What does this post have to do with MJMJ?
RS destroyed shareholder value and the insiders have proven to be crooks and con artists. I highly doubt GRCU has enough revenue to pay for PR'S never mind product development and marketing. It had potential but unfortunately there are idiots that have been and will continue to manage it all.
Mornin! Gitin citing on GRCU!
Doesn't matter in the OTC. I've seen 1000% gainers for businesses with numerous issues and little to zero revenue. Business fundamentals don't apply in the OTC markets or do historical personnel issues.
Sorry! Replied to the wrong post. MJM# on the move.
Riddle me this Batman: What company is associated with "Green" as a product and as a trade?
Hence the risks! I was looking at and buying .0001/.0002 for quite a long time.
Yeah ok! Up 66% to .0005. Might not hold but............
Volume is outrageous but I will admit it needs to be.
Great news! MJMJ ready to run! Buy back to retire? Did this CEO find some angel willing to help him out? One can only hope for a promising outcome.
Those with 1's who simply want to double their money and who have lost patience. They are out there!
Been here a couple months now. There had to have been a few trip 1's and 2's that longs wanted to unload out of impatience. Maybe the wash is complete and we can put it behind for now. All these dire accounts of failed business fundamentals and a poor CEO means little in the OTC. Like others here; I've witnessed runs of 100'S to 1000'S of percent gains on business sector hype alone. GRC* ran from .002's to .049 with the announcement of a new MJ industry CEO. One PR with some positive news whether the news is BS or not could move this quickly. It's good to see the .0003's and bid building after the wash.
Seems the retirement of 300mm shares had a reverse effect on the PPS. Why?
Been on GRCU since TTDZ and here's the catch; GRCU'S PPS hasn't been able to exceed .05 pre-RS and post-RS. The highest the pre-RS PPS hit was an intraday high of .049 and then retraced to the point an RS was required.
Pulled out of GRCU to enter into a MJMJ position. GRCU recently ran as well. All MJ/MMJ tickers could be poised for some sector excitement and extra eyes.
I heard late yesterday and through the grapevine "the promotion is over." Today's action seemed to confirm it but maybe those interested are flipping or maybe those who made their money are selling before the falling knife hits. Not sure!
As I said, I'll come over with you if the timing is right. If you don't mind, let's talk on the other board and possible plan a bit over the coming days/weeks. This is moving fast but the falling knife could come at any hour.
I as well! LOL! I'm a Mechanical Engineering Manager from 9-5 and earn well into a six figure income. Promoted from Sr Mechanical Engineer one year ago. Point is I can well afford the loss and don't rely on it for bread and butter. Regardless of the affordability factor, I should have sold with my $50K profit and paid the short term capitol gains on it. As the old saying goes "he who hesitates, is lost". I'm also not too proud to say "you were right". Next OTC stock I see you posting on that I own or don't own, I'm running away asap! You've gained credibility with me albeit it took a long time. Denial in the OTC can be a costly mistake.
Yes; I should have known better after taking a look at those photos of the original BOD. Shortly after the GRCU symbol was assigned. Remember the gift basket given to that New York politician and presented by Calkin?
Agreed! Been a while now since the whooping. At least we didn't see triple zeros post RS. YET! .008's were the lows. If every PR posted since the TTDZ days were truthful, GRCU would have millions in revenue by now. LOL! They have zero marketing and zero sales but they sure have all kinds of product development every other couple of months! I wonder how that land deal is coming along? I haven't seen a deed or a mortgage or any other proof of transaction. The SEC should look into some of these characters but the SEC is all too busy skimming off the top for their own selfish agenda's.
"Welcome to the grand illusion, come on in and see what's happening, pay the price and get your tickets for the show"!
This new GRCU JV is another of many that went no where and produced zero revenue. What are the revenues? Less than $10K?
GRCU's 52 week high of .25 post RS, down it went and now it can't hold .02's without retracing. Demonstrates the level of shareholder value and GRCU's non-existent investors market.
