All they need to do is announce a formal stock buyback program and away we go.
10 plus years. Very long years.
A delay means very good news in my opinion. I think they realize making the right decision at this moment has huge implications and they need the additional time to reach that decision which I’m hoping is the announcement of a formal buyback program.
This is great news
lol don’t go bananas
And that caused such a big jump?
Where are you seeing this?
Call in details anyone?
Told you not to get ahead of yourselves
lol if this goes to dollars we’ll all meet and get drunk and drop thousands of dollar bills in the champagne room :)
There shouldn’t even be a billion outstanding shares. 500-700 million seems like right number to me.
Well I’m looking at fundamentals to sustain a higher price and it comes down to revenue over number of outstanding shares. Billions of shares is not sustainable unless BLDV makes billions in revenue which ain’t happening. Anything less is pure speculation and stock price just won’t hold higher levels.
Don’t get ahead of yourselves. In my opinion they must announce an aggressive buy back program before this gets close to pennies.
call in details for Friday?
You’re spreading rumors without facts.
14 billion is a ridiculous number. Cannot possibly be right.
Here’s the big difference. Blue Sphere has 721 million outstanding shares versus 5 billion plus for BLDV. If we can get down to that level then pennies might happen.
They must announce at annual meeting specific and actual steps to reduce the O/S float.
Yep way way way too many shares
If that were true then why isn’t this multi pennies?? Is BLDV a secret? Doubt it.
No one but you and I seem to understand this.
Exactly!! I’ve been telling Josh over and over again he needs to be super aggressive in reducing O/S. Firmly convinced it is the key to Pandora’s box.
This is exactly what I’ve told Josh he needs to do. Retire as many shares as possible and do it ASAP!
Not until they announce a buyback of more shares. Way too many O/S.
Less than a billion is the right number. Only way this gets to, and sustains, pennies.
Let me clarify. I have always strongly opposed a reverse split. That would be devastating to shareholders. They need to retire shares via buybacks, etc. and do it quickly. No RS ever!!
Don’t disagree but I’ll add what you didn’t mention, the need to significantly reduce further the total number of outstanding shares. This is the keys to the kingdom in my opinion.
I believe the Goldilocks zone is no more than 1 billion outstanding shares. If the business continues to generate better than modest revenue than pennies is a real possibility. I also think if the business model proves of value and distinguishes itself from competitors you’ll see interest by larger companies to purchase the company. I frankly think that’s the end game here. It’s like tech startups that routinely get bought for billions because they have a business model that attracts the big fish. IMO. You don’t think they’d sell for 50 cents or better? I do. At a minimum just the possible interest in a larger player would drive this much higher. It’s all speculation and guesswork on my part.
Lions, Tigers and Bears, oh my!!
I respect your thoughts and of course hope you’re right but to me it’s a crazy number of shares. Fundamentals just won’t hold up. They’d have to make more revenue than possible. I’m hoping Josh follows my suggestion and retire more ASAP.
5 cents? Based on what?
Retiring shares is the key. If it wasn’t why did Josh retire 1.2 billion? It’s a start but a lot more needs to be retired before we see pennies.
3-4 billion less shares is what’s needed to sustain a much higher pps. Guarantee we hit pennies or better if they retire at least that amount. IMO
Revenue nice but less outstanding shares will be nicer and can drive this to pennies. Time to strike is now. That’s what I told Josh. Be bold now and buyback a few billion more, at least.
Yep. I’ll hold till we reach the promised land.
35 cents?? Based on what exactly?
I call it as I see it. I’ve been telling Josh for eons he needs to reduce the number of O/S. I’m a forever holder who’s never sold a single share. Of course I want this to skyrocket but I won’t cheer failure. These actions should have occurred long ago. Josh spread himself way too thin and made horrendous decisions. I suggested again he continue to be aggressive in retiring more shares. And yes, it’s my opinion we get to pennies and higher with a ton less O/S. Revenue/OS. Simple.
The key is retire many more shares in my opinion. See what happens when there’s less O/S.
Still way way too many O/S to sustain a much higher pps. In my opinion to reach pennies the number needs to be under a billion. Fundamentals: Revenue/OS.
