Be Confident: Waiting for what company? This has nothing to do with NEOM.
Be Confident: What does this have to do with the NEOM stock ticker?
Be Confident: No news or conspiracy story here. Apps are updated all the time. As iOS and Androids updates are released, the Apps themselves need to be updated by their developers to work properly or continuing to work at all on the updated OS. App developers also release bug fixes and other updates to their Apps on a monthly basis. All very standard. No one knows what you believe in.
More spam news from Be Confident that has no relevance to this ticker.
Be Confident: Actually, nothing interesting at all. As iOS and Androids updates are released, the Apps themselves need to be updated by their developers to work properly or continuing to work at all on the updated OS. Some app developers release bug fixes or enhancements to their Apps on a monthly basis. All very standard.
Be Confident: The "Neoreader" App provides scanning of barcodes. Barcode scanning including the scanning of QR Codes was not invented by NeoMedia Technologies, Inc (NEOM).
lesnshawn: Most people know that a company has to do more than just "tout" themselves as a public company. You have to actually "be" a public company. NM, LLC. is not.
And the mention of a patent license IS NOT NEW but rather part of a sloppy find & replace. If you look at this archived page, NeoMedia Technologies, Inc once licensed the patent to themselves, NeoMedia Technologies, Inc. With find & replace that changed to NM, LLC.
http://web.archive.org/web/20160527095249/http://www.neom.com/solutions/ip_licensing/customers
if you review the complete site at the Internet Archive you can see the proof of sloppy find and replace without thoughtful edit of the actual content.
lesnshawn: NM, LLC ("NM") is clearly not a public company. It is a private LLC.
NM, LLC ("NM") does not "tout" this. It a appears on a few pages of a website they took over and edited. YA clearly foreclosed on the assets of NEOM as income from NEOM decreased (and the core patents expired.)
The public entity structure no longer made financial sense. The restructuring e.g. foreclosure got rid of offices, a 500K a year CEO, staff, pubic company legal and accounting expense, etc) allowing NM, LLC to collect on the declining revenue flow in a cost effective manner.
While NEOM once showed promise they blew it. Was it greed, being too early to market, not being good or smart enough - who knows - who cares - we all have our opinions.
NEOM blew through 10s of millions of funding, sold and then reverse split billions of shares of stock, company executives and YA made millions, sure traders made some money trading the day but the vast majority of shareholders that "believed" lost their shirts.
It's as simple as that.
Bigfootbud, scania4: This is an old domain. The record you provided shows the domain was registered, June 2008 and last updated several years ago, April 2015. The domain expires, June 2018 if not renewed.
lesnshawn: When you foreclose on assets of a company riddled with NEOMs past, you never assume ownership of the corporate entity itself. Too problematic. Too much baggage. Too much liability. YA likely foreclosed in the first place because the income stream from the expired core patents did not justify the cost to keep the sticker and shell management in place. It simply did not make financial sense to remain public. After all, it's hard to be a public company and drive shareholder value.
Be: Really? A tweet every several days is not much of an investment. The only revenue that exists is picking crumbs off the table in lawsuits related to their expired (core) patents. NM, LLC as a NPE is likely continuing to post on Twitter to give themselves the appearance that they are not simply a patent troll. If NM, LLC were still active in Martech this is a chart of competitors, http://cdn.chiefmartec.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/05/marketing_technology_landscape_2017_slide.jpg.
Be: qodesocial.com and qodemedia.com have no relation to qode.com. These companies are not part of some secret worldwide network of companies waiting for their moment to join together and dominate the world. That's all nonsense.
lesnshawn: Yes, sloppy application updating. PTO and other public documents and records show that the patents are owned by NM, LLC not NeoMedia Technologies, Inc. Any notion that NEOM shareholders benefit from NM, LLC is a fantasy.
The screen also shows a copyright of 2010 by Arash Payan. Does NM, LLC realize that some developer has the copyright on the Neoreader App and that it has not been updated in 7 years (even though we know it has.)
Yes, sloppy, sloppy. But what do you expect from patent trolls?
scania4: Really? How would that happen? NEOM has no technology, no patents, no employees, no office.
