"UTE CITY" ? Are you jiving us or is that a real place?
Your probably limited on the EXHP board... I thought everyone had at least 5 posts per day but I don't know...You may want to break down and get a membership if you rely much on the boards. The added features are very good.
Thanks for coming over to this board to visit. Be sure to let me know next time you come to the D&D Displays plant...I'll buy you lunch if you let me know. I really enjoyed the plant tour. I was especially intrigued with what JD had to say about naked shorts. He's a smart guy. I drove by there today...
To answer your question...I have not bought yet. Don't take that wrong cause I'm slow to buy and it tends to pay off! I can't get over how much product he can turn out of that plant. It amazes me to see that. I plan on dropping in and speaking to JD again...
Please come back and post here again sometime...thanks....
I haven't logged into my trading account during this last "dip" because I don't want to see that number beside:
"total account value". LOL
We were at .029 last time I logged in. I hope to log back in soon!
I can't believe tbrod and Bubba are letting me talk to myself!!!!!!
Drove by D&D Displays today EXPH
He has a following, he could move an empty shell company if he wanted to.
EVRM is looking super.
(Panetta does a great list and they tend to go up)
Yours truly making a fool of himself (myself?)
http://shooemoney.com/video/video/T4ZXC5nOjzw/Eric-the-Guru-of-Kanchenjunga.html
Take a picture of Richard...I can't find one anywhere!
I hope to make enough profit with EVRM to buy an airplane...
I'm not going to buy one but would like to know I could if I wanted to!
We made the top of the list on Bill Panetta's Power scan!
...he has lot's of followers who will want EVRM
....keeps getting better and better....
Dittos!
I was glad to see him show up the other day...
I have SO much work to do that I need to leave y'all for a few days...
I got 16 Hotel rooms to carpet...offices to carpet...12" block to lay!
I'm leaving y'all with the 'store' and I'm nort worried about EVRM ...bye for a little while!
You are officially "the person of the day" LOL.
Thanks for the report. If nothing else WE feel better.
...I'm looking forward to ChristX this year!
That would be Mr. Grannatt...IR
Thanks for taking the time to clarify.
If assumptions are made we'd have to assume STS at around 100 mill alone and AT LEAST double that if you assume a fraction of the other contracts...
you couldn't reasonably say the positives are priced into the stock with it's current market cap?
No way does it look that way...
We are at least 90% off of what we'd be at if traders were assuming...just my opinion...
I see little to no assumptions built into the share price
Aw that's not true! That's what that older man says...
...what is his name??? Buffett or something...what does he know! LOL
(I know it's true...that seems to be the only time I make money)
...be buying while their crying...yep
Am I missing something? Bush borrowed 16 billion dollars to fund a tax stimulus (check in our hand) and now Obamama borrowed untold ;TRILLIONS and is making us pay back that stimulus check this year? Now will everyone have to pay it back? I know the folks who are too lazy/sorry to work will get to keep there's plus more but what about all these 3 job families?
Welcome back weerabbit! It's good to see your post.
How'd the SEC visit go? (John still there???)
Work goin' okay?
(elevator at work still doin' that little 'thing') ........ahhh!
I had a very pleasant visit on Nov. 4th with JD Brown who is the CEO of D&D Displays which trades under the symbol
EXPH .pk It's Expo Holdings.
Another IHUBBER invited me along so I went. I live near their plant which is in Wilkes County N.C. famous for moonshine and is the home of Junior Johnson (NASCAR). You know lots of pinks have fake address' and are operated out of the trunk of a car! Like SLJB which ran huge but was a scam. I wonder what percent of pinks are scams? I showed up at their plant and JD gave 3 of us a tour...all 3 IHUBBERS! He showed us around the plant and was very hospitable. If I'm not mistaken they have 80,000 square feet...not sure. I had been driving by without stopping for a few weeks out of curiosity and the building on the outside looked rough. I really expected to see a large cabinet shop type operation. Well they started painting! Then they put up new signs. It really started shaping up. It was funny that one day they were painting along the parking lot side so everyone parked "up on the hill" and I posted on Yahoo that their were only 3 cars there (something like that). I told JD about my post and he pointed at me and said "so that was YOU...I got over 100 emails asking if we were shut down" LOL. They supply displays and display materials to different companies. It was interesting to see the hardwood floor samples that they sell to Lowe's. I was amazed at the equipment they have. It's setup so that a few people can produce lots of mdse. They have computerized stations setup with one or two people at each station. The machines are controlled by a central station where Gary the computer guru works his magic! Now keep in mind this is a pink sheet company but it's very very real. Wilkesboro is the home of the first Lowe's Hardware store...I know where it is. Small building and you have to Parallel park LOL. They come a long way baby!!! D&D is located beside the office complex that Lowe's outgrew. Good sign? JD's office is cool. He has a pic of him and 2 other main shareholders (one is a famous ballplayer I think). He has a collection of metal cars on display in his office. The four of us sat down at the conference table and we asked lots of questions and he helped us best he could but he had to say "no comment" several times...we discussed different message board posters and he showed us a STACK of non disclosure agreements. To top it off we went to "Ted's Kickin' Chicken" for lunch. Killer good wings. I've been trading stocks and posting about them for over 10 years and I enjoyed the experience. We discussed naked short selling, dividends and what's legal and illegal when posting on the boards...I think I'm going back for another visit soon!
