IF, as oft reported here, the current hemp beers taste great and therefore sell well (empty shelves...), then the pps crash is NOT due to some nebulous general sector malady but wholly due to Ted going AWOL on all fronts:
- no production
- no progress on expansion
- no communication
Either that or the beer does NOT taste good and therefore does NOT sell well and therefore is NOT worth producing, expanding or communicating about.
Actually, the keyword was "toliet". And the key question is why:
- no production of reportedly great tasting beers for which we already have licenses, distributors, outlets?
- no progress (TX, CA, moon, etc.)?
- no news or communication on anything?
Wish Willie the best. And wish we could get out of the toliet here.
There has been much speculation on this and other boards about why particular stocks and the sector have gone down the toliet.
There have been endless theories about Mitch, FDA, scams, share structure, incompetence, products, marketing, TX, CA, the moon, and investor psychology. All fine theories for sure.
But the real reason has just been revealed - hell has frozen over: Willie Nelson has quit smoking pot.

Quote: "...something is not right here."
Yeah, bigly covfefe, for sure.
Has anybody checked on Ted's health? Maybe the utter lack of any production, progress or communication is a health vs business issue.
There must be some explanation why no one seems to be at the till and the SIPC ship has run aground.
Once upon a time, Tew/mjtk had interest in blockchain technology.
FDA rules for CBD products will require purity. Blockchain could guarantee source to sale traceability, insuring a pure source is not contaminated along the harvest to manufacture to distribution pipeline.
A neutral workable, adoptable solution to CBD legalality compliance would be huge.
And a good new incarnation for a MJ Technology company like mjtk.
...or at least something to daydream about.
There have been soooo many great days to buy, I'm surprised there is any float left. Be when we see a few great days to sell...
TV reality show idea: random group of "investors" have the opportunity to invest a show-supplied stake in several trading options. While the winner(s) would be those with best ending balance, the true focus would be on player psychology & strategy, with behind the scenes look at true motivations, collaborative schemes and the show's own scam-laden investment options.
Interactive audience participation would allow viewers to comment and vote up or down on various players and strategies, e.g., those who bash or pump endlessly, irrespective of an options performance, or those are not part of either club and don't realize they are being played by both sides.
Kinda like Survivor, only played out on an investment msg board instead of an island.
So hemp infusion is legal.
So SIPC have approved hemp beer formulas.
So SIPC have license in 5(?) states.
So SIPC have arrangements with 2 or 3(?) brewers.
So SIPC have agreements with several distributors.
So SIPC is sold(?) in 250 locations.
So SIPC beer tastes great.
So Ted is a man of integrity.
So...why isn't SIPC producing any of these hemp beers? What is Ted doing instead?
Waiting on the CBD fairy?
Link to studies?
Understand the competing money - not health - stakes at the center of the battle.
Either way - health vs money/control issues - it seems to pose a longer, rougher road to the desired Oz.
Which I am sorry to hear. Been waiting in line at the deli counter for a looong time.....
Came across this at the other end of the deli counter. Fresh from FDA. Not definitive but not encouraging. Sounds more lile hitting the brakes than hitting the gas. Draw your own conclusions.

Never said it is scam. Bit of a mystery as to why there is only the most vanishingly minimal, occasional production, but not in my view a scam.....yet.
Maybe he can jump down the chimney and deliver those SIPC products to all the sales outlets in all the approved states. We need a little magic here...Ted's elves seem to be on strike.
Prereq for otc investor...
I know, it's just gotten to the point of being comical...
...well, except for the outrage of dishonest scam on retail investors.
clinics?
acupuncture?
chiropractic?
fortune telling?
How can we miss?
Curious to see what could be of interest in the financials.
Whatever is stated, and however that is spun, will at best provide only minor difference of shade in the one single operational fact: despite whatever licenses, approvals, tasting notes, states and brewery agreements, SIPC produces only basement hobby levels of beer.
The mantra is volume precedes price. Current trade volume levels reflect beer production levels - pitifully low. Pps won't increase until volume increases which won't move until production increases. And without production, TX, CA, FDA, CBD is so much yada, yada, yada.
Until that changes, what does it matter how the pocket change financials are reported...or not even bothered to be reported?
And as to the basket with all the eggs, if FDA provides regs winter of 2020, that is only framework.
Actual review & approval process within that framework across a myriad domains could take God knows how long before production and distribution can begin. Might be many months from now before that egg hatches.
And in the mean time, crickets...
Roasted marshmallow, anyone?
Everyone go to your local 7-11 and ask when will they have elev8 iced tea - show them the pic.
LOL

