BTW, what no one can explain is if this wasn't real, why the company doesn't pump the stock and make those shares worth even more. The reason is, because they are worth way more when the stock goes up due to actual growth of the company and the subsequent appreciation from that growth and not from the fake pump and dump PR's that the company hasn't done. That is what is real about this company. There hasn't been any pump and dump by Anying Huang's buddy Dequn Wang. That is because this is a real company producing real products and following a methodical plan to list on NASDAQ, where their shares can really appreciate in value and make them multi-billionaires, not millionaires.
GLTY, though, and to all the longs.
That note was sitting on the books when Dequn Wang bought the shell. It either had to be paid off or converted. Conversion does automatically mean there is any scam. We will see what they are worth when the annual audited consolidated financials come out. They may be worth even more than you say, so why would he sell them for 5 cents.
GLTY, though, and to all the longs.
Your information is totally incorrect. Anying Huang is Dequn Wang's right hand man and financial advisor. He wasn't just handed those shares. He actually bought the convertible notes payable that was owned by the previous owner of the DOLV shell, Dr. Steven Stein. Some of the note was converted, per the conversion rate, to gain those shares. That is why the note was reduced from around $14K to where it is on the September 30, 2017 financial report.
This comes from actually reading all of the previous information posted to OTC-DOLV/JBZY. So please read the DD to get the right facts before posting incorrect information.

Good luck with the short-term capital gains tax. Most of us longs have already been holding long enough to take advantage of the long-term capital gains rate, if we sell. We benefit, not Uncle Sam.
And, no, you don't win if you get caught holding during a short squeeze. You can lose big time.
No one really cares. We are patient longs and we are here for the long term. We will be here when they release the financials, when they go to NASDAQ, and when they start paying dividends. I won't regret it later.
GLTY and all the longs.
There is only one we should worship.
Wang is more like Moses. As I recall, they had their struggles also.
PROMISE LAND MORE LIKELY! Just following sound DD.
GLTY and all the longs.
I have been saying that all along. Anyone who want the most money for their shares won't do that. Plus, there is a lot of shorting when someone slaps the ask. Have you noticed that when someone slaps the ask, the sell is usually several pennies lower than the ask. MM's make money that way also. Both of these things have been happening the last few weeks and/or months.
GLTY and all the longs.
What people don't point out when they say this is a scam or that this will go down to $1, is that there are people waiting in line to get the cheap shares. If this was a scam or not real, there would be no buyers, only sellers, and this would drop like a rock to $1 or lower. There is major support at this level and people think that this price point is cheap for what is coming, so they continue to buy what they can.
BTW, with those x-ray eyes can you see how much appreciation is in the financials? Just kidding, I know you can't reveal insider information!
GLTY and all the longs.
I think this is the major cover action before the reveal. There are many that know what is coming down very soon and they need to cover before they get caught short when this pops to astronomical levels.
GLTY and all the longs.
When we get close to the big reveal, there is usually a major shake like this to scare people into selling. Sure seems like we are getting very close to the release of the financials. Shake, jabber and volume all come at once near the time to reveal.
GLTY and all the longs.
Back up to 1.70, with a huge spread. To me, that means that there are no real shares being sold. All smoke screens and ploys to get any cheap shares that are left and to get the PPS down to pick off a few stop losses that people place.
GLTA the longs.
MAXIM put up a lot of shares on the ask, but when someone hit the ask for a boatload of shares, they backed off pretty quick. My guess is that an impatient so-called long decided to get out and sold into the bid. The only true longs are those that are in this months after the time when they post the financials.
I plan on being there for the dividends.
GLTY and all the longs.
You are contradicting yourself. If you are sure this is going to $1, Why would you hold any shares, when you can sell then for $1.80 and get totally out.
Impatient people is all it is. Regrets when the inevitable happens! It's just a matter of time.

Here are the new guidelines for alternative uplisting to NASDAQ. JBZY shouldn't have a problem meeting any of the provisions once they report their audited consolidated annual financial report.

I am hoping on May 17th.
Still holding. Not worried about holding long. In fact, I am very comfortable holding with what I know.
We will soon see, won't we?
GLTY and all the longs.
How do you know they aren't working on that right as we write? Did you even think that that might be what is taking so long?
BTW, they filed audited financials, for DOLV, for 2013. IMHO, so they would be able to reapply to the SEC for reinstatement. Also there were new guidelines approved for alternative ways to uplist to NASDAQ in 2012.
GLTY, though, and to all the longs.
There were actually 700 million shares bought and sold during that week. Who knows who bought them, but you are right the were sold over the course of the two spikes and dispersed to other people by whomever bought them. What that says is someone made some money.
How you can relate that to the company doesn't make sense?
GLTY though, and all the longs.
Your opinion is your opinion. My opinion is mine and the stop sign will be irrelevant when the audited, consolidated, annual financials come out.
GLTY and all the longs.
Mr Wang had the 2013 financials audited. IMHO, that was necessary so he could reapply to the SEC when he uplists the company to a higher exchange. BTW, that cost him a pretty good chunk of change to do that, so reality says that he wouldn't do that unless he had a plan to uplist.

