Pump and ................. dump ...
The fact that they can't get certified on that equipment is pathetic and the company's ongoing excuses for their failure to become certified is even worse .
And those good reasons have not translated into shareholder value for quite some time . It has been a year of the company gaining assets at the expense of the investors and the investors losing money . Nothing they have done has benefited the shareholders , only the company .
A company that cares about your money doesn't triple the AS while doing a 100-1 RS and then do nothing to justify the RS . They didn't need a RS for anything other than selling shares and diluting your investment even further .
I'm skeptical because I've watched them increase their own value while doing absolutely nothing for their shareholders this last year (PPS adjusted for RS) . Nobody wants to build someone else's value without being compensated for it . Nothing they have done has resulted in a positive outcome for the shareholders , only the company . I don't see how anyone can still believe this company gives a shit about it's shareholders .
Born again with the ability to dilute over 3x the amount they had before the RS . The PPS drop is very telling to what the market thinks of the SS and a name change is not going to change that .
I haven't dug all that deep into that . Others who post here have more information than I do . But there was clearly a link between the two in the past .
This is why we should be listening to whatever information AB can give us instead of bashing him .
That is really not true , you need to look into Wade's past . I suggest we all listen to whatever information AB can present and then make an educated decision . There is no need to bash someone trying to present information .
It would seem to me that anything over 30 million would be out of proportion to the R/S and would give the company the ability to further dilute the PPS to even a greater extent . Not very appealing to investors .
I believe investors respond better to real numbers and guarantees than they do promises and speculation .
I still read and follow this board because I believe there is potential here . I'm just waiting for the A/S situation and a legitimate entry and market share of the CA market before I get back in . GLTY , Sir .
I also have concerns about volume and lack of interest which would make me cautious about accumulating shares to the levels I had previously owned .
Until he actually lowers it and we find out what that number will be , it is all talk and will do nothing for pps . Chances are that it will not be lowered enough to make you happy .
With a typo name ..... Looks like someone has made another account to spare themselves the harassment .
You make excellent points but I wouldn't expect most people on this board to stop daydreaming about this company and acknowledge facts . This company now has the ability to dilute much more than they had before the RS . Thank you for your honest opinions .
So let me get this straight , FNMA took your family house and now your FNMA short position is going to take your money . Brilliant sir , brilliant .
Dont overlook SC labs , they have made a name for themselves and are in as good of a position as anyone .
Man those guys are good . I just got done reading their DD on a couple of stocks and learning the connections they were able to find . This penny land is truly a dirty world devoid of morals .
The R/S is a concern , if people are afraid of the toxic dilution that tanked this stock's pps then they should be completely frightened at the prospects of giving management 100's of times more ability to dilute it further .
Not me , I would consider getting back in around a penny though . GLTY
I never said they couldn't , or will not . Like I said , I'm just wading through the BS and keeping a realistic eye on the situation .
So you believe that testing companies in CA that have been in existence for a decade are not making plans for the future ? You think they are waiting around for SGBY to show them how to do it ? These labs have far greater resources than SGBY and I assure you they are not waiting around for a company who basically just showed up in the cannabis industry with very little capital to come in and take their market from them . And I assure you , nobody in CA cares about what orelap is doing , CA is not Oregon .
Im still keeping an eye out for a possible rentery , just wading through the heaps of BS that get thrown around here :)
Ok , I will go from an unrealistic 30% outrage to a more reasonable 5% outrage :)
Would the R/S not also lead to the ability of hundreds of times more dilution ?
Sure , it's perfectly reasonable to think sgby is going to just walk into CA and dominate the market . And it's also reasonable to believe that the labs who have been operating for over a decade , pioneered cannabis testing , have vast amounts of financial resources , that are cash flow positive and that already have the market share dont know what they are doing , have no plans for the future and can't figure out what's going on in their own backyard ...... I think sgby has potential but your guys expectations of the CA market are completely unrealistic . CA is not sleepy little Oregon or Florida , it is a cannabis powerhouse with the toughest competition and has the most resources on the planet . I have absolutely nothing against this company and wish them the best but the pumping on this board is shameless and for nothing other than personal gain .
The money is in CA .
The cannabis culture is in CA .
The cultivation is in CA .
The experience , innovation and genetics are in CA .
CA is one of the best agricultural regions in the world .
CA is known worldwide for it's cannabis , MA not so much .
Not nearly as huge as CA will be for those who can afford to play ball in the big leagues . Everywhere else is peanuts in comparison . This can not be argued , CA is the prized jewel of the cannabis sector .
What are the numbers from their labs in CA ?
I also believe and have seen indoor cannabis dominate the regulated market share but the massive outdoor cultivation production will not go away anytime soon as long as there are places with poor cultivation environments and poor cannabis laws .
Use some detective skills here . If the estimate is only 5% of cannabis is tested in CA and the vast majority of cannabis sales at CA dispensaries is indoor where do you think the outdoor and remaining % of cannabis is going ? It is not hard to figure out , it is going to places that do not have the right climate for cultivation .
I wish you would spend a 1/100th of the time you do making up fake numbers and misinformation to educate yourself on cultivation . You really have a lot to learn .
I think of rain and humidity , things that are not good for cannabis cultivation . A mediterranean climate is what is ideal for cannabis cultivation and that is on the opposite side of the country .