Would you rather have 300 shares at a penny, where 10x baggers are not uncommon possibly yielding $30...
...or 1 share at $3 where multi-bagging is extremely rare, a 2x doubling to $6 would be beyond phenomenal.
And if you prefer the latter (as those touting the benefits of the RS imply), why are you here in pennyland if you prefer NASDAQ? Prestige?
Those in favor and touting the benefits of a 300:1 RS, please explain the upside of losing the potential of hundreds or even a few thousand percent pps increase - which is the attraction of pennyland.
At one or two cents, a huge percentage increase in pps is possible, not so much at $4.
After a 300:1 RS your net value may be the same, but the pps upside multiplier is definitely not.
Why does that make you happy?
Thanks for posting.
Now if we only had some clinics...
Ted & Co apparently are waiting on FDA (or who knows what?) before ramping up production, TX, CA and moon landings, ignoring any market for expanded sales on current products which supposedly have great reviews.
Has there ever been a company with so much groundwork and potential and so absolutely zero performance?
It's going to be a long cold winter.
It could look good...if we produced any beverages.
30 barrels every year or so moves no needle.
QUOTE: Hemp/CBD infused beverages getting quite popular. This really looks good for SIPC
Help me out here, please.
Let's say on 11/20 the new FDA guy says all the things we want to hear.
What happens to VATE that magically increases volume & profit?
Does production suddenly increase?
Are new flavors suddenly available?
Do new distribution channels suddenly sign on?
Is a national marketing campaign suddenly launched?
What heretofore pent-up capabilities will suddenly be unleashed?
I am ALL for the guy saying the right things and for VATE to suddenly become a national or even regional phenomenon, but don't quite get the mechanics of how whatever he says will suddenly change VATE's operational realities.
Time frame for when
Quote: "this event takes place and the ball starts rolling"?
When is the new CEO going to be announced?
Agree - but I would say it appears to be run, not by a kid, but by someone whose wheelhouse does not include broad & deep business acumen.
But, to be fair, does have vision, integrity, high standards of quality and has produced desirable products and gotten them to market. All necessary and good, but lacks the broader aspects of steering that through the legal/PR/IR/marketing/networking/planning/staffing, etc., skills to successfully run a business.
Perhaps it is time for Medico to focus on his passion and bring in CEO caliber exec to run the overall business.
When FDA rules are out, what changes, over what period of time, that shoots us to the moon?
Is it operational - we can now do things previously disallowed and have the capacity to suddenly crank up market performance at scale?
Is it circumstantial - we are the last man standing because all the present flood of CBD in everything will suddenly be illegal so we have the field to ourselves?
Is it psychological - the clarification spawns a mania, unconnected to operational performance, that will suddenly impel us to the moon?
FDA clarification is the accepted door to our success. How does it work?
Is my ticker feed (15 min delay) broken or is there really zero interest in trading today?
The sad part of this is not the delay in itself but that the playing field will be vastly different by the time final regs are issued.
The 2+ year headstart will have been nullified as Fed bureaucrats, playing to Big Bev and Big Pharma, are delaying to give them a chance to catch up, plus either letting them dictate terms and/or feeding them advanced copies so the big boys are ready to jump in when the light turns green.
And of course their applications will be fast tracked.
Fair? Of course not! But you have to give them credit - they are damn good at cheating!
So USDA is waiting til after 60 public comment period, which started around 10/25*(?). Meaning public comment ends around Christmas.
Then allow a few weeks to incorporate & polish and we're looking at latter half of January for USDA regs.
FDA will follow, taking, what, another month or so?
Meaning it could easily be 2Q 2020 before final FDA regs.
Of course, there is one day left in October so they could still issue preliminary guidance as some claimed they would.
CBD beer? Maybe next spring.
*anybody that knows the exact date can adjust the calculation
Extrapolating from pps movement following the great news of WH approval of usda regs...
what is projected pps movement that will follow news of actual:
- usda regs?
- FDA regs?
Quote: "...Representative James Comer...not confident we'll get CBD regulations anytime soon."
Did he say why & when regs might come?
Did Mitch's budget amendment language giving the FDA 90 days to issue guidance and 120 days for final regs re cbd ever pass?
That yardstick lays out to early to mid 1Q now, depending on when that clock starts ticking.
Agreed. Not knocking Ted.
He's pioneered an appreciable working shell of a beer company with more major (no pun) stuff in the pipeline.
But it finally dawned on me that there has to be a reason it is only operating at demo levels.
Either Ted just doesn't want to actually run a beer company, just set up a working model; or, as you indicate he is on a leash, though don't know why that would be.
Either way, as you point out about Major Hemp, it isn't ONLY the regs.
Having access to TX & CA with no more willingness/ability to produce more than we have - by magnitudes - won't mean much more than the current half dozen states. It's not the size or number of states, it's size & number of production runs & sales.
It is a significant shell. I hope either SIPP unleashes Ted and/or brings in a team able to flip the machine on and run that sucka.
Lol, yes the silence is golden.
However, my comment had slightly darker undertones...no one is saying anything even when they do speak - positive or negative. It's just drivel until this game changes in two ways: cbd rules clarified and either we're bought or bring in a mgtm team that WANTS to run a beer company. Ted obviously does not.
No one's saying anything...