In your defense and I've been a shareholder since the TTDZ shell takeover. I've never seen clear proof that Ross has connections to GRCU. I'm waiting to see his name in the filings or some other documented evidence. Until then it's still hearsay. On the other hand I'm also waiting for some decent shareholder value to return.
Question remains, who knows about the GRCU products other than IHUB members and few others they converse with? I haven't bought any of their CBD oils or drinks since the Rico Suave debacle. GRCU'S credibility is all but gone. They have a long way to go to prove they are "for real" and not a scam. That's coming from a shareholder and past believer in their products. Whomever is running the GRCU show seems to taking their time with shareholder value and the lack thereof.
Where's GRCU's marketing and advertising?
I don't doubt the possible scam taking place. There are similarities between companies actions. What I question are the so-called shareholder agendas. Does GRCU have advocates in favor of shareholders or does GRCU trading markets have short flips from Canada. I've been posting on this GRCU board for over two years. Trust me when I say; I would like to see insiders heads roll.
Great observation! Yes GRCU'S stock will indeed go up and down!
My question as well. If those running GRCU have a history of "fraud" then why haven't those concerned, included the SEC done anything about it? Seems to me indictments would have been handed out long ago. Zero proof of wrongdoing so far!
Good news today that seemed to bring a bit of credibility to the table. Let's see what comes of it!
If management is successful in negotiations then I question how they pay for it? What do they plan to do with the land and how will they pay to grow crop? Who are those "grow" experts? Where will the maintenance expenses come from? The answers to these questions should be in the last PR. A company doesn't go into final negotiations without knowing these plans. The lack of specifics raises red flags but GRCU has a history of raising red flags.
Yet the CEO claims "no toxic financing" as a deflection to his own needs for capitol. Selling is selling. If a CEO sells shares to fund milestones and then fails to deliver on those milestones; the lack of shareholder value is inevitable. IMO previous and existing GRCU management has never created shareholder value. Joe needs to call "a spade a spade" or else.........................
I've been a shareholder for 2.5 years and before the GRCU symbol was issued to replace TTDZ. What's happening here is atrocious!
On 2/25 and 6/23 and 8/11 GRCU announced updates of "milestones to come". GRCU can never seem to provide an update of "milestones accomplished". 10/20/2015 i.e. 10 months ago the company announced "Jimi Hendrix Beverages" and not a word about it since. That PR was a couple weeks after a new management team was announced. I assume that JH drink product is just another false start. I highly doubt revenue is covering investments but the sale of restricted stock is. I assume revenues are very low and barely keep the lights on. I highly doubt any revenue gained from the capitol raised through restricted stock will increase shareholder value enough to cover the dilution the restricted stock will eventually cause.
I will be very surprised if GRCU'S stock value moves up significantly over the coming months. The CEO'S reverse split has done nothing to increase shareholder value to date. Though per his own words, it was suppose to. Time will tell but the PPS has steadily declined since the RS.
Before believing the hype, remember GRCU has promised the Rico Suave energy drink by one management team and a Jim Hendrix drink by another management team. Both product release attempts turned into false starts. I've been here for 2.5 years and GRCU'S press releases mean little at this point until proven otherwise. This stock has more history of portraying like a scam but in my opinion it is just business incompetence. On the other hand the results for shareholders turns the same outcome, losses!
Better time to buy GRCU then it's been in weeks! Huge hit today!
LOL! $1mm divided by .25/share equals 4,000,000 shares multiplied by current share price of .0125 equals a $50K Investment. Investing $50K in this company at this point in time and based on their lack of marketing is lunacy!
Time will tell!
There is always the chance negotiations will fail for GRCU. Always the chance that GRCU will require more debt or shares to get the deal done. New deals don't imply instant revenue; new deals do imply spending money to get the deal done. In the meantme the PR is used as a promotion to artificially inflate the PPS.
