You go right ahead, don't forget that we tried
to warn you.
Dude, do your homework or read the board. A lot of DD has been done, these crooks have done about all that they can do. If the stock goes up it won't be because AVEW has audited fins or closed on Countryside.
Read the board brother, there's a few of us who have done some DD to show that these old fools are up to no good. AVEW stock isn't going anywhere. Here's some insight, Jay/Jose can't afford to do PR's, and it's been quite a while since we've heard anything new. They're attempting to find the cheapest way to show they're still around doing something with the company. Trust me these idiots are done, AVEW is done, just a matter of time.
STOCK, cool it! If you want to know what's going on with this farce, go back and read all of my post. I believe these old fools should be filing for bankruptcy by the end of summer. They've had no revenue since around December, no audited fins, no office, no employees, no websites, no PRs since the last lie in February, 100's of thousand of dollars of worthless promissory notes, and pending lawsuits from previous pissed off customers.
Also heard that Jay had it in for Pennylanepam. I'm not quite sure exactly why but it seems that some of the things PLP was posting really got that old geezier fired up. He even talked to a lawyer about how to shut PLP down.
Just got word that Mike Steele is into AVEW for about 50 - 70k of worthless paper AVEW's calling convertible notes. One of the previous employees is up over 100k on convertible notes. After AVEW fell behind on payroll and salaries, some employees converted full back salaries for notes, talk about dedication!!
Here's a yelp posting from their last customer:

I only regret that I didn't see Amanda's review before I signed a contract. My experience is a almost mirror image of Amanda's. One significant difference is when the CEO and President of the holding company became involved, they assured me that my project would be completed and to my total satisfaction. After many delays, some dealing with weather, most dealing with what became apparent that the company had severe financial problems. This was proven out when they approached me 3 days before the permit expired asking me to give them a loan to finish my pool. They offered stock in an "iffy" company and office furniture as collateral to which I responded absolutely "NO" and advised them that they needed to find funding from another source and get my pool completed by March 27, 2016, the permit expiration date. Of course, this did not happen and per the response to them previously, I engaged a local pool company.
The progress has been astounding!!! Today, 2 days after engaging them, my pool is plastered, electrical and plumbing has been completed and my pool is full of water.
I have not heard one word from them since March 25, 2016.
Unfortunately, I had paid all but $1500 of the contract price and am over $10,000 in the hole to get my project finished which I will file whatever is the best way to recoop my costs.
Bottom line, RUN, DON'T WALK away from this company no matter what new name they may come up with
When all of the officers and employees left AVEW, they left Jay and Jose to figure out how to finish several pools. Those two old idiots did well to run AVEW into the ground, so what do you think happened to the remaining pools. According to my source, they were fired from every single pool. Things got so bad, that they offered one of their customers office furniture in exchange for money to finish her pool. There's nothing left... Last I heard, Jay and Jose are working out of Jose's house.
Konshe, put down the kool-aide, Jose is feeding you a line of lies. There's nothing to audit, no pools, no fences, no remodels, no houses, no projects, these fool idiots are done. Their house of cards is falling down.
Anyone know how we can get Jay and Jose on MSNBC's American Greed? Are their numerous failed attempts worthy of being exposed by the media?
THESE GUYS ARE DONE! Final website is down, check out newgenerationpools.com. I wonder how long it's going to be before these old fools file for bankruptcy, from what I understand they owe a lot of people a lot of money. Will bankruptcy protect them from being sued?
Jay is an old fool, who has been trying to be like his daddy. Look up LTV Corp, where did all of the millions go that Ling senior made at LTV? Has Jay squandered it all digging gold mines? Take your social security check and go sit down somewhere Jay.

Read the link above about the company Jay's father used to operate, they had a helluva good run.
Why all of the sudden urge for me to call Jose? Why don't you tell him to invite me to one of his lavish parties with the half naked girls, oh wait he doesn't have AVEW funds to buy the alcohol, or better yet have him meet me at the strip club he likes to frequent, oh did I say he was out of money?! I'm no fool, how many times have those two con artists say funding was coming soon, next month, just a little longer meanwhile they ran not one, not two but at least six companies into the ground with their bad money management. Do you really think anyone with any sense is going to let those two desperate old fools ruin their hard work, the work that they've put their lives, sweat, blood and tears into building?
No I'm not calling Jose, but I'll knock on his front door, as long as the address on the 80k judgement is correct.
NO MORE LIES, I'd much rather him lie to my face than in my ear.
The short version of the story is, Jay/Jose failed to keep up with overhead and keeping pool
company subcontractors paid. They moved out of their office in December and the employees quit late January. A couple of these employees happened to be board members who are still operational. Everyone else has gone on with other ventures with the exception of Jay/Jose, (root of the problem) who are likely cooking up a new scheme. I'm hearing there are several law suites in the work from homeowners and prior employees. This should be fun.
The people I talk to closet to Jay than are we, told me that he's living in San Marcos but instead of floating on the river, he's laying on his couch. I guess mama got tired of his lies and kicked him out of the bed.
Expecting to be in Austin this coming week on business again, thinking about looking up Jay and Jose, however not too sure where to start...
HA! HA! Surely you jest Pepe! You just basically regurgitated all of the lies those scammers Jay and Jose have been telling everyone.
Funny how this board used to be very active, now its mostly quiet. Makes me wonder if Jay's lurking. Jay I KNOW YOU'RE OUT THERE, SPEAK TO US!!!
I can't see how the RS worked for anyone except maybe AVEW for a short period of time.
These are mainly my opinions mixed with a little fact, like I've said in the past there are a couple of disgruntled folks that I communicate with on a regular basis, how about you? My point was this is par for the course for even the company CEO, so if we're crying foul because of a scam, then let's go back and look at a little history which in hindsight should have been done first. Especially since it seems that most of us failed to conduct a little DD of our own before jumping in.
What DD have you done other than sounding bitter because you've lost your fortune to these guys...
MEECORP Captial Markets LLC, just found a judgement against Jose Chavez for $165k, although it's from 2002 I believe it shows that this was not his first go around with a commercial lender.

