Ha! I wish. I'm pleased below 78!
Talk about Friday morning games. The swings on this low volume are brutal!
Oh well..Going golfing.. Have a great weekend all!
Nicely put! Minus the morning/afternoon goof WW sailed smooth.
#alwaysontherun ;)
Right on! It's local, but it's also practice IMHO.. When the big media comes.. We are EVIO labs Coast to Coast...
All in a matter of time. I just wish I was CDEL instead of us...if the 177mil theory hold true that dude... Made bank IMHO..
I'm tired of the WW haters that don't do DD. They got all critical of his looks and demeanor...Today's interview strengthened WW's image with EVIO. He was knowledgable about the analytical, the social, and the legislative aspects of the Cannabis Revolution.
EVIO California campaign has just begun IMHO.
WW had gravitas this time. He nailed it!
DD on WW paying bills early...
From the last Q as of September 2016 there were six notes:
I hope so buddy. My patience here (as well as that of my wife) better be rewarded!
I just keep wondering what sorts of figures WW presented to the Mezzanine Investors...i mean the investor presentation he uses has to have more in-depth figures right?
IMHO The two dudes (or dudettes) that are forking over the 3 million didn't do it because the company was still at a loss... i mean how could they?
i guess i would like to know how much VFIN has to sell as well... between him and CDEL ghost dumper this will never pop up over the resistances set forth by the swing traders..Chart Technical s show a small cup and handle formed on the daily.. but without a retail buyer supported, solid run up over .0225, while holding .02 on the correction the chart gurus aren't going to jump on this either...With the RS looming no one is looking to hop on either...
I just find it all baffling. Why does SGBY have so many haters in the mj otc??It has proven the growth factor, possesses a National scope of operations (both for consulting and for the labs), and is like 250k a quarter away from Cash flow positive! (Pesticide outsourcing costs are no more imho!)
Other than Amfe and The short lived run of POTN SGBY has some of the best year over year growth figures in the sector. .0004 was our bottom last year. It looks like .01 will be our bottom this year...
I really think WW needs to take control and steer this thing back to safty with some REVENUE GUIDANCE... We have had a lot of positive news, but little about how it actually fits into EVIO's bottom line. Not just SHARE STRUCTURE WW we need REVENUE PROJECTIONS BY LAB!!!!!
Again with this?? What does it take for you to see that WW is the competition threatening the others! Not only is there plenty of room for EVIO in the Cali market, my DD shows that WW is ahead of most other labs trying to get in.
Steep, and SC are established for sure, but that's it bro.
I've asked before but I'll ask you again.. If the competition already in place has control of the market.. Then why do they suck at their job so bad?? How are peeps still getting dirty buds??oh yeah it's not mandatory to test until next year... Hmm I wonder if the new huge influx of consumers can be satisfied by the vast networks of labs currently in place...? Didn't seem like Oregon was ready.., and Cali is TEN TIMES the size of that... So again, I ask: how ready is the current analytical testing structure... I seem to remember seeing that state leaders and cannabis insiders are worried about the roll out.. Wonder why??
https://aromadispensary.com/2017/02/17/california-dirty-cannabis-problem/
Next, the tastings rules have changed (are changing) in Cali. Iso accreditations are MANDATORY. Go ahead and do some homework here... Out of the labs currently, like you say in control, how many have this new required piece of equipment?? Again my DD points to the fact that the smaller labs, even Sequoia, don't have this equipment for all their facilities. Costa Mesa will have one, and Yuba ALREADY DOES.
http://www.latimes.com/politics/essential/la-pol-ca-essential-politics-updates-california-proposes-new-rules-1494013681-htmlstory.html
Glty though
Hopefully it won't matter. The goal is post split to have all one type of share. All common, no matter who you are in the company..(Ceo cso or just joe shmo)
The table Tothe placed in the ibox helps with the conversions, and the 8k with the split goes in depth on the RS conversion of the preferred shares. As far as I am aware no new preferred status stocks have been given out since the Yuba d's and most likely will not moving forward
Anyone know how long a company has before it has to file an 8k? Like how long after a pr announcement? Looking at mass it's about 3-4 days.. Is there a rule on this?
