what's a pacer?
what does the news mean? turning down if toxic debt?
omg would be so sweet
Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.
GTRL is the best!
Right now the trend is 8s keep getting banged at. The trend is that the CEO is showing signs of trouble. He's not confidently blogging and tweeting anymore. He said plenty of updates after the 1st and it's been a month. One minor deal. That's it.
There's no reason to buy this yet. It is nothing but hype.
when is that supposed to happen?
what about this? MM paint .0094 and one second later a 500k sell for .0092
what is that shit?
NITE selling shares. dilution not over?
whats the logic when an MM keeps painting down the price a half a tick right when buying starts?
i thought dilution was done?
it just seemed so programmatic. these massive dumps were happening all throughout the day. i figured if it was retail then it would be at open and close. it just looked too straight and robotic, as if MMs were trying to spread out the notes. but you guys are right in that no MM was absorbing shares. and we gradually slowed down to this 7/8/9 area and i guess today people decided it was safe to buy again.
oh well. hopefully it's done and my .00185 avg becomes a great buy.
what's the difference between silent selling and dilution? either way it's nite holders converting right? i mean the cos potential is great but it's still in a lot of debt. berman needs money.
its not bs. couldn't have been all retail. am i wrong? if i am tell me why because i'm long onci and that's what i think was happening.
what do you mean? was there or was there not dilution?
don't forget a lot of dilution and conversion this week too.
haha yes this
yes imo imo gtrl imo will be like $100000000 for like half a share. just being conservative. imo

yea seriously. maybe all of our bitching actually worked. we have you to thank if thats the case. and all the other people who called. i wonder though if its just temporary in that case because if they have money needs then our needs come second.
it's friday but in my head it's monday and on monday gtrl will be $1
this is gonna rip
gtrl
I agree it's the game but eventually people get tired of the field and go somewhere else. We keep getting good news but the price action tells a different story. It's very discouraging for a trader.
Someone is still converting shares. Has to be. It's way too regular and blocky.
Nobody is going to buy this stock if it just keeps getting whacked down.
haha dreyes yes! gtrl
GTRL! YES! best stock ever. buying more every day.
this is one of those stocks that orbits Jupiter one day. da moon is baby talk. don't be a baby. be a man and go to jupiter.
get it while its hot because temperatures on jupiter are higher. or lower. i'm not sure. it's distance over time over temperature over moon bucks.
finally getting some attention! do the dd on this. you won't be disappointed.
GTRL is ready to launch. People are going to wonder someday how they missed this supernova in the making.
ok maybe you're right. Can't assume either way but the numbers say a lot. 60% of the float is controlled not by retail but by loaners who want their money.
This is where it gets tricky because I don't know how they think. the filings don't make it clear what those loan contracts are. All I know is there's a lot of debt and as the price gets lower, the incentive for those loaners to cash in their shares increases.
I'm looking out for myself here and want to figure out how likely it is for the price to get driven down to .0001 (for the third time this year).
The CEO might have the best intentions but if he can't get the money to pay off these debts then we're in trouble for the time being.
I think we all thought this would hold at 15, at 10, at 9, at 8...now 7 bids are being taken. It's dangerous territory because there are no more supports left.
So yeah, just trying to be objective and play smart here. If you have any solid evidence that I'm wrong please tell me because I don't want to sell this low.
"...such that at October 31,2016 the Company has issued a total of 2,798,719,698 common shares (of which a total of 1,113,550,914
or approximately 40% was in the "public float")."
Wouldn't this mean that 60% of the float is controlled by loaners? It would explain the big block sells because I doubt many people are still holding such big positions still. Am I missing something?
why wouldn't they? there's still a lot of debt to be paid off and the lower the price goes the less they get per share.
"As at October
31,2016 the Company has incurred an accumulated deficit of $16,789,276 since inception."
Convertible notes payable totaled $ 286,118 at October 31, 2016 and $ 199,064 at October 31,
2015. At October 31,2016 this balance included convertible notes payable totaling $62,087 due
Tide Pool Ventures Corporation, S 37,531 due Beaufort Capital Partners, LLC, $26,500 due
Louvas Law Group, $30,000 due WHC Capital, LLC, $ 25,000 due Blackbridge Capital Growth
Fund, LLC and $105,000 due Giorgio Johnson (see Note 5(b).
they sell in batches. up to mms discretion.
i was THIS close to selling. you can't see my fingers but they are very close together. also, do you really need the CAPS? we are a civilized people here :)
yup. def need revs update.
oh right. well, just like his company's stock price, he broke the trend! haha
i think maybe given the circumstances, he thought he should release something ASAP lol
why is that interesting?
exactly. i don't fault people for day trading so that's to be expected but usually there's a balance. right now the company's pps isn't showing any real value which isn't bringing in any new buyers. right now the action is controlled by converters and people taking losses.
and now 7s are up when i thought 8s wouldn't fail. now i have to consume my thoughts about whether to sell for a loss, too, or continue to wait. i think i'll just keep waiting because what's another -20% after already being down -60% lol
haha yeah. a lovely welcome, as always.
my friend warned me about the toxic debt here. i didn't listen. i thought buying power would be strong enough. and now 7s are up.
Probably both. Maybe his plan was to destroy convertibles as quickly as possible at the cost of destroying the pps in the short-term. If his goals are long-term then these few weeks don't matter to him.
