Wow... Lol
More like jumped off the building
right there laughing with you bro!
MASSIVE!!!
did you get confirmation that the land deal isn't closed and/or won't be announced?
We're still waiting... the 27th will be day 10 if the time frame was 7-10 business days.
Why would MMEX set up these partnerships if the land wasn't pretty much a done deal?
responses I'm expecting: "this is a scam," "this is a P&D," "blah blah blah"
O&G is cyclical and it will stabilize... as an O&G employee, this lower for longer environment isn't fun. However, it's better to start the process and have the refinery ready and operational when the sector reruns.
Unsure if it was 7-10 business days. If this is the case, Tuesday is day 10.
LOL truer words have never been posted
LMAO you're hilarious
Keep up the great work man, you're awesome!!! Get me more cheap shares :)
Fourth point lines up almost exactly with what Jack said in his presentation @ 33:45.
and ETF announcement
I was thinking the same thing... which would mean the 27th is day 10.
Some have expressed concerns re: legitimacy of the research collaboration and license agreement between OWCP and Sheba Medical Center (SMC). Yesterday, I sent an email to SMC's spokesperson inquiring about the past (and present) agreements that are in place and active between the two parties; I am still awaiting a reply adn I suggest others do the same and send an email to:
For press inquiries, please contact the Spokesperson office:
Ms.Lee Gat: lee.gat@sheba.health.gov.il
I did find that Friends of Sheba Medical Center actively follows SMC activity and posts articles related to the relationship between the two entities on their website, Facebook, etc.
- Friends of Sheba Medical Center Facebook
- Friends of Sheba Medical Center Website
A little info about Friends of Sheba Medical Center:
yea, it's definitely a test of patience here.
maybe this email reply I received from owcp@owcpharma.com will help... I think others have received similar replies when emailing the company about news, timeline, etc.
Either then or a few weeks after lol... don't be surprised if the commercial keeps getting delayed
Yes - Given that Q2 is almost over, I emailed asking if the company is still on track for the topical cream to be market ready in Q2 2017 as stated in previous PR and will this be announced soon?
Received a simple "yes"
my thoughts exactly
Reply from Jeff - OWCP is still on track for the topical cream to be market ready in Q2 2017 as stated in previous PR below and we'll be updated soon.
OWC Pharmaceutical Research Corp Releases Promising Preliminary Results From Efficacy Tests of its Topical Cream
ugh, cc is like amateur hour so far...
hopefully they'll prove the "commitment to our shareholders" statement emblazoned on their site
Curious if anyone else has sent an email to PGPM?
info@pilgrimpetroleum.com
I sent one earlier, but no reply yet.
here's hoping... and/or bringing on a CFO who will be a major participant and has experience working with high caliber companies.
Key players will change for the better as OWCP grows and improves.
OWCPharma1@gmail.com
received email stating that OWCP is "bringing on a superstar CFO" and "Shmuel was never a major participant"
and
"News next week(s)"
yep, even GWP# still down <$100
damn, L2 is just painful to watch
Mods, will you please sticky this?
911, would be nice if we actually see news...

I prefer to not post predictions, but hoping we see positive movement with:
- Shareholder webcasts supposedly starting next month and occurring monthly
- Updates on 10k bpd unit permits (submission in 45-60 days, granted 45 days after submission)
- Updates on 50k-100k bpd refinery permits which is being actioned in parallel to the smaller unit. Timeframe for submission and granting is obviously much lengthier.
- Updates on non-dilutive financing... won't be an issue once permits are granted
- Updates regarding KPE deliverables
- Groundbreaking and start of construction
That said... I'm not claiming to have any idea where this goes short term. Long term, we'll see a refinery. Everyone is crying about financing. That is not the challenge. The challenge is the permitting. Once those are granted, financing is a non-issue. Until then, the shareholders will front the bill and incur dilution, unfortunately. Jack is being transparent and isn't hiding this, it's plainly stated in the 8-k.
Another note - there is no R/S planned for near future.
It's Jeff's account, he's a hired consultant, not a OWCP employee.
Expect shareholder webcasts to be announced soon.
It's a stepping stone towards the 50k-100k refinery. There is strategy behind these decisions... take a moment to actually think about these things before grabbing a torch and pitchfork.
About 60 days to package the application (crude lab tests, paperwork, etc)... was told this has already begun. Then, 45 days for permits to be granted. I'd expect permits for the 10k bpd unit around September timeframe.
I suggest you reach out to OWCP:
owcp@owcpharma.com - Official comms email address, Alon replied to my inquiry.
OWCPharma1@gmail.com - Jeff Smurlick, US-based business development consultant who can also be reached via phone @ (561)703-3309.
Speaking with OWCP directly will probably do a better job of calming your nerves than relying on other posters' input and opinions.
I'm not implying anything.
I should have said won't, not can't.
Traveling back to Houston with barely any service. Will provide some info when I get home.
Long story short, Jack W. Hanks is the real deal and definitely knows what he's doing. I believe this will happen and don't care what anyone else here thinks, says, decides, etc. I spoke f2f with Jack and his wife for about 20 minutes and they are very friendly and come across as genuine. They shared details with me and I don't have a doubt that the refinery will be built.
More info to come. I wish share what I'm at liberty to, some I can't.
HUGE!!!