(please don't copy this post...thanks)
GM all...Let's get rid of these pesky little 2's for good!
I'm not gonna be here with y'all today.
(hey! I heard that)
I get the pleasure of laying 12" block today.
I'm trying to build a cabin......................Bye!
I made up a joke:
What did Nicklaus Cage say when he came home to his mansion and found everything had been repossessed?
.
.
.
.
.
"Reeeeee Colaaaaaaaaaaa"
*in case any blond girls are reading this, just picture Nicklaus Cage (hero in 'National Treasures') standing in a huge room that echos and then imagine him saying 'Ricola' like in the cough drop commercials.....and keep in mind he just lost 44 million dollars. I didn't know he was a stodk trader?
The quality of the front panels are very good. Much better quality than the stock cabinets Lowe's sells.
I would guess the plan would be for the retailer to stock standard base sizes and D&D would stock the UPS'able fronts...?...maybe I could buy a Geico van (sprinter)and deliver to the stores within 500 miles...hmmmm?
If the new cabinets with the interchangeable fronts get picked up by the big box stores...
...the dollar signs get much bigger.
I'd like to see an 8 am pr this week and see EVRM open so incredibly high that:
The fence sitters pull out some hair, cry uncontrollably, get nauseated and turn off their computer...
(I'm not finished)
...then I hope they get enough courage to boot back up after the bell.
...and see that during the day we rocketed past the moon!
Then they pull the rest of their hair out, start screaming:
"WHY"? "WHY"? "OH THE HUMANITY of it all!!!...and puke.
...just sayin'...
Really? ...
I move we nominate Probart to pay the first $100 towards hats or tee shirts.
(when we have our "we're all rich now" party) LOL
Congrats on your buy and welcome to the EVRM board....
.... which is also known under other titles which we wont say right now...
Would you mind telling that to my wife and mother in law? LOL
I'd also love to see the SP holding .03 and above but it hasn't. All we can do as investors is look at the available info and act accordingly. I know I'm sounding redundant with the word "logical" but with a pink stock you need that word a lot!
I can't attack frustrated posters here. You should consider though that new investors look here and that we are on the top 10 list at times. How many hits does IHUB get in a month? Over 80 million or so? I wonder if "Vent Wisely" would make a good tee shirt?
It is a message board and "it's allowed". You must ask yourself why management does what it does (or doesn't do).
I'll bet you if Dick and Jon were to take all their nondisclosure agreements and lay each paper out into a line...you couldn't see from one end to the other! I visited with a pink sheet CEO a couple of weeks ago and he showed me some of his non disclosure agreements.... WOW! and he was only dealing with retail outlets! also...if management is holding several more contracts that haven't been PR'd yet...they KNOW the price will recover for them and their long term investors. They aren't going out of their way ONE INCH to pacify someone out to rape a profit off their stock by flipping it?
Evermedia is a pink stock for a reason. If they had started with more money maybe they would have IPO'd straight into a higher exchange. That's not what we bought. We bought a pink sheet with a tremendous management list and we some of us bought based on the dd of others. We may be up 1200% in 3 weeks...or not.
You just have to take each bit of data and ask what logically makes sense.
(that goes for peoples posts too)
Thank you!
A few green days, good fins and a few times as the #1 board on IHUB will make a huge difference around here!
I guess that DOES obligate them doesn't it...
I didn't think my post through to well...but what you point out is GOOD!
just a reminder that a filing isn't required. They don't have to file.
There's absolutely no reason to expect them to be audited.
So much happening here and so many facets to consider.
