Unsure who is handling IR for MMEX now... Jennifer Zimmons is no longer working with the company. When meeting with Jack at the summit last month, he mentioned that Jennifer was putting together a monthly webcast that was supposed to start in July. I guess these won't be happening after all.

nice little L2 action... anyone else see the 50k .xxxxxx sell... hmmm
I have spoken with Jeff multiple times as well and he is open when stating he is not an official spokesperson of OWCP, he is a hired consultant for US business development.
If you want to speak with OWCP directly, I suggest you contact: owcp@owcpharma.com. They are usually quick to respond to me.
Of course, everything posted on here should be taken with a grain of salt. Everyone has their own agenda. Hence, "do your own DD."
GLTY as well.
I'm not doubting you, but do you mind sharing a screenshot?
Completely agree, mgmt needs to provide transparency... there are too many things unknown and unexplained.
Unfortunately, @ 05:58 of the video, Dr. Rozenblat said "I think in a few months we will publish the [?] result and then we will be free to talk about all of the details."

Agree, this is what's obviously frustrating for shareholders. Everything is speculation and guessing until they give us verifiable updates... both positive and negative opinions.
seriously... come on, you know that's not what was meant.
LOL, you've got to be kidding me to assume anyone meant he was the Chairman of Nasdaq...
He is the Chairman of a Nasdaq traded company.
Here you go I-Glow: Nasdaq Chairman appointed as OWC Pharmaceutical Research Corp's Active Chairman.
.10 level is pure speculation.
Have you read any of the filings? The drop to sub-penny never should have happened, but it presented some of us with a great opportunity.
Unfortunately, no published, peer reviewed study means none of us truly know what the cream accomplishes. So, stating that the cream will only "Reduce Dryness" is pure speculation.
Our questions will hopefully be answered within the next few months once the data is published and made publicly available.
This speculative argument can only be used for a few more months (possibly). Once OWC publishes the data as Dr. Sharon Rozenblat stated they will in her interview, new material will need to be used.
Until then, it's just back and forth speculation backed by zero material facts... on both sides.
Pure speculation with zero factual evidence.
there is not a lawsuit. next.
Oh so there is a cream on the market with scientific backing? Please share.
lol those creams are garbage with no scientific backing.
Unfortunately, I don't think we've ever seen it get this bad. This is absolutely brutal.
There is no lawsuit...
There was an accusation, police investigation, and that was the end of it.
Next.
LOL, not even his background... sure.
wasn't arrested and wasn't found guilty.
You can bring up the GAAP compliance concern as much as you want. Can you tell everyone if OWC's accounting practices are IFRS compliant? I'm pretty sure we both know the answer.
Quote:
GAAP is focused on the practices of U.S. companies. The Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) issues GAAP. The international alternative to GAAP is the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) set by the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB). The IASB and the FASB have been working on the convergence of IFRS and GAAP since 2002. Due to the progress achieved in this partnership, in 2007, the SEC removed the requirement for non-U.S. companies registered in America to reconcile their financial reports with GAAP if their accounts already complied with IFRS. This was a big achievement, because prior to the ruling, non-U.S. companies trading on U.S. exchanges had to provide GAAP-compliant financial statements.
Old news, and it was terminated BY OWCP. Good lord man.
Link for that?
Explanation received from OWCP re: low R&D:
"our R&D is either outsourced to a laboratory so it's booked as G&A or being executed by Dr. Baruch himself and the expense is booked through his equity compensation. The safety study is conducted in a federal hospital (90% of hospitals in Israel are governmental) which is a non-profit organization and as such, when the study will be finished we will just have to cover the direct expenses."
This is sarcasm right?
I don't understand why people are thanking this conman...?
Hirsch is not OWC's new CEO. He is replacing Bignitz as the Active Chairman of the board of directors, but Bignitz will still be the CEO of OWC Pharma Research Corp. and OWC Ltd.
Oops, looks like you need to understand what the role and responsibility of the Chairman of the board of directors is:
The CEO is a company's top decision-maker and is ultimately accountable to the board of directors for the company's performance.
The chairman of a company is the head of its board of directors and is responsible for protecting investors' interests, such as the company's profitability and stability.
A CEO's job security depends on the satisfaction of the board.
With the above in mind, the post by I-Glow that you are touting stated a failure in testing and slump in pps during March, correct?
Well, the below PR states the appointment of a new CEO for Foamix in June, so it appears the chairman/board recognized that the CEO's performance was insufficient and replaced him. In conclusion, Dr. Hirsch was actually showing true leadership and making necessary changes to protect shareholders' interest.

do you hear that? Crickets...
for those interesting in listening/watching OWC's new Chairman in an interview:
