I doubt the shorter was able to borrow so many shares. If I'm correct, CTGI should be making the Regulation SHO list (failure to deliver).
iHub has it a bit different: http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=trades&cb=1266887990&symbol=CTGI&java_vm=sun&java_vm_ver=1.6.0_17
39,350 shares at the ask, 71,000 at the bid. And 53,150 out of those 71,000 sold short: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=46946402
53,150 shares sold short today, total volume 110,350.

MM's are reporting daily short volume. February 12 short interest will be available after Wednesday's close.
Interesting to see 35% of last Wednesday's volume was shares sold short. CTGI was last on the Regulation SHO list March 25, 2008; shares (real and imaginary) sold on 2/17 are due for delivery today.

2009 return showing overpayment credited is your receipt; I haven't had problems on that front.
More and more of this stuff comes later and later. Client today hadn't received 1099 from broker yet (that should come soon); his K-1 from a publicly traded partnership is another story - last year he got it the end of March.

Lowman, thanks for the good news.
Filings shows range for bid price, not trading price. While bid may not have exceeded .0265, trading price did.
Basser and I posted actual trades, not bid price.
January 29, 2009, ETNL traded as high as .034

Thanks texasspeculator. Tax season is ramping up, so those posts will be sporadic at best through April 15.
I've seen more than enough of sellers who don't care how little they get. Time for some buyers who don't care how much they pay!
Interesting - I wonder how many were bought by longs and how many by flippers.

Finally: My L2 posts will soon go on hiatus (like The Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien, except I hope to return). Anyone wanting to cover for me, feel free.
Volume way down today, but is all at or near the ask. Maybe the seller is done, or at least no longer desperate.