If so Florida 8k cometh by Friday... Next Monday at latest..
I think that the interest is due at the end. Someone double on that please. It accrues at the rate, so as the year goes we will see the note in the qs showing higher $ amounts for the interest accrued over time. What ever it is at the date at which WW pays back.. Is what we pay. 8% accrued up to that point,
Btw nothing is ever freely ridden! SS ain't no joke. #bigfreakingelephantWW
I've seen a few other companies license names and processes out. Not labs obviously, but weed cultivators. 5%, though I know just a frivolous use of a figure, is very low. Profits not revenue, can be 50% in some deals. I've seen with some companies the parent company can report 100% of their licensee's revenues but only retain a percentage of the profits.. So to make it worth it, we are looking at 40% plus.. Over 50% because of the leverage gained by Kaycha pre maturely splurging on go daddy dot com.
IMHO of course
Tid bit. Like I said i need the Q.
But there is one cool thing I found about this Viridis Deal, I hope tar caught it too..
Really?!? No one else has a comment!?!?
D statement rocks! How many times have I asked that? How many times have I ask you guys? How many times did I ask you guys to ask WW?!?
I swear they put this here for mags :
FB EVIO announced that WW will be on Real Talk San Diego with Clare McKee.
August 2 (tomorrow) at 2 pm.
Hmm for a guy not centered on California WW sure seems to find himself able to hop on local California news circuits...
WAIT WAIT... WHAT?!
To penetrate the Florida market, Signal Bay didn't make an acquisition or branch out on its own, instead deciding to partner with Kaycha Holdings, LLC, which will be rebranded as EVIO Labs.
"Each state has different dynamics. In this case, it was far more expeditious and efficient to work with a great partner in Kaycha, a company with deep community ties and that shares our core values of ensuring safe, clean cannabis to consumers," Waldrop explained during the call.
Currently, there are only seven licensed Medical Marijuana Treatment Centers (MMTC) in Florida, with plans to increase that number to 17 per Senate Bill 8A, signed into law in June by Governor Rick Scott. Each MMTC can legally grow, process and dispense medical marijuana and, per the new law, open 25 dispensaries.
That means 425 dispensaries will initially be allowed in the state across the 17 MMTCs, dispensaries that will be held to high regulatory standards by the government in a market expected to be ground zero along with California for medical marijuana. Arcview Market Research estimates that the Florida legal cannabis market will soar by a stunning 140% compound annual growth rate to reach $1.6 billion by 2020.
The new EVIO lab will be run by a lab veteran with nearly two decades of experience in developing nutraceutical and pharmaceutical products.
"We believe that we once again have a competitive edge over a limited number of peers that offer the advanced analytical testing services that we do. As the Florida market emerges, we anticipate that our labs will experience tremendous demand, so we're glad to be in as a forward-looking player in the space," Waldrop concluded.
SUPPLEMENTAL PR JUST OUT: Signal Bay Swings Down East Coast, Licenses Cannabis Testing Lab in Florida
SANTA MONICA, CA / ACCESSWIRE / August 1, 2017 / Signal Bay (OTCQB: SGBY) Chief Executive, William Waldrop wasn't kidding on July 20 when he said that the company's new mantra is "Coast to Coast," referring to an aggressive expansion strategy for the company's EVIO Labs cannabis testing unit. That announcement was part of a broader update that touched on a long-term lease in Costa Mesa, California for an accredited analytical testing services facility that will serve as a corporate hub for the Southern California market. Only days later, Signal Bay inked a definitive agreement to acquire Viridis Analytics MA, one of the few operating cannabis testing labs in Massachusetts, and now the company is making its presence in Florida, establishing a pattern of targeting the biggest markets in the U.S.
Florida, the most populous state in the South, was one of seven states to legalize marijuana for either medical or recreational use at the ballot box during the November 2016 elections. Florida, along with North Dakota and Arkansas, legalized medical marijuana. California, Massachusetts, Nevada and Maine, states where medical use of cannabis was already allowed, broadened their laws to decriminalize recreational use now too.
