Does anyone on this board have access to level 2....I was just wondering what is beneath that ask of 10,400 at .05c?
I see the 100K being offered got snapped up at .059c. Still very low volume considering the news. Just checked back in and I guess I wrote too soon.....looks like the "sell on news of any kind" crowd have jumped in.
As to the Spikes and dips....I have been witnessing that with another stock I own that has a low float....and yes it can be volatile. Not much reaction to the latest news...but then again I doubt this is a well followed company.
Good for the "sell on news of any kind" crowd.
Which according to what I can see put it at 481 Million....which after the reverse split would mean around 5 Million shares.....not a lot of shares....could put a damper on availability.....good, bad, or neutral? I don't know what the effect will be.
What exactly is the current O/S ?....the only info I can find indicates 236 Million. I thought the company increased that recently by a considerable amount with the Catalyst news.
Just a thought....when referring to an individual post use the reply option, as I am doing now...that will ensure no ambiguity as to whom you are directing your post.
If your post is in reference to my post....be aware that nothing said on these boards has any effect on a stock price.....to believe so would indicate a very deep state of hubris on the part of the poster.
Critical...not combative.
Hell no....you assume too much. I make a tidy little sum of this company during it's last spike into the mid .20c.....it's just a garbage company along with Nathanieltz et al. As to your .15c..... time will prove whether that assumption/prediction will come to fruition.
At least a dead horse has value...for dog and cat food, as opposed to this atrocity.
The price of everything but the value of nothing.
Looks like WNDM is stuck at .06c for a bit.
Personally I think this will have a hard ride up considering the amount of shares that have changed hands in the .02's and .03's....those buyers will be looking to dump those shares for profits from doubles and triples with relation to their original purchase price. Maybe I am wrong but the amount of longs in this stock could be very low.
What was that 300 shares at .069c ? Possibly a typo on buy entry?
Yes it certainly is trying....it has been trying investor/speculators patience for years while Nathanlietz et al pack their bank accounts.
Relatively conservative response to the news so far, and that's OK.
Nice...but I am involved as much as I want to be considering the other stocks that I own. Let's hope the tide turns soon.
It's on Stockwatch as being issued this morning before market open.....taking back the 50% outside ownership of Cellerate through the issuance of Preferred shares or something to that effect....and one of the Catalyst dudes has been elected to the board of WNDM....has a lot of contacts through other companies he was, or still is, involved with. It has no effect on the common shares as far as I can see....at least not yet. I need more information.
"squat"....there could not be a better word to describe the value of this company. I cannot remember how many times I have watched analysts on investing programs with their technical and fundamental views on individual stocks. More times than not when they are invited back onto the program approximately one year later and their past picks are reviewed....they have losses anywhere from 1% to sometimes 30% and more. Just like a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush....confidence, and more so, TRUST in management beats out any kind of analysis any day.
Not too sure what to make of the latest news....will have to read more carefully.
The only technical reason I can see going forward is the usual pump and dump.....some fly by night investing site will do a feature touting the amazing prospects of this dumpster company....a whole bunch of new fish will be sucked in.....and the dumpsters will laugh all the way to the bank. This scene has been repeated numerous times in the past.
Another human being on the board....for a while there I was sure I was in a WNDM Black hole. As to the jump...maybe, depends on their financials. Good company...good products, should be higher stock price...considering some of the alternate garbage stocks that are feasting off of investors with nothing to show in the form of revenue/cash flow.
To the dump...to the dump.....500K dumped at .01c, then a futile attempt to bump up at.0130c for a measly 10K...and then a big dump of 949,000 again at .01c. The writing is on the wall and it ain't pretty.
Day traders facilitating a nice slow rise......
While this languishes in the Outback...I see that all the old pumpers have disappeared and moved on to suck more fish into their abyss.
Did I just witness a mini pump and dump......heavy buying ( for this stock ) in high .05's even some .06's.....then bada boom buda bust. Some MM trying a little manipulation, or did it just get ahead of itself? I know, it's the RUSSIANS!
More like the Bank of Fantasyland......
One can only cry wolf so many times.....this company has not only cried wolf many times...but has become a wolf in the process.
A wee bit of volatility today....but miniscule in the grand bulk of the O/S.
I increased my holdings last week at .026c It remains to be seen whether it was a good move or not. It has been lower that my purchase price. Have a good weekend and March break if it is applicable.
I never got back in after the last big spike....was waiting for .005c, but with this coming up I think I will run for the hills instead.
Deja-multi-vu. The interesting word is the BOD....OK, what BOD!
That's because he was at Carnivale on Bourbon St. dressed in the costume of a CEO with real gold trinkets around his neck and wearing a Gordon Gecko mask. One of these days I would love to wander down Bourbon St. and listen for the ghost of Al "He's the King" Hirt playing "When the Saints go Marching in" or "Muskrat Ramble". Unfortunately the days are long but the years are short, and it would be a long drive due south.
Well that takes care of the East and West coasts....now all he has to do is move West through Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and he's back in sunny California. He should be a "multi" millionaire by that time.
I am beginning to think that Swamp is not perceiving this stock as a lottery or casino ( the government or house always wins ).....but as an actual investment. As to the reference to gambling....Nathanlietz is the house and he has already won.
Still getting beaten up....thought the new year might bring some renewed interest to the upside. When is updated financial info due?
What do you think he and wifey are doing with their bloated salaries....they live in the "Down Under"...I would expect that they invest( not in his company )and bank where they live. There is always the possibility of offshore "savings". Don't know how tight the income tax rules are in Australia.
100% is a bit questionable? In the real world the question is moot. He will not ever be unseated....you are talking about cooperation between unknown individuals across multiple countries who are only in this to make a little bag of money every time some petty pumper publication does a write up about PPCB. Nathanlietz and his wifey have a big fat bank account in a foreign country half way around the world to the south of Indonesia. They might as well be on the moon with relation to North America.
Finally someone gets it.....CEO cannot be removed from the company....he IS the company. Personally I will hang loose for .005c....that was my former entry point.
