Now let's see what's up Jang's OTHER sleeve!
whew...
LOL...they can have the "ribbon cutting" for the goldmine at the same time as the "Earthview Hotel & Conference Centre" on the moon.////////Seriously though, the fat lady ain't sang yet!
I'm going to watch Jang's left sleeve closely (I'm curious what's up it)
They first started selling wooden barrels by the falls...
Then became furniture importers...
Then bought a goldmine after becoming a merchant bank...
Then began trying to buy and manage properties...
Now they are going to be internet providers...
The next step is as obvious as the nose on your face...
The next logical step would be managing hospital surgical units.

Tanail,
I do not own any PNDR...
I strongly suggest you make your trading decisions based on your own information with this penny. Please don't let the message boards wrongly affect your strategy with this one because I believe there are several organized bashers in on this. At the very least keep the amount of money placed on PNDR at an amount you can afford to play with. I don't intend on sounding preachy...I just want to insist that you weigh the risk on this with the knowledge that insincerity is filling the PNDR discussions.
....there's more truth in that statement than I care to admit...
It would not surprise me for PNDR to put out ANY kind of news and make a run to the teens or twenties...even neutral news. I've just got exasperated with trying to watch it. I'm to the point that I'd rather watch an oak tree grow! PNDR certainly has the power in their hand to make it go up...I suspect possibly they have something up their sleeves...but what?
Nothing new at RB...
I go to the Pender International website daily watching for updates.
It's rather difficult having any faith in a company that isn't at the listed address, phones disconnected, deadlines long past with no explanation, the american auditors listed aren't their auditors, they still have a video of their former "soon to be convicted" CEO on their website, stock price slipping away, no PR's, will not return e-mails, last sec filing warned that they may not be a going concern much longer etc.
The only good things I can see is that they did make the last sec filing (maybe to remain a shell?) and no current lawsuits against Pender. Oh yes...and they are getting WAY more than their share of bashing which perks my ears a bit...who knows??
I wouldn't be surprised to see it explode one day either
cheers!
I've watched this so close (I have quit enjoying it recently)
It's either going to be an explosive winner or a scam.
...........nothing in between those.
The way this stock has so many people "wired"...
it will probably go up even on BAD news!
I reserve the right to be wrong but it wouldn't surprise me.
This is the strangest stock I've ever watched.
bartermania,
I don't like buying a stock where the earnings are going backwards although I realize there is much more to it than that. I like to at least see some insider buying going on if the earnings aren't improving. I do think the chart is flirting with the buyers though. The volume is very interesting. Good luck with it.
gapped up 10%...
Rocko! Where ya been hiding eh?
Your 100% right on your post...
...there's no VISIBLE reason it should gap up tomorrow.
If we "gap up" Monday morning...........
the chart watchers will be standing in line to "Buy"
7 day average directional indicator says: "Buy"
20 day moving average vs. price says: "Buy"
50 day parabolic time-price says: "Buy"
Candlesticks patterns say: "Buy"
"basher meter" says: "Buy"
I called the number below and spoke with a lady who told me that she did not show that Starwood owned the Fallsview Sheraton at Niagara Falls and that it must be one of their franchised properties.
("YES" I know the Fallsview Sheraton is on their site)
If you e-mail them from the reservation site...
that IS NOT the corporate office
and they WILL NOT know about "corporate matters"
...however they will answer you the best they can and will be very nice and polite.
Their corporate office doesn't have a public email access and
can't be reached directly through their reservation site.
The corporate office CAN be reached directly at the following address, telephone number or fax number:
Starwood Hotels and Resorts
1111 Westchester Ave.
White Plains, NY 10604
Telephone: 914/640-8100
Fax: 914/640-8310
If you contact them (like I did) you will find that they
were not the ones to contact about this anyway!
Between now and Tues. morning you will see a tidal wave of "investors" spreading lies and rumors trying to bring down the price so they can jump in and ride the wave.
Please don't fall for it!
...also...
Please don't expect the reservation specialist at the Hotel
to know anything about these negotiations.
Thanks for reading my post. Kevin Lewis
We're on new ground now..................................
7 Day Average Directional Indicator: says 'Buy'