"We're putting a pin in the corners of the map of the country as cornerstones of our EVIO Labs business," Waldrop said in a phone call on the expansion. "We're targeting prime locations with established or evolving cannabis infrastructure and highways serving as corridors to large markets. With labs in California, Florida, Massachusetts and our home state of Oregon, we are covering nearly 71 million people, or about 22% of the total U.S. population."
To penetrate the Florida market, Signal Bay didn't make an acquisition or branch out on its own, instead deciding to partner with Kaycha Holdings, LLC, which will be rebranded as EVIO Labs.

Cannabis lab tester Signal Bay now in Fort Lauderdale market
MITCH PERRY
With medical marijuana legal in Florida and the Department of Health now mandated to begin issuing medical marijuana treatment center licenses and identification cards for qualifying patients and caregivers this fall, more businesses involved in the growing cannabis industry are coming to the Sunshine State.
Signal Bay, Inc., a leading provider of cannabis testing and advisory services, announced Monday that its cannabis testing division EVIO Labs has licensed its first lab in Florida. Officials with the organization have informed FloridaPolitics that the exact location will be in Fort Lauderdale.
Kaycha Holdings, LLC will operate under the EVIO Labs brand and the lab will be managed by a lab director with over 18 years of experience in development of Nutraceutical and Pharmaceutical Products.
“With operations in California, Oregon and soon to be Massachusetts, Signal Bay is proud to bring its accredited testing services to Florida,” said Signal Bay CEO William Waldrop. “This expansion into Florida allows Signal Bay to continue to execute on its core mission of ensuring medical patients have access to clean cannabis. Our Florida expansion also marks another first as we executed our first license agreement. We are excited to have found a partner with deep ties into the community and shares our common core values.”
“We are excited to help ensure clean and safe cannabis to the patients of Florida. Our partnership with EVIO offers strong support to achieve our goal,” said Christopher Martinez, president and co-founder of Kaycha Holdings, LLC. “EVIO Labs is known for their strength and breadth of knowledge in the marijuana testing industry and raises the standard of cannabis testing throughout the state. With EVIO’s experienced team and proven testing methodologies we will ensure Florida treatment centers sell only the highest quality cannabis.”
Under the medical marijuana bill passed by the Florida Legislature this year, there will be 10 new licensed growers in the state in addition to the seven that already exist. The law requires another four licenses to be issued for every 100,000 patients added to the state’s medical marijuana registry, and allows growers to open 25 dispensaries, plus an additional five dispensaries for every 100,000 patients.
Still trying to connect this mags... what is its significance?
How is it that we have lost value after MA and FL announcements?!?...You can't tell me EVERYONE is waiting for confirmation in the 8ks...
Positive thoughts all.
What are you talking about? Testing not mandatory in Florida or Mass.??
Source?
Even my basic search pulled up opposition to your statment.
https://www.leafly.com/news/industry/leaflys-state-by-state-guide-to-cannabis-testing-regulations
The medical marijuana grown, supplied, and distributed in Florida has to go through analytical testing.. Mostly to make sure the medicine fits the dosage to fit the patient.
If you notice from the Massachusetts section they are adopting strict testing measures. Heck all of this leafly info is specific requirements for analytical testing.
Final note from me today on the importance/significance of out of Cali-Oregon state.. Arcview wouldn't analyze a state that wasn't significant in its own right.. ( projected to have a 30million testing market?? Oregon was only 15 million when we set out!) As for Florida, "for sitting on his as$" WW most likely got a better deal than we think. Kaycha are going places, and I'm guessing... Will have LOADS of products, flower, extracts, and oils to test....
Cynicism's days are numbered here IMHO.
Sweet! But, we need context mags. Not everyone followed you down the rabbit hole...
Not yet... One of the many 8k's we await from Management.. We have to at least see one this week right??
Anyone planning on sending off some ?s to WW today? if so see if you can get him to comment on:
Terms of the Mezzanine Financing
Update on the Equipment that was supposed to be live by the start of q4
Terms of Viridis Acquisition in Massachusetts
Terms of EVIO Florida License
How Costa Mesa is being outfitted and paid for (LEASE BEGINS TOMORROW!!!!)
So much more..ZOMG so much more...
I WANT REVENUE GUIDANCE!!
