No company would do a product launch unless they had thousands in inventory. To date, 100 prototype meters made!
to build, test, support meters in the thousands takes a huge mount of money and at least six months to nine months to ramp up. Think about before you post wild predictions.
Hopefully, WM has a deep pocket partner and started ramp up months ago. Remember, per 10K- PRODUCT LAUNCH 2017
Yes, strange company but I believe the IP is worth a lot of money. From my experience in manufacturing, I'd need $20 M plus to ramp up production in a small way, much more for large volume. HIGH RISK, maybe big return...IMO
WM is an in-op company- have you EVER heard of a company taking down their Website?....of course not, now the question is why?
agreed, I'm pleased with my 'green' and not complaining but I hope for a major announcement to drive price. Maybe a very good NDA?
OK Thanks. I'm surprised share price isn't running up. Hopefully we will know in 2-4 weeks. I doubt 10K will be on time.
Do you have any news to share from the Hailing company meeting in Thailand?
$0.50 share price is about $750M Market Cap or revenues of $75M.
A buyout would be far better for share holders!
( a two person company cannot ramp and deliver millions of products overnight. My little company has 10 people- less than $2M rev.)
BTW- Heintz Ketcup was non compliant for 20 years, Many companies don't want SEC compliance - huge liability and cost.
Col, that makes no sense- why would they kill web site and facebook- not a company wanting to do business?? Contracts is public info- we've heard no press about contracts (AS OF YET)
OK everyone has an opinion. I believe the IP is worth billions to Uber or other...and I'm up over 300%. The next 10k should tell all.
I'd be interested in alternative honest opinions on what is going on with FARE? WM is a Dead Company- either they are out of business or they are selling IPs. Nothing else makes sense?
escrow
Seems obvious to me FARE is a dead company and has no interest in sales or promoting the company. They have sold company!
guess I'm reading different press than you. Good luck with your opinion.
India, Rwanda, Sri Lanka all are mandating 'meters'. My guess is that someone (Uber) is buying us to control the auto/ moto taxi meter market!
Imagine a $contract and/or buyout- zoom goes SP. The mandate in Sri Lanka will give confidence to other countries to follow suite. The world is changing- most everyone has a smart phone and want an app driven taxi.
Good Luck- This is the lowest level Bulltin Board company, not SEC compliant- very few if any rules apply
Can you post 2015 10K AGAIN Sorry-I can't find your post?
What we know from Sri Lanka:
> Sri Lanka Mandates 'Meters' for 3 wheel taxis.
> 300,000 plus 3 wheelers
> WM per press release over year ago- Dealers are engaged in regulation/negotiations
> 40,000 dumb meters already installed
> $30M plus meter opportunity
VERY PROMISING!
From post 1/27
From 10K- HailYes revenue begins in CY 2017....
Within one month of establishing the program, we signed three licensees covering the areas of the greater Amsterdam metropolitan area in the Netherlands, Jambi City and Batam, Indonesia, and Kampala, Uganda. We anticipate that the first licensees will begin commercial operations of HailYes in the first half of 2017. In connection with the development and marketing of the HailYes app, we have suspended our planned expansion of our existing Yes delivery service into Malaysia and Cambodia at this time in order to avoid conflicting and overlapping marketing efforts.
I'm SURPRISED no one read 10K ...,guess I should do my own DD as everyone else should. do as well.
I will wager anyone who doubts 10k states product launch 2017. I will disappear if I'm proved wrong. If you are proved wrong- you disappear forever. Who wants to wager?
Read 10k Operations- Product Launch 2017.
per 10K Product Launch 2017- maybe first product was a prototype?. My guess they want contract in hand (not a newspaper article). Remember - We are competing against dumb meter with 40,000 plus installs- we will never get all the meters. I don't think we have patent in Sri Lanka?
Announcing first contract of lets say $1M with millions follow on business will get stock to $0.10 plus IMO
The potential volume of WM Meters depends to the marketing efforts of the dealer in Sri Lanka. Looks like the market is 300,000 plus (2012 numbers) whick is approx. $36M. I would say this a HUGE OPPORTUNITY! for one tiny country of 21M people. Imagine the rest of the world mandating meters- especially in countries we have patents- share price could easily be a $1 or $2.(Billion dollar plus Market Cap).
WM has stiff competition in Sri Lanka...
Sri Lanka is an island nation in the Indian Ocean, with a population of more than 21 million people and an estimated 735,000 three wheeled auto rickshaws as of 2012 (Source: Sunday Observer). Currently, approximately 40,000 of these vehicles have meters and their numbers are increasing ahead of expected government efforts to make them compulsory. The Moto-Meter™ offers unique advantages over alternatives due to its secure, anti-tampering features that reassures consumers, as well as its portability, ruggedized design, and ability to be integrated with smart phone applications and thus offer consumers a way to preferentially select trustworthy drivers equipped with the Moto-Meter™.
yes, maybe they got early feedback to add printer to unit and/or other enhancements. First generation products typically have 'holes'.
Product Launch 1st qtr 2017 per 10k- maybe this is a new meter configuration to support Sri Lanka. Might explain why WM went dead for a year.
Well, I guess meters are here. Hopefully WM has done some marketing to Sri Lanka and has it's technology spec'd in...? Paper printer interface shouldn't be an issue?
"Every owner of a motor tricycle who uses such motor tricycle for the purpose of transportation of persons or goods for hire or otherwise shall fix a taximeter which shall be operational at all the time. “Upon the payment of such fare, it shall be the duty of the driver of such motor tricycle to issue a receipt to that effect. Such receipt shall include the distance travelled, vehicle registration number, amount charged and date of receipt.” - See more at: http://www.adaderana.lk/news/38614/gazette-issued-on-new-regulations-for-three-wheelers#sthash.uczq5d7l.dpuf"
Good try but that's very doubtful, they are shipping product and have never had a problem raising equity funding. Might be a good time to buy some shares.
EXACTY!
Yes, this is the strangest company I ever invested in but I'm confident the end game will be 'interesting' and hopefully very lucrative. Exciting ride so far
Too bag WM doesn't provide updates anymore. I'm sure in the past year there have been many more articles/ press on auto/ moto meters- it's been a year!
Strange unless they are confident on their future!
great chart, thanks
WM is a 'dark company'- no web site or communications and a potentially huge market. Doesn't seem like a company who wants to sell products- I think a buyout is happening. It's worth the risk to me...I'm buying.
sewer- might be a good time to pick up some cheap shares
Yes, no one wants leaks and bad press especially if there is a buyout in the works. For Uber, many are saying Uber has too much bad press already and IPO can't/ won't happen.
WM Value Analysis:
> Worldwide moto taxi and hail app taxi is worth billions in coming years
> Uber IPO- value based on market opportunity and they have stiff competition.
> Gov't movement to secure fare taxi meters- both cars and motos
> Driver less auto- WM Vehicle Management System
oops- I now believe $1.5B to $2B
$1B is a fare price for 22 patents...IMO
MM provided another green day!
