PAOG owns doodlysquat
-revenue from sales is reported by whom and split how, among whom?
The unanswered question remains, so what?
QUOTE: "The HIGH END PRODUCTS team are all officers of $PAOG...."
That reveals nothing about the contractual relationship between the two apparently completely separate entities.
Meaning, among other things, as shareholders of PAOG, what beneficial interest do we have in High End?
Every passing day without clarification points increasingly to: nada, none, zip, zero....High End is free to succeed on its own terms with or without PAOG as acting managers.
Which, if true, leaves us owning stock in the salaries of a management team, as there would be no other asset.
Karl needs to 'splain how that is not true.
See LS Louie's earlier post for background details.
Awaiting FDA approval, maybe in October,
plus time for other approvals for labeling, licensing, brewing and brew time, hard to see how we have CBD beer available this year. And that seems to be the basket with all the eggs.
Meaning we may be in this trough until year end.
Can we crank up Nine Beers to significantly ramp up production of the current Major Hemp flavors in the mean time?
Whatever may be said about how Karl
set things up or is running things, I believe his ambition is without challenge. Meaning, even if your figures are correct (5,000,000 at .001 worth .006), unless he sold them on then for a mere $25k profit, he is now down to ~$12k profit.
Just doesn't jive either past performance levels or presently stated ambitions. So however convoluted the arrangement, hard to believe Karl has no interest in seeing his stock increase.
But still all the questions remain and are legitimate and the truth may prove that things are not as beneficial for us as they might have been otherwise.
Excellent research and questions...
One positive for PAOG shareholders might be inferred from the logical conclusion that if High End/Karl own a large stake, then he obviously wants and is working for an increase in pps.
To rephrase, why would HE/Karl acquire 5,000,000 class-c shares of PAOG if he was not interested in increasing the value thereof?
But how it works and why it was set up that way remain legitimate questions, which you presented very well.
Did you reply to the wrong post?
Quote: It’s not only a broad brush, it’s a fairy tale with a fairy tale ending.
I thought Sam Adams was the fairy tale. I'm hoping we do well, but that level? Now that's a fairy tale.
Quote: Didn’t everyone already know I’m a genuine hero?
LOL!
So you think you're a hero. And you think that's funny. Uh...OK.
That's a very broad brush you have there. You must be very sure of yourself to paint everything pink so black. And it's possible you're right. This play may fail, but I don't see it, certainly not enough for, bloodlust damnation. Honestly, at some level, as with pumpers, it begins to reflect more on the poster than the company.
Good luck to you also. Hope you find some peace, but maybe not with the failure of this ticker ;)
Exactly! By being stickied once it is not repeated endlessly each day.
Not great, but agree on sticky:
sticky one good version of the endlessly repeated view and be done with it.
Oops, meant lender...
Do we know if the debt forgiven is less than owed to debtor?
QUOTE: If your debt is forgiven or discharged for less than the full amount you owe...
Uh, point of order...as a long...
I do care, in the interest of knowing what you own.
And it remains unknown at this point what exactly is the set up between the key individuals and legal entities involved here.
Blind faith is cool if you're dealing with The Infallible. But with humans I prefer transparent facts.
While there is an over zealous negativity on this board with perhaps unrealistic expectations in some sense, it is also true that a little straight up communication from Karl would help.
In the silence peeps are just filling the void with self-reinforcing doubts.
Karl needs to speak, clearly and regularly, on results, current status, on-going actions and plans with targets & timetable, as well as clarifying the organizational ownership structure.
Until he does this will continue to be a boiling cauldron.
So either a panicked investor, or some toxic note holder, decided on an unknown whim based on no change in company news to just suddenly dump 2 million shares. Which because this ticker typically trades less than a tenth that volume, dropped the value by a third.
OK, got it...
What triggered this?
Did Ted get some bad news on the cbd beer approval, or things with the Dallas brewer (Nine Beers?) go south?
Something besides general frustration had to drive the sudden highest trade volume we've seen in months...in the wrong direction.
Quote: Think about the future
Have been...for over two years now. Have to remind myself each day: today's not the day...it's tomorrow
Only problem is it's never tomorrow, mysteriously, everyday is always today.
Rinse, repeat
Long and tired...
And before anyone reveals the secret knowledge that I can sell, I will offer all my future .25 shares to you today at a bargain ten cents.