Considering WW has yet to disclose that IDK... hence why i am asking him to... duh...
My DD and guesstimates tell me that The YUBA location (as that is the only one operational now... duh...)Pulled in anywhere from $75,000- $150,000 For Q2. If we try and dissect the figures we can see that Q1 (when Yuba wasn't fully operational until the end closer to the end of the quarter) Revenue was 668k.
After q 2 which shows all five labs operational to an extent (equipment outsourcing was and is the wild card here) we see revenue jumped up to 832k... Take out what the consulting arm made in q2 and you see about $100k increase from EVIO labs over q1... So if we assume and believe that Oregon has been at capacity since open.. many here believe we have been capped since October live date...then the YUBA lab brought in 75k-100k for sure. Now this is my math and my opinion... other can have their own.
I would say that based on what we know each lab should be at the very least operating at these levels. Each lab in Oregon and Cali should bring in 125k ave. per quarter..Florida?? Mass? i have no clue
but ill be here waiting to find out
Edit: this just reflects what we know and see cuz of released qs. Revenue retention increases as op expenses decrease... So.., the pesticide testing equipment will turn the tide and increase the valuation of each lab.. Imho
Hmmm.
I've said it once and i'm going to say again now... WW can release 10 acquisitions at this point and nothing would change. WE NEED REVENUE FIGURES...NUMBERS... LIKE ACTUAL PROJECTIONS.. not Massachusetts is projected to have a market of 30 million and Florida of x million... HOW MUCH IS EVIO looking to take in SPECIFICALLY at each location???
WW needs to look at how AMFE releases news and REVENUE NUMBERS IN CONJUNCTION WITH EACH OTHER...just saying..
hard data showing how all these labs are being paid for is what we need.. if it mezzanine money then we need to know how much? Was there any stock issued to Viridis or Kaycha? How about that freaking equipment that was supposed to be live over a month ago?
The silence on revenue is deafening here and the lack of support/interest on Today's announcement is both pitiful and disturbing.
Rough battle indeed. As long as the bid keeps raising after periods of inaction we can slowly climb up above that .02 mark. CDEL and co. Can only hold this down/scare others off for so long. A trade group (or two) could knock him out
Agree. There is no reason two lab additions this week shouldn't put us over .02. This is just baffling.. Any other ticker would be going parabolic with news like this
Scratching my head like?? Only 500k volume? First ten minutes? Not as exciting as I hoped.. Let's hope people just had some long weekends
Ditto! Although, Mags DD leads me to speculate that All of Kaycha's other business... (I.e. Sun, aero, amend 2) are all pending Licenseing for this summer and fall.. I wonder who is helping them with consulting and getting accreditations... The 8k is much anticipated indeed. Actually like 6 8ks are anticipated..
Equipment
Costa Mesa
Massachusetts
Florida
Mendocino county
Central US
;)
You mean through the Mezzanine? Or am I missing another 3 mil? Lol
Excited to see how the market reacts. We are long over due for a price correction to the up side.. I mean come on 7-8 labs in four states!!
We had 5 labs in two states at these prices.. At this pace it looks like we will have 9-11 labs in maybe six states (central and ??) by January of 2018... No matter what the cynical overlords say WW's lab model is profitable. If it wasn't he wouldn't Be able to branch out NATIONALLY as fast as he is. IMHO of course
I love how the IHUB newswire feed has TWO SGBY Acquisitions listed..reminds me of almost a year ago when we had the last Oregon lab and the first Cali lab announcements back to back...
LETS HOPE INTEREST PICKS UP HERE.
Funny, does anyone else hear an evil laugh coming from a Nevada based office building, with practice footage of the golden knight hockey team playing on loop in the background...? Muhahahahahahaha!!ha!
Up for a drive and reconnaissance?
https://eviolabsfl.com/
:)
28 minutes left! Will we keep the green? Hope so, I like looking at two green candles on the weekly ;)
I mean come on, we have 2weeks in a row in the green! (As long as someone doesn't dump us to below .0155 within the last 15 minutes...)
Hmmm... Some changes...
For staters... Two addresses mentioned that aren't even the one they listed previously.. The new mirimar one is a house btw..
