Brad I believe it's an emotional time (the stock price down one day LOL)and He was a bit overzealous in what he statement. The bottomline is if an opportunity presents many of us will be buyers...this is a GOOD thing. Be well.
GOOD GRIEF!!!!! That's all he responded to me. LOL
Ok now I understand. Thank you!
Anyones thoughts what this means (from the filing)...Tang Capital Partners, LP 125,817,573(5) 16,966,752 9.999% 49,792,009 76,025,564 16,966,752 9.999%
No. All shares issued are retricted under rule 144 until one of two things happen...1 the tacking becomes aged orrrrr voila you register them to become free trading? Hmm I wonder what a Reg S-1 enables the beneficiaries to do?
Fuzzy not to be rude but have you ever read a Reg S-1 filing and understand what it is designed to do?
It's tricky what it's really saying is there will be no "additional" dilution as the financing shares have already been issued previously when they did the financing. If not delivered to the purchaser physically they are held in escrow on their behalf.
Yes many invest that way I have a simple brain and can't accuratly focus on two trains of thought at a time. LOL
Been there in 1981 I watched a brokers large portfolio in one stock go from $10 to $1. in twenty minutes. Needless to say he had lots of free time on his hands after that. LOL
Hmm convert my $.10 paper for $1.10 dang life is hard on them? LOL
Play long or be a pure trader trading on technicals. If you try being both you'll get slaughtered. Great post.
You're bang on. The MM's are moving the market around looking for momo. Truth is price has no reflection on where the MM's play, they play spreads and momo period. Wise outlook sir.
Smitty I only deal in facts I have no crystal ball. The facts are the stock is running out of steam and is being window dressed going into the close. ALL IMO
God forbid the old sell on news proverb would come into play. Let me get my position 1st Smitty. LOL
Bingo now theres a person with the right attitude based on FACTS not emotions. Every stock I've been involved with no one EVER wanted it to go down...sadly that's just not the reality of the game.
Heck smitty I'm only speaking from a technical standpoint I don't want anyone to sell it's a big market with plenty of bids and offers for us all. I doubt 10% of the holders even read this board. LOL
Personally I think Friday's the day. IMO *ONLY* (mom said I was allowed to have one) :)
Bang there is NO one person that has the abilty to sway this stock one way or another. Pom poms don't make em go up either right?
For you friend a big ole (whatever that big purple dudes name was) to you. :) Smitty my man it has to correct like we have to breath it's just the laws...sawy. ):
I've been here all day (I have no job LOL) he just happened to make a statement that made sense thus I responded. Someone needs a hug today. :)
That's the only reason I watch in case I have to pull the plug quick.
I CFO'd my order to $.90 I still think we see it filled in the near future. IMO
I see a constant dump of what I assume is so called funding for month end obligations. Great board but as usual the old dump game for funding...pathetic.
It's a Mexican show down between NITE and DOMS.
Brother I consider that a compliment. Remember it's a long trading session and gravity pulls hard and fast. Be well.
Other than the big boards MM's only have to show minimum board lots. And oh yes they are in TOTAL control of the bid/ask as they have Level III which shows the true market depth.
I liked your old one. ):
Good morning and happy trading everyone. :)

Er um the insiders need to make month end by the looks of it.
Ok I'm outta here for a while I got sumtin to do I just can't remember what *sigh*
Brad I was just telling someone in a PM I took my 1st deal public in 1979. You know that old song ...don't let my boys grow up to be cowboys (sumtin like dat I don't do country)I prayed my boys wouldn't grow up to be day traders it will age you fast. Not much fun when you're on the downside of a stock. Enjoy the GETA rides it's a great experience. :)
LOL Brad I'm 52 tired and retired. :) Honestly I hate the stock market (someone has to lose) but it's the only place you can finance ones dream.
Can you imagine the tough decision the board had to make to do such a toxic financing. In my experience the ones that put the stone in the shoe tend to be the ones to help take it out just at the right time. As a former CEO of many PubCo's I would have only taken the money if I was certain it would make the project successful...this is a WINNER. IMO
From your lips to God's ears for all the poor souls that will benefit from the drug.
Smitter you're one hell (can I say hell) of a person and mod you (like many investors) are limited in your knowledge of the inner workings of the MM's and trading. Yes I tend to be a little rough around the edges (my 4 boys say the same thing)but my messages are quite clear I'm NOT trying to hurt anyone just sometimes a loud wake up call never hurts. If one person benefits then it was worth it.
Don't doubt me I believe this stock is a winner I just believe one should protect their capital investment first then look to profit. What if and I'm only saying what if as my DD strongly disagrees the PR states it's been delayed etc.? The MM's will rock the world with this stock.