Thanks, Louie, that makes sense. And takes some of the edge off any perception of just incompetence or not having their act together.
Production hasn't been discussed much...
after a solid effort of making a good show at the Detroit event, it may be that as a young company they haven't yet hit their stride in being able to produce, at volume & quality, the levels needed to reliably supply distributors.
Hence the apparent delay in [announced] distribution deals may be purposeful to avoid a false start until the production capacity is ready.
If true, then I hope they* get production sorted quickly as the basis of distribution, sales & profit.
*still a question of ownership regarding who "they" are
Agreed, potentially true: Even if the glass is full, Lord help us...
QUOTE: "The glass is still close to completely empty if PAOG owns nothing more than an unspecified management agreement..."
Paramount that we get clear understanding of the parts and their connections.
And thank you and likewise, I appreciate your insights and honest analysis. You're one of few I'd enjoy having a beer with.
Glass half full or half empty?
The comments here seem to argue that point, one side saying half full and filling up, the other side saying half empty and draining out.
The arguments for the extremes cannot be made
It's not completely empty, there are products, there is interest, there is no doubt some ongoing effort to distribute. There is something.
It's not completely full, there is much to be done to establish distribution, improve the product, promote sales, make a profit.
Based on hope more than anything else, I'm going with half full and wait and see for a while.
This is not a time to be silent...
and let the void of information be filled with worst case speculation.
Karl needs to speak, to explain, to spin even, to reveal plan & progress.
The ship is floundering, Karl, show us you have the till and how it all be well.
Would be great to talk to
the judges and a sampling of attendees who tried our stuff to gain insight into where it hit and where it missed...how can it be improved?
BTW, what happened to the mission to remedy the opioid addiction crisis?
The winners are

Unless I'm misreading Our stuff did not place
Because I am totally upside down in this, I completely hope you are correct in your belief that TX & CA will be magic, and if I suspend logic it is even easy to believe.
However, if I allow myself think as much as I hope, I am forced to ask, how?
We are 5 or so states into national expansion and it has meant: doodlysquat.
And the last reported brew run was 30 barrels to be distributed across those existing 5 states.
Presumably, if it were selling well AND we could brew more we would brew more.
So, even with a new brewer on board (assuming all i's have been dotted), how will we be able to suddenly ramp up production to meet the demands of two more HUGE states, when we can't effectively cover the ones we have now?
Without production and sales, which is where we are now, how is adding two more even larger states that we can't supply going to help us?
Is there some mystery calculus that the pps increases in proportion to the size of population you are not able to produce for?
Just "expansion" means nothing (as it has with each additional state so far) unless there is demand that can be met - it's called sales.
If you're slow, put it this way, selling 60 barrels in ONE state would be worth twice what selling 30 barrels in seven states is worth.
If we can't do the production, with equivalent sales, counting states is meaningless. As it has been up to now.
But, boy, if by some yet to be seen magic we can suddenly sell beer in TX & CA size quantities, then I'm all for it!
$izzling $ummer $alami
Wonder if, like with Jonah, we are caught up in God blowing on these stocks just to show that He resists the proud, His displeasure at the pride of would be prophets.
Thanks, HC. Your analysis as always is helpful.
And thanks for the kind words. Likewise appreciate your posts. Would enjoy a beer with you...and a couple others here. Cheers
What 4 products were entered into which categories?
Agreed. Along with who are the personnel of High End, RBII, PAOG, RBS (if that's the right initials of the mgt Co) ?
Qoute
"... who actually owns High End Products, LLC"
Worst case, we didn't even have a pig before, so it's still a step forward. And if putting lipstick on it gets it into a pageant, then that's a giant step forward. And if it wins Ms Congeniality, then that is national news!
I speak facetiously. Even if not all that might have been hoped, it absolutely represents realization of game changing progress.
Besides, is there any news that confirms we didn't place in some category?
When will the winners be announced?
Sorry, mate, missed that it was sarcasm lol. :/
Just that "normal" posters were exchanging views freely earlier today, then a couple hours ago the bot army showed up, making the same lame posts about every other minute.
They seemed to have slacked off now thank God, allowing conversation to continue.
Long on PAOG, short on bots
Oh well, it was nice exchanging views here for a while until the pump posse returned.
Got a link?
Glad to hear it. Thanks.
For all that, the reported news so far still seems a bit underwhelming.* Hoping the overall event success is not.
*nothing personal about you
