IMO power hour should give some indication if this movement will sustain. The volume looks to be low but it is a semi holiday today and Canada is on Turkey Day.
I about spit out my coffee reading that one. LOL
The question is will it sustain or was it just baseless hype from over the weekend. I did believe we would see positive movement today:Posted by: The_radman Date: Sunday, October 11, 2009 12:35:22 PM

It appears Monday there will be a run based on speculators convincing themselves there will be a run. I myself can't find anything that has materially affected the share price since Friday. I do like the fact that there is a short position as this represents two things either they will be future buyers based on success of the company or they are note holders that have shorted prior to the S1 going effective. And oh ya it's my Birthday and Thanksgiving (in Canada) on Monday so there's some good reasons for the share price to go up. LOL Go USA in the President's Cup. I'm a Canuck but I admire Tiger Woods.
It's gas. :)
Just a little short of grasping how the market works. LOL
NONE of the note conversions can be sold into the market without the S1 becoming effective. If in fact any conversions have taken place they are restricted shares thus cannot be sold.
Solid base building in the .90's for next leg up. IMO
If this pops $1.00 (3rd time) we'll have a serious runner. IMO
Wow I sleep in one morning and you all party without me. ): Good morning everyone it looks like somethings cooking. Happy T-Day Mr. and Mrs. Golf

Answers the question of how do you extend a lease without anticipation of positive news to encourage note holders to exercise their warrants (which most are priced at $.50 and $1.00)..."Presently, with no further financing, we project that we will run out of funds in January 2010." (pg 54 paragraph 6)
Again pg 60 paragraph 9..."Presently, with no further financing, we project that we will run out of funds in January 2010. If we are unable to raise additional financing, we could be required to reduce our spending plans, reduce our workforce, license to others products or technologies we would otherwise seek to commercialize ourselves and sell certain assets. There can be no assurance that we can obtain financing, if at all, on terms acceptable to us."
Ok let's start here this part of the S1 states there is a previous overhang of 88M shares (if notes converted)in total from previous financings...not bad. It further states the total recent raise was $13M not $10M like some had thought. It's confusing because they tried to get $7M of warrants converted but only $3M played:At June 30, 2009, our outstanding convertible notes were convertible into 88 million shares of common stock. On July 7, 2009, we sold $3 million of notes, common stock and warrants. On September 4, 2009, we sold $3 million of the September 2009 Notes, common stock and September 2009 Warrants, and an additional $7 million of July 2009 Notes, common stock and July 2009 Warrants.
Great work cbrad and thank you for your wishes.
Thank you nutriman1 I'm going to spend some time breaking down the S1 and putting it into simple English without the legal jargon.

It's not about the size it's how you use it. LOL Be well friend.
As of Friday (I did two of the 25K block buys) I own 200K shares and I'm not buying anymore.
Are you asking does a material event have to be filed within 14 days? If this is your question that is not an accurate statement. The law reads a material event must be filed within a "timely manner". The industry assumes 14 days to be a timely manner but there are many things that are factored into ones interpretation of "timely manner" and a material event for that matter.
"On a lighter note Radman, I think you and BFS are by far some of the sharpest tacks in the box. Trying to figure out how to read you is the trick." Well I'm sitting in my jammies watching the President's Cup after 17 hours in a Poker Tourney (which I won)posting on a message board my opinion based on 30's years of experience. You be the judge time to get ready to go to a hockey game.
I was politely stating that your interpretation of the facts aka filings was in part skewed. No biggie I've read and written dozens of these forms what do I know. Be well.
P.S. Accurate DD of facts support my findings.
I'm sorry I don't understand what you're asking?
Hers a quick link to holdings...http://finance.yahoo.com/q/it?s=GETA.OB
P4P By January it won't matter either way. Either it's a success or a bust so it wont matter. What I do like is out of the 45M shares issued only 110,000 shares have been sold. I can't speak about the other 6M to non affiliates as they don't have to report their sales.
NP Learner thus your name. :) If you look at all the form 4's that are filed on Edgar you will see the new shares issued. Glad I could help.
Nice find Learner. The numbers don't jive my take is that number of 169,684,485 as of September 16, 2009 did not take into account stock to be issued that day. The good doctors were issued 35,546,669 shares as a subsequent event. On the same day they issued apx. 9.5M to directors and officers probably under S-8 thus they're free trading. That total is apx. 45M so the balance was probably issued to non affiliates under S-8 for services since they have a pool of 84M to draw from based on the Sept. 4th filing. I hope this clears up this matter.
P.S. the total holdings of the good doctors in the amount of 60,492,095 anticipates a total dilution of apx. 588,300,000 shares.
What's up my favorite Brad? If you have specific questions and a link please post it andI'll respond tomorrow I'm in a poker tourney until then...if I play well enough.
OK rapid fire full force. :)
I fired a couple of howitzers didn't faze him. ):
Yes the Twinkies are kicking in LAMP went to $5.00 LOL
I just sent them Twinkies laced with marijuana it's a vicious circle should keep them busy going into power hour. Share with all your MM friends. :)
No doubt. The longs seem to be holding relatively strong. That dang S1 effective date is still a bad overhang.IMO
Get out the paddles this thing has just about no pulse left. New lows by the close. IMO
I'd love to see it close at or above .87. Send your best chow mein, lo mein boys after them. :)
I moved from the coast to the interior. As far as Genta and the U.S. $ from your lips to God's ears and oh ya NITE's too. :)
Dang your posts crack me up. :)
Not sure but if we break our old support (our new resistance) of .87 it could be a very good thing. My Martha Stewart insider trading impression. LOL
LOL I'm in B.C.
Where in Canada Mrs G?
I feel like I need a shower everytime I go over there. Wheres our Buddy Charlie today?
I figured it would gain some today since the yahoo trash boards were calling $.50. They're never right over there. As a matter of fact those folks just aren't right! LOL
