Yup, any day now..... come on GC I need to retire soon.
Dear GC, Today would be a great day to make me rich. I don't care what you make or how or when you make it, or if you ever make it at all. To me you're just a stock with high potential to win or lose. Obviously many have lost a lot and very few have made a lot. You're just an investment. Not like you are trying to find a cure for cancer or Alzheimer's. I care that your stock jumps and I can get out. So, I'm ready for some news whenever you're ready.
Come on GC !!! Is that time of the month again. How about some earth shattering COTE news that make us some money. Or at least some money back.
Is it the feds?
Down to 0.0004, come on Coates, it's that time!!! you know what I mean!!!!!
Does anyone know if Bev-graph international is a real company? with offices and website? does it even exist other than in paper?
Here is where you can find any company filings:
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/948426/000121390017004294/0001213900-17-004294-index.htm
Why all the trading all of a sudden? Just cause it dropped another 20%?
Really, am I reading the 10Q wrong? 7.3M of operating losses of which $7M were compensation and benefits? Is that what the form states? How many employees? How do I get a job in this company?
I have got to be misinterpreting the report.
Is that the 10Q that reads they had $7M of compensation and benefits last year? Or am I reading it wrong?I didn't see one that they actually received down payments from SS filed with the SEC . Maybe I missed it.
We'll, I'm hoping for some good news in all my stocks . This one is entertaining to see the people on this board I can assume are linked to the company somehow , the ones that are realistic, the pesimists, the ones that feel robbed, and the ones that really hope this will work. I think I qualify for 4 out of those 5 descriptions. So new investors, do your homework before you risk any money you really need to feed your family on this stock.
Ha! It would be great to meet this group on bourbon street one day. I don't trust secure supplies USA and MEX since they are so new, I believe incorporated sometime last September before the PRs. As of secure supplies Thailand , seems to be a legit business trying to expand on different fields. Now, Coates is a different story. A lot of negative comments on this site have turned out to be true. A lot of positive PRs from Coates have turned out to be false or evaporate. I still have money on it but it is gambling money. By the way, the stock I mentioned you all should check up AAMC went from 52 back then to 65 today.
Keep buying??? I do hope your dreams become reality one day Mogman and this stock becomes successful. But judging by your past posts, just for curiosity I looked at 2013 when you were suggesting what a good deal was to buy at 0.02 or 0.03,.... Well, by my calculations, anyone taking that advice back then would have lost $99 out of every $100 they invested. At that point it actually makes some sense to buy if you still have gambling money in the hopes of any return. But as an advice for young (money limited) investors, stay away until you see an actual contract.
Here is actually some stock you may want to look at. AAMC. They have been behaving the exact same way for the last 6 months. Rise at the beginning of the month, then peak, then drop after the first or second week. Make your own conclusions, I'm not suggesting you buy it. Its just interesting to watch and has made me some money.
I understand when a company is not doing well, but plain lying about dream contracts and giving specific dates and just letting them pass without explanation borderlines no only on unethical but also on illegal. I bet these are sentiments expressed about this company through the years. Last firm date they mentioned was March to receive the $1M advance and start of the $$35M on the new generators. At the end of March if nothing has happened, I would like to know what does it take for the SEC to inquiry about these PRs.
Shame on anyone pushing this stock if they are actually part of the company ownership.
You called it Hulk.
Respect...
I guess we should just send money, no questions asked. Upset for contacting SecureSupplies? People doing too much DD? How is this possible, is someone calling the guy's house and talking to his family?
Is SS a one man band? same person fields the calls, answers the emails, and manages a $70M project?
Hope they are successful at marketing COTE, not just marketing COTE stock.
So are we at square one again? big dream orders that never happen? He mentions sometime in March, which starts tomorrow. Today, I'll keep enjoying Mardi Gras in Louisiana and let this board be my entertainment. In my experience I have never seen so many people hopeful/upset/engaged on a stock that starts with 0.000 , but it is definitely entertaining and I hope all of you get some of your money back one day.
I just tried to buy one, so I added one generator to my cart. I viewed my cart and I owed $1,200,000.00 , I could have checked out with PAYPAL. At that moment I remember I did not need a 1MW generator so I cancelled.
Here is where they list it with a price:
http://danieldonatelli.wixsite.com/solar-hydrogen/electrolyzers
So I saw a step in the right direction. The Coates generator is listed as a product for sale in the secure supplies website. With a price of 1.2M. I'm not saying there are sales, but it's the first time I've actually seen it for sale. Draw your own conclusions.
I am confused by the way you wrote this, did I say something not nice, or Mr Coates. I'll cover my bases and say sorry if you are offended by something I wrote. I'm sure a lot of people are sour looking at the stock price since inception and I feel for them if it is because they have been mislead. And no, I don't know how GC must feel, or ever thought about it. But if you give a PR with specific dates and fail to deliver, then it is a delay (which should be explained by a PR), a cancellation (which should have a PR), or a lie. There is just not a very good track record of PRs vs completions in this company. And that is just an observation. Hopefully something good happens and we get some money back. Until then, I'll keep checking this entertaining board.