IMO, it stands to reason that if Wall Street Venture Capital is capable of conducting its own DD, they will NEVER lend money to AVEW which is the reason this entire deal has taken so long. I believe there are other investors, far more qualified to acquire Countryside. Take for example the "Kustom Fence" acquisition, if you place a phone call into them today, you'll discover that they are under new management and the new guys know nothing of AVEW. It appears the original owners have moved on to another investor. I don't think the world has seen the last of them, and I wouldn't put it past these two to find another shell, rebrand themselves and try again. My instincts tell me that they are a couple of broke guys in their golden years, looking for a free ride into the sunset
Pennylamepam, I'm not too sure if you have been lurking, but my assessment is based solely on a gut feeling. I'm certain Steele has given them a pretty penny or two and has been left high and dry just like the former employees owed salary, subcontractors, and homeowners. It appears that AVEW has left a wake of unhappy homeowners, some of which have voiced their disdain on Yelp, the 80k+ judgement against them, along with filed state tax and mechanics liens, (countryside filed one). These have all been verified and posted by myself and Pepeoil. Drop me a line if you want to see them for yourself.
Under what grounds? The way I see it is, those bumbling idiots made promise after promise and failed to deliver. The only thing I can see that they've done is provide misleading PR's, probably inflated previous fins, and have failed to produced the fins that are now wayyyy past due.
Fake pictures?
I really feel sorry for Mike Steele and the other folks that AVEW ripped off.
WB Pennylanepam!
Rain damage was reported in Houston not Austin.
I agree, now that Countryside has AVEW's pool builder under a new division Countryside Pools, who's to say that Countryside won't pick up the ball that AVEW fumbled and run with it??
Well they sure didn't spend 3 million on lien releases, workers, office space, websites, business license, fins, nor judgements against them. I don't believe they were ever going to get financing. Is there enough in this that these guys go to jail for running a ponze scheme?
Pepe, based on the most recent Yelp review, if it is close to being accurate, sounds as though these guys are totally gassed. If they are offering furniture as collateral to pay for their pool projects, they are scrapping the bottom of the barrel. Would you in good faith loan AVEW the money to fund an acquisition? I guess the real question is why won't Countryside just take over the business model and do what AVEW attempted to do?
NOW WE KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO THE OFFICE, THEY LIQUIDATED EVERYTHING TO KEEP POOLS GOING: "They offered stock in an "iffy" company and office furniture as collateral to which I responded absolutely "NO"
How much you want to bet that she's going to file suit against Jay and Jose???

IMO the split was done to distract everyone, now that they cannot afford the closet door, the skeletons are falling out and BOY DO THEY STINK! Mark my words, more bad news is coming... I smell several law suits coming and these guys do not have the capital to handle them, not to mention that since there's no business license the brunt of these issues will fall squarely on AVEW management, (or lack there of...).
I WARNED YOU THAT MORE BAD NEWS WAS ON THE WAY, THERE'S MORE COMING!!
Gringo, go to the link I just posted above the customer comment and you'll see for yourself. None of this is made up.
NEW SIGNS OF FUNDING PROBLEMS, THEY'RE BROKE... Latest update from another customer unhappy with the likes of AVEW management:

I bet you a million shares of AVEW stock that he won't answer Ronnie's question regarding Countryside's mechanic liens, LOL! I got an email two days ago, a few other things are coming AVEW's way, NOT good...
Just got off the phone with D2 Investments. That's another lie... got enough info to do my own DD and found out that the property referenced is potentially being bought by a residential builder to turn into trac homes. Currently owned by one of Austin's wealthy families that is in the auto industry.
The only 2700 sqft space they have is someone's home. Ask Jay how he likes sleeping on his couch?
I've already posted links showing the lights are out, AVEW can't hide anymore, their dirty laundry is spilling all over the internet.
My sources told me the same thing. Jay has his nerve, telling folks everything is going as planned.
