Has anyone every calculated the odds of making money on an OTC stock?
I think the OTC taketh much more than giveth?
Biggest indicators to me is that the
stock hasn't traded today, and the board
goes days without anyone posting.
Unfortunately, I think there is no hurry
to jump on or buy more. I feel shareholders were sold out with the 2000:1 split.
Going on 1pm with no trades.
This is ridiculous
Bid .0033 ask .0036 with 46k shares
traded so far today.
I get a headache trying to understand this company. They said the merger will take place after the reverse split, and they can't reveal Netcapital information .
Then they list 73 employees siting
the merger agreement. They seem to want
it both ways, the merger has and hasn't
happened yet? What are they trying to pull? Are these shenanigans part of the
reason for the stock price continuing
down? Anyone else confused?
No links? Something cool? Where did u see
that VSTR owns SpaceoutVR?
What's interesting? I don't see where they've done anything since they raised
$17k back in 2017.
Up 3% today. Was told their analyzer
sales might get a boost due to COVID19?
Anyone following this, how is it a COVID play?
I think the companies position is the deal
is already done when the agreement was
signed by both CEOs in August. With
deal already done, the 73 are all
employees of the merging company.
Just going by your link that says agreement is executed, not will be executed in the future.
Hadnt thought of that, but makes sense
as Netcapital has six times the workforce of Valuestters. Looked at link, and
its document was signed by Frishman and Lenk and states "parties have caused this agreement to be executed in the date first
written above" which was August 23rd?
So this was a done deal when presented
to shareholders?
Damn, if this is another filing mistake that's not good.
If it's willful misrepresentation that's really not good.
Why would they do that, the merger
hasn't happened yet? They want that
number out there or else they would
have corrected it by now?
They filed they had 72 employees with
SEC? Wonder if they used that same number
to get the loans? That seems to be
asking for trouble. We're they that desperate?
Guess that's fair, not everyone can
be paid with stock. Thanks.
What is Valuesetters doing with the
two million dollar govt loan? Why did they
need so much?
Good observations, I hope they're really
listening. You mentioned Chipbrain,
and from the Netcapital website I have
no idea what I'd be investing in, and
most won't ever bother to ask. Its
not even a decent elevator pitch.
But employees of Netcapital are not
employees of VSTR. Why would VSTR list
them in an SEC filing? Is this another
faux pas by VSTR like the insider
purchase filing? This companies
Dealings get more bizarre with time.
I was referring to VSTR now having
73 employees as pointed out by dudesmaking money, not any other company. I think
you're talking about Kingscrowd, not
VSTR?
Nice catch. But why was there no publicity
for these hires? Isn't that what this
company is supposed to be good at?
What the heck do we have an Investor
Relations person for?
Think VSTR and netcapital each have
about a dozen employees each, so
who has 73 employees?
Forgot the price of shares was that
high just a year ago. TY for link.
Where did the 1.2 cents come from?
Where did you find she was paid at 1.2 cents? I only saw she was awarded twenty five million shares.
Iran or North Korea?
I'd like to see it trading, these
zero volume days scare me. Seen it too
many times.
Don't know if they paid VSTR or not.
If client success only matters if VSTR
has equity position, that might explain why they dont have an excess of cash customers, or cash. I'll try to look up
SEC filing for that period and see if
Fathom was listed, but doubt it.
Don't believe me, check VSTR Facebook
page March 21, 2018. Fathom Drone
was a VSTR client, although as they seem
to be MIA it may not have helped them
all that much. No payouts yet, but
could still happen.
Semantics. Fathom Drones was a VSTR
client that apparently was less than
a brilliant success? Most won't be.
Nothing counts much until they have decent
revenue. Fathom Drone was another VSTR
company and they had a lot of press.
I dont think they went anywhere.
A lot of VSTR companies are very long
shots that will never pay off, but
all you need is a couple to go big.
Recent VSTR share price and lack of action
are troubling.
I'm not sure about that. If you're not
looking for them on Facebook or Twitter
how are they doing better? Where do
you see PR for Valuesetters? Maybe I'm
just missing their releases?
Thanks. Hope it's on time!
Isn't the 10Q due any day now?
Last was March 16th.
Up over 35%! Wish I could short it.
I was trying to find out if management had
ever bought shares. Doesn't seem like
they have, but dudesmaking money thinks
they bought 37% of the shares ?
I would be very impressed if anyone
did that.
Has any insider ever bought Valuesetter shares? That would move the stock up for sure. Maybe more than hiring a couple people?
Everyone knows a reverse split can
destroy an investment.
Here is a list of all the reasons
it will be different this time:
Agree the reverse split isn't going
to be good for shareholders. Reminds me
of Goodman and Fengs previous company
Elray Resources (ELRA), it had multiple
reverse splits in rapid succession.
With both Goodman and Feng involved I
think this probably ends like Elray.
Do you think Elray Resources investors
feel the same way about Goodman?
How is the book value of this company
over $19 but the share price is around $6?
