scania4: IMO. One or more trades adding up to $150. for 1,500,000 shares of stock is not a large number in itself. What it is...
...is unfortunate. Why? Because over time, many people losing small amounts of money - it adds up. All because they fall for a combination of misinformation and BS.
rocket18: Like today? With over 5 Billion shares in play at .0001, even trades that add up to millions of shares traded in a day is pocket change. Not really what one considers as 'high sales".
Be Confident: Utter silence? Of course, the company is defunct. Misdirection? That's on you.
Agent_Provocateur: Yes, we do. Nothing. Everything was lost in forclosure to YA. NEOM has no IP, no software, no apps, no clients, no revenue, no offices, no employees, no management team, and no CEO. Just an empty shell that is not worth the cost to bring current and reporting so it can be sold.
Agent_Provocateur: Really? Load up on the stock of a defunct company? Come on now.
Be Confident: You're kidding right?
Bigfootbud: LOL
Bigfootbud: LambdaRail ceased operations in March 2014.
rocket18: And what would one be buying? Shares in a shell with no assets, revenue, or employees? Come on. ...and if someone acquired the empty shell, the resulting reverse split by the acquirer would add insult to each shareholders loss.
Junior571: No party for NEOM or their shareholders. NEOM and thier shareholders lost everything in foreclosure. No patents, no technology, no assets, no clients, no cash, no employees, no office - NO HALLWAYS dark or otherwise. Nothing.
scania4: Really? What don't you get about this sticker being worthless? Shareholders have lost everything.
Be Confident: That's ridiculous. No master plan years in the making. Iain McCready's employment agreement expired years ago.
scania4: What does this post promoting another company have to do with NEOM?
WarMachine: I'm confused. Why is it fair game? NEOM is NO LONGER in that business. No patents, no platform, no clients. Such mention is as irrelevant at this point in time as mentioning the sale of medical marijuana products, self-driving cars, Cryptocurrency, Blockchain and ICOs, or a million other businesses NEOM is not in. Can't we stop the insanity?
Smiley faces for IBM, means nothing to NEOM.
rocket18: What does this post have to do with patentless,out-of-business NEOM?
Be Confident: You fail to understand the difference between a patents background, abstract and descriptions and the ACTUAL set of claims applied and received and how those claims may or may not be construed. You are clearly are NOT a patent attorney and way over your head.
scania4: That record on Crunchbase has not been updated in many years.
scania4: That light is from NEOM stock certificates being burned.
Bigfootbud: How is this relevant to NEOM? NEOM no longer owns any patents. NEOM lost all their former patents during foreclosure to YA-controlled NM, LLC.
Pop: (Typo)...when NEOM defaulted on a $40M loan.
Be Confident: NEOM, without patents, software, offices, clients, revenue, employees, or executives cannot collaborate with anyone.
Be Confident: This has absolutely nothing to do with out-of-business NEOM. ...and questionably has anything to do with YA (aka NM, LLC).
Be Confident: Part 2: What does this have to do with NEOM? Even before NEOM went out of business and lost their patents, NEOM was not in the blockchain-based or otherwise payments business.
But to be fair, please provide an office location, mailing address, phone number or email for anyone at the company, anyone at all, who we can ask.
Oh wait, NEOM has gone dark and is operating under deep cover, right? Miraculously executing against all odds and facts otherwise, a multi-year plan for world domination as the central cog in multiple businesses with no assets, patents, investment, revenue, partners, employees or executive team. Yep, that must be it. You just have to believe.
Be Confident: Part 1: What does this have to do with NEOM? Even before NEOM went out of business and lost their patents, NEOM was not in the ticketing or facial recognition business.
WarMachine: The links while looking right on the intro still have a bad character in the HTML, this time a " (%22) breaking the link. Try clicking on them from the intro.
WarMachine: The links ended up with a semicolin at the end breaking the link. Should be:

http://www.qrcode.com/en/patent.html
Be Confident: DENSO WAVE the inventor of the QR Code allows anyone to use QR Codes license free.
See the section under, QR Code's intellectual property right, the first 3 FAQs at, "http://www.qrcode.com/en/faq.html"

IamBaphomet: LOL. It's great to wake up to a good joke.
IamBaphomet: LOL. Really? What is your source? That is contrary to all public records and the former CFO's statements that NOTHING IS LEFT.
Let me ask you the same questions poised by WarMachine (March 2018):
Who is running the company today?
Where are they located?
How does one contact them?
Show the trail of how investors could possibly see a return.
Name one company contact that can confirm NEOM has resources.
scania4: You say you "believe" in NEOM. Who at NEOM do you specifically place your faith in? Who is your hero that will strive against all odds, with no resources to save NEOM shareholders?
scania4: That only exists in your imagination. NEOM no longer exists as a viable company. Everything was lost in foreclosure. EVERYTHING is in the hands of the very private, YA-controlled NM, LLC. Besides, what business model works when you have no investment, software, patents, contracts, clients, revenue, employees or executive management? Any suggestion a secret new business models exists is ridiculous.
scania4: This link and basic research proves my statement.
First off, the "employees" list is generated by LinkedIn and displays people that have included "NeoMedia Technologies, Inc." as an "employer" anytime in the past on their LinkedIn profile.
Re:"NeoMedia's assets were purchased in June 2016 and the company no longer exists in its prior form." - Yes, when YA foreclosed on the assets, the assets were sold at a un-publicized, semi-private auction and purchased by NM, LLC for $1.2M. That was an efficient way to cleanly transfer the patents out of the public company, NEOM with less paper work or shareholder issues. If you actually read the documents filed at the PTO you can see this for yourself (http://legacy-assignments.uspto.gov/assignments/assignment-pat-39622-662.pdf). The amount is irrelevant though because the funds ended up at YA due to NEOM's $40M debt to YA.
Re:"Information on NeoMedia's former products/services can be found at www.qode.com - which are operated by NM, LLC, a Yorkville Advisors owned company." - This confirms that NEOM no longer operates their former products/services. We already know that NM, LLC, a private company owns and runs it all.
scania4: You're confusing "going dark" with "going out of business". NEOM no longer has assets, patents, clients, revenues, offices, employees or executives to go dark about. It is naive or disingenuous to assert otherwise. NEOM is not in play or trying to hide something. The facts inform otherwise.
Be Confident: IMHO "highly valued" exists only in your own mind as well.
Be Confident: That's a really ridiculous statement even for you. NEOM is out of business and any of it's former patents that have not expired were foreclosed on. Shareholders in NEOM have lost their investment.
scania4: Nonsense. NEOM is out of business, no surprise in that.
Rocket18: You think? Any facts to support that a company has partnered with patentless, out of business NEOM? Dream on.
Be: This has NOTHING to do w/ NEOM.
scania4: And what do you think that means? Hope for NEOM shareholders? Nope. NM, LLC has it all, NEOM shareholders are left with nothing.
