Not sure they would hire someone to shop it around if it was a small amount.......I’m sure one of their hedge fund buddies would dive on a small amount.
I’d say if anything that was related to Merck and probably Advaxis dragging its feet dosing patients. There were only four dosed in the data that was given at AACR. That’s pretty insanely slow.
I think it’s our BOD and management team that has put off everyone except folks that are even bigger scumbags than they are.
It’s pretty bad when you have to participate in pump and dumps to get financing!
Yeah, who wants to finance this POS hedge fund owned train wreck!
More like a dumbass wench!
Till they get investigated........ then what happens?
GFY girlfriend, I hope the SEC investigates this, I would laugh my ass off!
Oh yeah, gotta get this to 4.50 so there buddies can cover with warrants. Completely obvious that hedge funds run Advaxis.
Ken even sent them a letter to remind them they had warrants available post RS at 4.50. So Ken has the company participating in pump and dumps now!
There is literally no difference between Ken and Dan, the person could be substituted for one another and nobody would ever know.
Just another rotten attorney doing things that really limit our options.
Seems to me like the warrant holders ran this up with HFT, shorted and then HFTd the stock down. All compliments of KEN and Advaxis.
Advaxis is the most hedge fund friendly company on the planet. Get slandered by there henchmen and just remain quiet. Tell me they don’t know what’s going on.......
If Ken doesn’t file a lawsuit against this scumbag and his employer, we’ll, that speaks volumes, doesn’t it? It’s kind of like agreeing with the scumbag.
How about we sue AF and his employer and get the money to run a bunch of trials!!!
Yeah, this is slander, ADXS should sue him and his publisher.
Well, we all know this guy is a paid con-artist. Advaxis have results with and without Keytruda. No misrepresentation when this trial had a combo portion to it.
I think we have a fair chance of a deal before dilution, if that happens there will be no chance to get in........just look at what happened this morning in premarket.......
It was, they’d have to register a new shelf before selling anything. The FUD machine is on as high as the manipulators can take it.
They’d have to register those shares with the SEC first before selling them.
Oh yeah!
We could a couple deals PDQ IMO.
Well they recently got the patent for cervical, once the request to the FDA for and earlier look is approved and the hold is lifted, look out. We should see a deal very quick thereafter.
These results reinforce AXAL being an active agent in cervical cancer with best ever GOG results.
It could be and so could cervical.
Yeah, well, it’s end stage Prostate cancer, one of the most difficult nuts to crack, pun intended.
Yeah, they have to register those shares before selling them.
Yeah, they don’t.
They would have to register a shelf first and money isn’t immediately pressing.
What gives me hope for a cervical or PSA deal is there are no planned NEO indications in those two cancer areas. That may be strategic in its planning. Just a thought for what it’s worth.
Definitely promising that they are seeing some activity in one of the first patients dosed after just two doses.
Yeah, I think that bodes real well for Advaxis!
Has the company registered any of the new shelf for a financing? Anyone?
It was painfully obvious that the HFT manipulators were all over the stock on Friday. They won’t let Advaxis come up for air in hopes they can force more dilution. The only way this lets up is if Ken signs a significant deal of sorts. If he continues down the trail all other mgmt have chosen the company is forked. No doubts whatsoever about that.
Probably a more reasonable explanation is that Dan made a deal for great tech and the deal didn’t provide for Advaxis. The Prostate trial peaked Merck’s interest and they inquired about HOT which in effect pressured Amgen out of the situation. MINE probably would wind up on the losing end of the stick against any HOT/Keytruda combo competing trial both from an efficacy and marketing viewpoint.
Well, one pt in the first dose cohort already with stable disease after two doses, We could conceivably see some or all of these folks develop stable disease or become responders over time. Immunotherapy is not immediately effective, it takes time for the body to gear up and mount a response.
That’s probably why the push to use a CPI in combo, it buys more runway for our immunotherapy to roll up it’s sleeves and getter done.
Good point, how old do you suppose the data in these abstracts are, maybe 4-5 months old?
I can agree to that, looking pretty damn good. 6 of the 7 Patients in PB who has a >50% reduction in PSA are still alive, that is also very good. I just imagine it was this trial that brought Merck in to squeeze out Amgen in the MINE trial. Very significant efficacy in combo.
Am I right in seeing that there has only been four patients dosed in the MINE trial so far? That seems super slow if that is the case.
You are missing the point my friend. We’re not Merck or BMY or Amgen and yet Merck is pushing ahead in this manner with a little unknown biotech names Advaxis. This looks like a big commitment. To you, that won’t be obvious until Merck shells out a couple hundred mill or so.