Slip on Weitzel's shoes on for a minute and ask yourself: "what would I do"?
What would management do if the business isn't working out good?
What would management do if the business is OK and undervalued?
...take a warm bath if you must and ponder those 3 questions.
We're in Pinky Land...commonly known as the wild wild west of Stock Land.
(large tumbleweed rolls by)
...okay I'll quit for now...
(but I did post 3 months ago that I expected to see 2 cents before the moonshot)
I sincerely hope we do well. I've been posting positives here and I don't like to be wrong...I cringe at the thought of someone selling at a loss on a stock I've supported. Several years ago I was "head over hills" in love with a certain stock and promoted it etc. and I shouldn't have because it turned out really bad. (banchrima knows which one I'm talking about)
I'm not claiming that I can't be fooled but I like what I see here.
Very interesting post. I'd like to mention the following:
...Jonathan Sym probably has a "hecklacious" stash of shares.
Alex Nicoll and his wife probably have a boatload.
...then there's Dick Weitzel's son...
Patricia Waldroop the corporate secretary may have shares...
The board members Victor A. Wild and John A. Hotek...
Thomas Clarke (the contract broker) will likely hold LOTS of shares.
Robert Grannatt likely won't be left out of the shareholder loop!
...our legal counsel Geoffrey Chalmers may hold a few too.
(ya guess an SEC lawyer can come up with enough money to buy a few million shares?)
If some of our 9 members of management have friends and family in it,
who know?
Just from dealing with pink sheets in the past...
I don't expect we will see anything about up listing in the next two months but I hope we do.
I do expect to see something about it in 2010...just my opinion...
Yep...
I suggest that they will announce we are "up listing" by late August
...and I'm hoping for new highs by EOY.
I'm suppose to go Saturday to to be an extra (again) in an independent film as a zombie. I'm going to try and spell ihub on my shirt with fake blood. May or may not work.
Thanks everyone for the positive remarks.
We have Dick Weitzel the CEO (DWCEO) and then we have Dick Weitzel the shareholder (DWSH). Legally DWCEO is suppose to function seperate from DWSH but that's almost impossible. DWCEO isn't subject to the filing requirements like many others. If DWCEO doesn't file in November he's still legally okay. DWSH may affect DWCEO's decisions even though they are suppose to act independently. I'm not trying to be funny here but I want to make a point. As best we can we have to look at what's happening and logically ask "why". We know under low volume that the sp can fluctuate and be easily manipulated. That's not conspiracy it's just a fact. If management is looking at their company and they know it's worth 100 mill with a 15 mill market cap then what would they do? Certainly not worry about the sp. They would want to buy stock and tell friends and family to buy stock. They wouldn't put out pr's and spend hours with calls and emails from stockholders...not logically. They would if they were trying to get the price up which they are not doing. We can learn something from that. Assuming the management list is genuine and true, we have a management team that wouldn't normally be involved with a scheme to dupe someone. I couldn't imagine someone like Alex Nicoll allowing his good name to be used maliciously. He'd speak up. Further more... if management is truly attempting to build what they are portraying, then they aren't going to spend 2 cents or 2 seconds worrying about getting the SP up for flippers to get out. Nothing has changed except a possible filing is closer and flipper/opportunists are leaving. I'm not saying that being an opportunist is bad because it's not. I'm not going to pretend that I like seeing my investment down 45% but when I add up what we know about Evermedia...it looks great! My fingers are tired...
...kinda like watching oil based paint drying in a light rain...
...hurry up and wait! The only change I see is the sp under light volume
It's encouraging to see their business picking up new customers. It has rained steadily and heavily here in Wilkes today. I spent all day in Wilkesboro but resisted the urge to drive by the plant. LOL. I told JD that since he gave me a tour of the place that I'd quit stalking. I can't offer a lot here (I guess that makes me fit right in) but I can say that that everyone I met at he plant was pleasant and knowledgeable. JD was very hospitable and made us welcome. I wish I could accurately describe a piece of equipment I seen and liked. It was an automated cutter slash driller slash edge laminator. (I think it disperses lemonade too) The machine was processing display parts. I was expecting to see a large cabinet shop type operation but found a high tech automated factory. I hope to go to the shareholders meeting. You'll know if I'm trying to buy their stock cause I'll come on this board and constantly bash it real hard! LOL JUST KIDDING....JUST KIDDING. No seriously if I decided to do something immoral and scummy it will be something considerably more fun than trying to deceive people into selling me their shares of a stock!!!