GLTY and all the longs.
IMHO, the annual consolidated financials will be. IMHO, that is what is taking this long. BTW, that is what I was implying in my last post. If they are not audited, then you can laugh at my statement. Until then, I am sticking to my assumption and waiting patiently.
GLTY and all the longs.
Anyone that knows how auditing works, understands that a company can't release it's financials until the audit is complete. IMHO, the auditor is still doing his job of analyzing and verifying all the information that has been presented to him, for review in preparing his opinion of the annual findings. The financials will come when all of the questions are answered and all of the schedules are finalized. You can't rush audited financials because you want them out on your timing.
GLTY and all the longs.
If you look at L2, almost all of the asks are for 100 shares. That tells me that only the MM's are trying to sell shares. When you try to slap the ask, they always short the ask and you can't move the ask up. Instead, they ratchet it lower after the slap so they can cover the short.
BTW, the ask has been sitting at 1.93 all morning because of their success in undercutting the ask due to low volume.
The float is basically locked and no one is selling. IMHO, that is why there is no volume. Earlier today, someone placed a bid for 9,100 shares, so demand is there, but supply is not.
What does this have to do with anything I said in my post?
Agree with all you said. The OS increases were accounted for by the converted note shares given to Anying Huang and the Fidler shares.
BTW, I was just pointing out that the dilution theory is ridiculous due to the number of shares traded since the OS went dark in March or April.
GLTY and all the longs.
You know, I was thinking logically the other day about people saying that Wang was diluting all his 1.25 billion common shares that he purportedly was converting. Well, at this rate it will take him a thousand years to dilute. I did the math on selling 1.25 billion shares at 10,000 shares per day of trading. It will take him 480+ years to fully dilute those shares.
The fact that he isn't pumping this and hasn't since the beginning says that this is real and that he has a methodical plan for JBZY.
GLTA the longs.
Maybe this is the beginning of the noise right before the things you, I and all the longs see coming.
GLTY and all the longs.
I don't think people are stupid, they just don't read up on the company.
They RS'd twice, once for 1 for 70 and the last one for 1 for 20,000, which they failed to mention on OTC-HCMC.
https://backend.otcmarkets.com/otcapi/company/sec-filings/11271223/content/html
They raised the AS to 750 billion because they had toxic warrants which required that increase. They still have toxic warrants that can convert to just under that 750 billion shares, causing massive dilution. The warrants don't expire until 2020, so they have about 2 years before the PPS has a chance of budging off of .0001.
Then, if that didn't add insult to injury, the board gave it's principles more power to dilute, by giving them convertible preferred or something like that. I haven't followed this stock for over a year, but read some news regarding that issuance.
People need to read the history before buying this stock. GLTA.
Sorry lineItemVeto, I sent the messages relating to Chinese friends to the wrong person. I responded to this post that you sent me, originally with my reference such friends, then the follow-up messages were sent to you incorrectly.

After responding to your message, I got the following response from underdog150, which I thought was you responding back to my response to the above message.

I goofed up. I will probably not redirect all my messages to underdog150, that I sent to you incorrectly. He is probably getting a good laugh at my expense right about now. Sorry again.
GLTY and all the longs.
Sorry, but I was assuming that since you said "those of us that know the language", that you understood Chinese.
So you don't know Chinese? I don't know Chinese either, but I know people that do, that I trust, and I know how to use a translator weblink. That is how I do my DD and there are some things that I choose not to share with everyone. Anyone who does their own DD is more assured of what they own.
GLTY and all the longs
Your opinion is so far from the actual truth. The DD says otherwise. Sorry, but there are also many folks, who speak the language, that I trust more than you.
GLTY and to all the longs.
THEY ARE OUT THERE, PLEASE DO YOUR OWN DD.
RS is not needed. $2 is the threshold, per guidelines approved about 5 years ago. I suggest you read them to update yourself on the new provisions.
GLTY and all the longs.
Cat is out of the bag. I was hoping we could keep it a secret a little while longer.
Sorry, but your opinion is not the opinion of most of the people holding the greater portion of the float.
The big red stop sign is only temporary. Big things coming for this unicorn.
