would WM add $10B to their IPO price/ market cap....I think so.
The real issue is what is WM worth to a Uber or other. Uber has a big incentive with their IPO to negate concerns about their competitiveness.
Uber with a IPO Market Cap forecast at between $50B to $100B they want to try to maximize Market Cap.
A buyout would be the best bet for FARE shareholders...IMO
nearly $20,000 traded today- big day for FARE
Q's with revenue - maybe next week?
Looks like someone read 10K- Product Launch 1st qtr 2017
Is it:
> relaunch of MM
> working HellYes
> new product
> Sell out
A few know IMO
read 10k for info on Product Launch 2017
Product launch 2017 per 10k
Yes as a Chinese product importer, China (any country) can block USA Internet- I deal with this occasionally.
'Auto Meter' for ride sharing apps in Singapore, Denmark, etc.- Maybe this is the New Product Launch as per 10K this qtr. ??
Have you tried this on your Android?
First, make sure Google Play has been installed on your android, and click the link below.
Their are many more moto taxis than car taxis- HUGE WORLD WIDE MARKET
THE EMERGING MM MARKET- Guess this says it all:
April Rinne, an expert on the sharing economy who has advised companies and governments, including Singapore, says the city state's case mirrors other early adopter countries like Denmark, where legislators are mulling laws which would require taxis to have seat sensors, video surveillance and taxi meters.
I'm buying every few weeks because I believe that the IP is worth big $$...may be wrong but don't think so at this time. After next Q's may change my mind. No one on this board knows.
No, I became a stock holder about 4-6 months ago (followed for about 3 years). I know from experience new marketing companies need 5 to 7 years to get started. Don't complain here if you invested too early. This is a very high Risk Stock.
I've downloaded HailYes on my Iphone- it doesn't work in USA-no moto taxis. And I've seen 5M plus downloads in Asia
BTW- It was me that reported that 10K stated PRODUCT LAUNCH is expected in first qtr 2017....are you sure you read 10k?
You just said there is no market
Excellent post!
I guess the $1500 reported in sales (in 10K) a few days ago was false- surprised you didn't comment on this (??).
The next Q will tell if there is a market for MM or not. I might suggest you wait a little bit before you tell most everyone here they are fools.
I'm happy that I'm up nearly 300% on FARE!
paid bashers get paid on responses to their emails- don't get sucked in
Yes, maybe they have sold company and waiting for financials to close or planning a relaunch with major funding??
maybe, but 22 patents has value...some believe huge value as indicated by Rwanda, India, Indonesia, Sri Lanka MM news stories. I remember when most everyone said Amazon would fail- 'who would buy books online?'. Fortunately the market looks at potential 5 to 10 year out. Uber a highly unprofitable company forecast to have an IPO Market Cap of $50B to $100B
In one of the last PRs (before they went Quiet) they indicated or implied they had been approached by interested companies. When I read that a year ago, I thought 'oh, a buyout'. Who knows, but a possible explanation for WM going DEAD for a year. A buyout would prob. take a long time as the market develops and financiales get current/ finished.....IMO
The other explanation is they are 'just dead' but working to get SEC compliant for some unknown reason - maybe relaunch and/or as stated in 10K first qtr. 2017 New Product Launch.
Market Cap- $250 Million (I think)
"YES' was the first App for food delivery- video seen on Web site
HellYes is separate App- Col can provide PR about Dealers they signed up- he has many many many times before. Thank you Col!
WM indicated that HellYes has many dealers that provide local language support (a year ago)- who knows?. I saw 5M plus downloads? Maybe UBER problem now
negotiations started early last year IMO....maybe in the hands of lawyers for a year or so. Current financials are needed to close.
Selling VM to Uber (or other):
> WM Current pending contracts could add $10B or more to your IPO Market Cap. What is WM value to you? (I would say $1B)
> 22 patents and control of taxi mater market- what is the value of this?
> market MM to other Apps- what is the value?
> HellYes is the ONLY Open Architecture App for taxi and food delivery- Value?
etc, etc
Why a buy out may be happening:
> No update in nearly a year except for 10K and first qtr Q
> Financials needed for buyout
> Dead Web site
> little update in FB
> Many news stories on need for MM (year old)
> HellYes - maybe 5,000 plus downloads- no news
> Uber IPO has marketing issues due to competition concerns
> Uber may need WM 22 patents to help sell their story in moto taxi market which could add billions $ to IPO Market Cap- current est. $50B to $100B
> WM appears to be in Quiet Period and has no interest in marketing company
Still buying, believe in the IP but certainly WM stock is not for everyone
Q's roll out seems to be going slowly maybe to new 10K. Why is company effectively DEAD and still releasing Q's- could it be BUY OUT??
emerging market- not for everyone at first. It may take years to penetrate moto taxi market in total, but the world is changing quickly. AFRICA seems to be on fore front
Looking forward to the remaining Q's and the new 10- should be exciting one way or the other!
I'm still hopeful that the reason WM is no longer promoting company is that they are selling to a company with deep pockets. A sale wouldn't happen without current financials.
There are many companies who might have an interest in MM for their marketing to moto taxi market. An App and a MM would be a dynamite combination IMO.
That's a good start....YAHOO! Sales show there is interest in product. For the new companies I've been involved in- $20K to $100K first year is a very good start, second year sales where about $2M.
GOOD NEWS FOR WM....I no longer have negative thoughts for a certain IHUB poster
The problem with death spiral financing is that more and more stock is issued to cover operations- Dilution to zero sp!. It appears MM is a long term play- it may take years to penetrate the moto taxi market.
Lesson #1- Never believe what you read from company and IHUB posters. all the shipments talked about have been non-revenue or in other words they are sending free demo units. Not a good way to operate even if you are desperate.
on the other hand, I still believe the IP is of big value- so I'm hopeful something good is down the road.
yes, few companies survive death spiral financing. Hopefully a deep pocket company with visionary thinking sees an opportunity to impact a market/ develop market 5 to 10 years out.