Selling 4.80 worth of stock is not necessarily a bad idea, it was just a bad investment. Knowing COTE probably was worth $480.80 when it was bought. Sold now you can claim a loss of $476 which will give you a tax deduction at least of $150. Then with that money spend $5.60 and get the same amount of shares on COTE you had before (plus the fee) and keep the extra $130 for Valentine's dinner.
What bothers me is the PRs now have actual time and dates that get missed other than the usual, "we have a 400M contract with an unspecified company". Now you have PRs that tell you when the imaginary money is coming. In January he should have received a 1M deposit and 30M by end of January. Someone new must be writing these PRs. I am not saying they were lies, I'm just saying they didn't happen.
Thanks Mogman, I actually think GC actually needs companies like secure supplies. As long as these companies are real. But PRs that are not achieved like - one million By Jan 10th and 30M by End Jan hurt their already fragile credibility. I'm a business owner and engineer for decades and don't get swayed quiet that easily to opinions that sound like facts. I also own a lot of their stock so I want it to succeed. This to me is a gamble at low scale and feel really bad for anyone owning stock more than a couple of months since otherwise it means they've lost from 50 to 99% of their investment. If i was going to be late for s deliverable I would report it to my customer, but when their deadlines pass without accountability it makes you assume something about th company or the owner. Ill keep my fingers crossed until I dump it or get something out of it. And no one has a gun to anyone's head making them buy this stock, so complaining about losing money when it's my own fault is lack of self accountability.
Epic news coming, it's like the sign at the bar that reads "Free Beer Tomorrow". The bad thing is that it never changes to "Free Beer Today".
Isn't it strange that both secure supplies USA and secure supplies Mexico are USA corporations that were just formed last September?
Actually get ready to order Thai and here is why. That elaborate deal PR with secure supply USA llc was a fun chase for me. At first it was encouraging because securesupplyusa.com talks about 400 MW generators without mentioning Coates and all lined up with th Coates PR. But then I figured out the website had only been in service for two months, which is suspect. And the guy that represents that company is a biology teacher that as of 3 years ago had a company restorating private and public ponds and lakes. Not knocking that down, thanks for your service with the kids and thanks for saving the environment but hard sell to represent a 400M deal. Anyway, chasing it further I found secure supplies.biz that is another company in Thailand with hydrogen generators where this agent appears in pictures. Nice elaborate creation of PRs. I have some play money, and I like the suspense and drama of this stock. But it's a short term, quick reactions money maker/loser. Hope it goes up to $1 a share and shuts my mouth with a few million bucks.
So what about the new deal with Mexico. Even has third party backup documentation https://securesupplyusa.com/ And all the information magically lines up with the Coates press release.
Beware, securesupplyusa site has only been active since Aug 2016. I'm not implying any wrongdoing or false information, but I wouldn't blindly trust a site or company only in business for two months. If this is false information, I hope the SEC takes notice.

So, I thank Hulk that even though he sound gloomy and negative, is an accurate source of facts about previous performance of the stock. Hope the new investor figures out he/she suddenly has not found a pot of gold with this stock. It has never produced for the investors long term, only by constantly moving in/out. Maybe one day it will, but for now, only movement is in the .0001 range. If you can make money there, more power to you.
Well???? Did he start clearing the land next to his building?
No news yet? Seriously, this is more exiting than the new episode of the walking dead. And probably a good analogy. Feel bad for the people that have held this stock for longer than a few weeks cause obviously they have lost plenty percentage wise. So if you bought all the stock in this company you'd only need 1.6M , and for us to be rich we'd need the stock go to a dollar you'd need this company to be worth 2.4B. Like I said before, doubling your money at any stock is a dream come true, what are realistic expectations on this stock, and I mean realistic not doomsday negative. Any news may even double the stock, then what? This is gambling at its best. I like gambling but wont bet on a jack four. Unless I've had plenty of jacks.
Respect!

Look at the expiration date. XIN NET is just a registrar provider.
More than likely they let it expire.
I agree, nothing risked, nothing gained. But also nothing lost.
I'm hoping it goes to a dollar a share and we all can meet and party in our yachts....
But it was peculiar that the longest time without a PR is now. Has anyone checked the obituaries?
Thanks for all the info and trying to not let rookie investors make huge mistakes with Coates. This is not a stock for real money, it is for gambling money, and definitely not for someone that is banking on winnings. I did notice that they have gone the longest stretch of time without any press releases. Well, I'll keep my .0008 scratch off tickets to see if they do anything. I think I keep them more for the entertainment provided by this board. Funny in other stocks we are elated with a 10% gain, but some people are expecting a 100000% on this one. Good luck.
I wish I had seen this message board before buying. Luckily it was just a small amount. I saw that GC converted a few 100Ks of unpaid salary to stock. Well, that is a nice trick to get paid for unpaid salary since now he can sell his stock and get cash. I made a few bucks on buying and selling when it changed a penny a few times but overall I am down. Good luck to all and hopefully this stock surprises me.
