Latest quarter is out and as anticipated it is excellent......compared to other stocks in my portfolio...this is definitely one that should be much higher in value...somewhere around a buck a share would be very acceptable. Just a matter of time.
Accumulation on a smaller scale.....every day at the opening bell an entity buys thousands of shares at the ask...what else could that be. As to the catalyst deal....it was not perceived as good by individuals looking at or into the stock. This is one of those deals that will take time to pan out. If it leads to considerably more product being sold then that is good.....but do they make as much revenue on their own books by the deal? It's a Yin and Yang thing...time will tell.
Looks like an individual or other is accumulating right at the opening bell every day at the ask price (for the past few days anyway).....then the ask drops immediately.
I take it sbfm did not meet its explosive prediction.
I don't know if it's a pitiful attempt to purposely pull this stock down or more likely individuals who should not have been in the market to begin with.....but Wound Management will heal and considering the present time of year, it will not be until a "new" year is upon us. Mostly small trades from individuals who need money.
T.D.Waterhouse daily chart is all screwed up today.....it initially showed the previous mentioned .0320c for 300 shares as I mentioned....now it shows a couple of thousand at that price and 300 at .0390c. Would be helpful to have accurate trade values especially from a large institution like T.D.
$ 384,000 for Administration and $ 56,000 for Research and Development.......The only thing getting developed here is CEO's bank account. What a travesty.
It's almost pitiful to watch the action today......125,000 has moved at almost .04c and the last trade that I can see was for 300 shares at .0320c.....what the hell...that's a $ 9.00 trade. What is going on with this stock O'Brien? Why would an individual do that......it doesn't make sense.
I see the 3rd quarter results are out......they seem to be surviving OK.
Is there any reason why the Syrbnik estate would want to keep shooting themselves in the foot by dropping the share price constantly? After all the lower the price the less the estate gets on the sale. Is there some kind of tension between current management and the Syrbnik clan.
I see the downward slope...but this has been a penny for years. It's not like it came down from $10.00.....If it is the Syrbnik's.....why the constant selling....family dispute, need for money? It's not like the money retrieved from the sale of stock is producing income like a big lottery win. Are any of the Syrbnik's living hand to mouth? I don't know much, if anything, about them.
Waiting for the highly anticipated 2nd quarter....if previous indications from the company pan out, it should be excellent.
Is this early tax loss selling or has some fundamental of the company changed?.....other than management having little or no skin in the game.
3rd Quarter sales figures out this AM.
Just about every stock I own had a down day.....even the big boys. Markets are very volatile....start up in the morning by a couple of hundred points and end the day down a couple of hundred or worse. Fear of a major reversal, early tax loss selling, world instability, lackluster performance of precious metals, way too much money in pot stocks that will inevitably crash......there is too much going on for everyone to deal with. I will continue to hold WNDM because I believe it will recover.....the volumes that are dragging it down are miniscule in relation to the O/S. Some of the above mentioned factors are weighing in on its performance in the market. Time will tell. Show no fear.
Unfortunately it was a forged Picasso.....
Yes, I see that.
The latest subscribers at $ 5.50 must not be very joyous.
Why the spread this AM?
But a poor close.....Yin and Yang.
I had a feeling that when I saw the 5K @ .075 that someone was overly exuberant or trying to manipulate the price higher....too low a volume for such a large increase. When it couldn't maintain that false rise it returned back to mid .05's....the ask has remained above .07c, so hopefully that will be hold.
Somewhat of a reversal today.....don't know why. I have not seen any news released.
The four hurdles of the market.....micro cap, early tax loss selling, dislike by someone of the latest news, and lost in a sea of OTC stocks, I have not looked into what insider holdings are....but that could be another factor if they are relatively small. I am holding...a new year will be upon us shortly.
There is a "V for Vengeance" on this stock.....miniscule trades at miniscule trade prices. $ 50 trades just don't make sense, and no word from the company as why this process is occurring. Someone must know the reason for this aberration.
Getting slaughtered today......wish I knew who was selling. They sure seem to need to get out bad. I hope that "Worm of Wall St" is not forcing it down so he can pump it up again like he did last January.
Someone on another board had mentioned share signals that are used by brokers to signal what they or their clients want...such as 100 share trade supposedly meaning shares wanted but no drop in price....it that actually correct. I understand that the signals are in increments of 100 shares up to a 500 share limit.
Hey O Brien.....can you explain today's first trade.....why would an individual pay .05c when there is obviously more shares available at a lower price. Considering how this has been trading ( not sure if trading is an appropriate word ) why would someone automatically do that and then watch the ask drop as it has done many times in the past and then see it trade at the bid which is considerably lower. It's almost as if someone is willing to spend a couple of hundred buck to artificially inflate the price knowing full well that the ask will drop.
Pullback could be early tax loss selling considering the stock was at or close to .10c not too ling ago.
Bi-polarism seems to have invaded the board.
SEC Schedule 14C just received in my mail box......The news is that Jamie has ONE Series B preferred stock with 83,459,597 # of votes plus whatever else he has in his and his wife's grubby little hands. He has complete control so no one else need attempt any change to his gross salary and perks. It's also funny to see the "Board of Directors" quote as if this was a company run by anything that resembles a BOD.
No sooner said than done.......there goes the neighbourhood.
A sizable chunk of dilution coming.
Now that calm has returned......it was never buying or selling any of this crap....it was all an illusion...a lie. One has to wonder how an anonymous self admitted liar has over four hundred followers. There appears to be more than a fool born every minute....now it is down to seconds.
This is true..... and the person who dumped those shares lost a couple of grand in relation to the closing price.....maybe they can afford to throw money away like that or maybe they are just plain dumb.
2 employees.... both partners as in husband and wife....sucking out hundreds of thousands of dollars because they can. No oversight. Sub penny or close....just a matter of time. Now I'm done until some form of control is exerted over this board.
May a supreme being of your choice have mercy on your losses.
Is an individual or MM trying to purposely drag this down....a trade for $ 140 What person would actually do that?
I e mailed IR and asked if they could put up all questions and answers on their website some time after the call is over so that any pertinent info could be made available to interested parties....primarily shareholders, of course.
Concerning this conference call this afternoon...is there any other way of accessing it other than by phone....by that I mean not to ask any questions but just to listen in, so to speak. I do not want to tie up my phone line for an hour. Another company that I was into a couple of years back had access through the internet....all questions and answers could be heard on their website. Just curious.
Always someone willing to sell for less.....and on such low volume, at least today so far.