Payment platforms are already in place and controlled by established, well-funded companies. These companies have been divvying up payments market share for years. I'll list several, ever hear of them?
Apple, Google, Amazon, Alibaba, PayPal, FirstData, ACH Payments, Authorize, Stripe, ...
No need for anything NEOM in regards to payments.
Pop: Shocking, right? They must be too busy selling bath and body products. http://neom.be/
scania4: But NOT secured by NeoMedia Technologies, Inc or NM, LLC.
Follow just a few...

http://neom.mx
http://neom.be
So what's your point? I don't see the global domination.
Be Confident, Rocket and all: NeoMedia Technologies, Inc (and ultimately the YA-controlled company NM, LLC that acquired all NEOM assets in foreclosure let ALL trademarks expire. You do not let trade marks expire if you are preparing for reincarnation. You also do not kill any SEO you may have by stopping the domain from directing to a site. All these suspicions IMHO make ZERO business sense.
scania4: This CN website has nothing to do with NeoMedia Technologies, Inc.
Be Confident: "highly relevant", really? why is that? the domain is not even owned by NeoMedia Technologies, Inc.
Be Confident: It speaks that NM, LLC is further distancing itself from the NEOM ticker and any industry brand recognition NEOM had.
Be Confident: Actually, it's to be noted that the use of NEOM.COM - the NeoMedia Technologies, Inc stock sticker has been removed. Makes sense since everything is now owned by a private company, NM LLC.
HIGH_STAKES: Still NOT significant but yes, I stand corrected.
lesnshawn: Really? $2K in trades in not BOOM. It's someone picking up up crumbs before the ticker is shutdown.
Traderlife: That's a straight-up lie. There was an auction, filings with the PTO, etc. etc. etc.
Traderlife: You are confusing NeoMedia Technologies, Inc (NEOM) with the the PRIVATE company that acquired all NEOM assets after foreclosure - NM, LLC.
Traderlife: Everyone knows that NeoMedia Technologies, Inc. is out of business and NM, LLC (a YA company) received all it's assets in foreclosure.
Traderlife: Wrong. This is a NM, LLC website not NEOM. ...and it's not new. The original QODE.COM website is now gone and the URL is redirecting to the main website. For that matter https://www.neom.com is now GONE! The website noq has nothing to do with the old Neomedia and NEOM sticker.
Be Confident: What does this have to do with NEOM?
WarMachine: All that news and "great stuff" going on has nothing to do with the patents or technology now owned by NM, LLC. IMHO the loose change NM, LLC is now picking up for the expired patents in lawsuit settlements will not add up to much. Trolls never get much.
Be Confident: I do not believe that anyone ever stated that ALL the NM, LLC patents expired only that ALL the patents are now owned by NM, LLC. The core/key NM patents used in past licensing and patent litigation efforts expired. There are several patents of questionable value that are still effective. The website claims of, "in excess in excess of "60" patents" is another example of poor website editing.
pop: Thank you. After due diligence, I've uncovered that several worry-free opportunities like this exist with Pinks!
Be: NEOM lost ALL it's assets in foreclosure NOT certain assets.
pop: Click the link big provided, it's actually a totally separate Canadian company with the same name. http://www.neomedia.com/
Bigfootbud: ...and your point? The record you provided indicates the domain is owned by NM LLC a private company not Neomedia which went out of business.
neomania" That is clearly an edit they missed. NM, LLC. is not public company.
pop: ...more like the year 2161. At which point, NEOM's Mars-based Cryogenic Transportation, Teleportation Services and Bio-Dome Agriculture and Livestock businesses will be really taking off. Can't wait for Be to share industry articles in these areas.
Pop: I was referring to the Mobot agreement. Mobot no longer exists.
Be Confident: The Mobot deal "expired." The agreement you refer to is over 11 years ago. Mobot is long gone as a company. NEOM, is also out of business with no assets or patents so it's unlikely they have a future in any business. To any newbies: Agreements between companies cancel when the companies themselves no longer exist.
PlayInTheGreen: Hmmmmm.
pop: In the case of a PDF, even easier to edit.