It's getting hot on the boards
The chart watchers now have reasons to buy
Everybody say hi to Bubba if he pops in again...good guy!
oh and tanail...The "E" is added to the end of the symbol if filings aren't done. It usually hurts a stock.
Hi Tanail, Austin and Fat...uh...cat,
I don't think any posters know the reason for the gap down.
It's about to give me an ulcer! But I do strongly believe
just one good news report will make this fly!
Everyone is over at Ragi*ng Bull in case you are here and wondering where everyone is.
yes we did...
I'll actually be happy to see the bashers back this time!
I'm still "here and in" and have a buy order for more....
I wouldn't mind e-mailing it to you but I'd rather not post it.
MrSparex@yahoo.com ...drop me a line and I'll forward it to you.
I just wrote a nice long post...hit the wrong key and lost it!
Tanail knows I can write long posts!
So for todays action, WOW!
I got a reply to an e-mail from Pender today apologizing for the delay in news but they have a deal not to discuss it.
Todays action was the first big shakedown I've seen (that I owned stock in anyway).
I've yet to have figured out who owns the fallsview. I called Starwood hotels and she said they didn't own it but she "guessed" it was a franchise. I talked to 3 different people but nobody seemed to know anything.
I wouldn't have been any more excited with a $500 lottery win than with my e-mail from Pender today!
I do hope they don't do another shakedown before the run up...I don't have any loose cash and I hate to sweat!
Bubba, you certainly do get around! I've been around here some lately.
OK where'd everbody go?
Please everyone take note on this.
Pender is bargain hunting multi-million dollar real estate.
When they enter negotiations, we can be assured that most certainly more deals will fall through than get completed because of the naure of the business. This is real life when trying to buy $25,000,000 companies at half price.
More often than not the owners are doing 3 things:
a Looking for higher bids
b. Working on new financing
c. Realizing a way to turn it profitable
Sometimes they have more liens on the property than the property is worth or simply fall into bankruptcy before it closes.
If Pender gets into negotiations and finds something isn't right or isn't "cheap enough"...I hope the deal does fall through!
I know this post isn't what the short term traders want to hear but it's very true.
The lack of news here makes it appear they could be working on something else already and if they are it's NO BIG DEAL!
I think Starwood Hotels either owns or operates this Hotel and they have sold over 1 billion dollars in real estate recently so maybe they have bought it. However Starwood is not known for selling bargains!
That's speculation anyway but everyone please keep in mind the fact that it's not easy to buy bargains when you get into these size deals... but they are out there.
I'm not bashing by the way, I bought more yesterday at .09 and believe it's going up.
Kevin Lewis "MrSparex"
It's predictable!
and you got mail!
vixpix, please e-mail me at mrsparex@yahoo.com...thanks
For fun I'm going to made a guess:
monday's close .09
tuesday close .10
wednesday's close .11
looking at the history...this is reasonable.
Yes he WAS being mean...you weren't out of line at all actually. I meant the Alladin genie thing was childish. I like to carry on with a bit of humor.
...the problem with message boards is that you get some basher come along with somebody posting jokes all the time and suddenly the serious investors quit posting anything and we miss the good information. I'm guilty of joking around too much.
Maybe you embarassed him eough that he'll straighten out.
PS OTHER POSTERS ON THIS BOARD: this stems from a more active PNDR board at Ragi*ng Bull. (the * is a "G)
I've searched and searched trying to find ANYTHING that makes this real. I can't even find where they have bought permits...nothing. I know I'm repeating myself on this next statement: "I own the stock and have high hopes" but I would sleep a lot better with more tangible knowledge here.
7 Day Average Directional Indicator says: "Buy"
10 - 8 Day Moving Average Hilo Channel says: "Buy"
20 Day Moving Average vs Price says: "Buy"
50 Day Parabolic Time/Price says: "Buy"
More and more screenings are saying: "Buy"
More and more chart watchers will be interested.
hmmmm....let me think.....
This certainly is not new news but missed by most folks:

Motion players along with crooked management pushed the price double the target price.
Most traders refuse to buy in while a stock is falling
(including me).
If you look at the chart, this is the 1st base it has built since the plunge. Most agree it's way undervalued.
Once it has built a base and then breaks out...even if
it's just a little....KABOOM!!!
What's funny is that .13 peak the other day actually will
probably hurt us a little short term. Strange animal ain't it?
That poster over on ragin* *ull had strangely enough only posted on the PNDR board...and nowhere else. Also his membership was created only 5 days before that uplifting post. I've searched City of Niagra Falls website, nothing. Canadian Yahoo, nothing. I don't think it could be a legit post.
Not trying to be a stick-n-the-mud mind you....
Stockefeller,
Welcome aboard! We all are just "sitting tight" waiting for news.
When you buy a bed...there is only one state! North Carolina! There is only one place! furniturevalue.com
The spike up to .13 on monday was a good indicator also.
I would love to see that Jang guy show up with a few million shares added to the "purchase" column of the insiders trading reports.
Why did the stock price not go up when they cancelled 339,000,000 shares? The price actually dropped after that! What possible reason is there?
I understand that it dropped when they announced the aquisition of Montebello Developments...it was so soon after the scandal that it was still a snowball rolling downhill.
$10, $1 and even 10 cents is a mental "camping area" for many traders (myself included). If this starts going up, hold on till it stops but let's all have a VERY definate stop loss. Don't get me wrong because I like this stock and plan on keeping it. I'm not going to pretend I've got it figured out...I don't. It throws me a loop that it didn't get a rise with the stock cancellations.
Is my math right here: 339,000,000 cancelled plus 57,000,000 outstanding now is 396 million before the....ah fiddlesticks! Those numbers are too big for me toss around. How much should the cancellation have been worth? I'm not sure but as Will Smith would say: "a WHOLE lot"!
True...They are very due some news. I had convinced myself they would post news this past week, obviously I was mistaken.
A 5 day chart looks okay right now considering it was a flat day today with mixed reports. It did close at the high of the day. I know it may be wishful thinking but a good weekend news story would make a good monday morning! I'm in a stock club which sold out yesterday but I decided to hold. I like what I see with SHRN.
