It may be a good idea to look at the terms of the employment contract and the Eop plan. Most companies today have plans for insiders so shares automatically buy and sell sell at a certain time, so insider trader is no longer an issue with most companies today. I am personally not concerned because I can see where the company is going and it certainly isn't out of business.
You are very wrong Bob. Of course dilution was the plan but not even Ted predicted the massive campaign of negative media led by AMC and Seeking Alpha, that caused the shares to fall as rapidly as they did. Then add on the illegal naked shorting ,this company never stood a chance. Without the doom and gloom media trying to harm the company the ATM offering would have had far less of an impact if shares were sold at much higher levels. This company is far from dead, but do believe the sp touches a penny before heading north. Too many ways to monetize 3 million subs. Let’s not forget Amazon looking to get into the independent movie business and MoviePass’s proven ability to fill the theaters. See you in a year and let’s see who ends up being right on this one. I don’t own any stock but you know I killed it on the run to 38. I am about to kill it again at a penny. Talk to you next year.
you are a drug guru? LMAO!
I think I can actually answer that one. It seems some private placement shares hit the market recently and some investors decided to sell off for their own reasons, but in reality the market cap was way too high for a company so early in the game. Great company here, great leadership and great time to buy at these levels
Well said! Thank you
I have been watching this company for last couple years and have to say I hate the chewing gum delivery system. The other concern is since they have no patent on the chewing gum, will it cause problems down the road? The company has done a lot of research and has some good technology, I wish their lead candidate didn't involve the gum.
How about keeping your investing advise to yourself.Your ideas could very well cost an investor a huge upside. Although most don't have patience to invest anymore, Holding quality companies like this almost always end with a huge payday. One who feels they have to constantly buy and sell almost always degrades the value of their capital, usually to zero. There is too much upside potential here, risk/reward is attractive. This is not a good stock to trade, not enough volume.
No worries here. Pharma side of cannabis is very quiet as I own all the top plays long term and the silence is deafening. We can't give away that much at this point, it just energizes the competitors. Trust me they are working very hard behind the scenes.
It is obviously by design. It is a dog eat dog market right now. Let's be low key about our growth at this stage and it will pay long term.
You are very welcome sir! Thanks for your service and thanks for supporting this great company! I think your buy moved us 3 % today! HAHA. Have a great day!
After countless hours of due diligence I found and hold the 10 best undervalued cannabis stocks on the planet. The future for medicine is promising and for those that missed it, GW just got the first FDA approval of a cannabis based/CBD drug. The time is now to invest in promising companies with top management and quality research, creating real medicine. The approvals are going to start accelerating and anyone not in now is making a very big mistake. Watch the pharma side of this company in the coming years, as it has the most impressive management team of all (by far) and some nice technology to advance. The thing that really got me excited is they cover the full spectrum of the plant. Strong buy!
BTW I remember you from RXM. That was a fun 12 bagger!
Correct! The undervalued Canadian plays are far and few.
I was thinking the same ??
Short sellers are some of the most intelligent investors in the market and although I don't short and don't agree with it, that type of investing is suitable for the most savvy investors. This clown is not one of them. I can assure you.
My patience has paid off and finally able to get the shares I want for the price I want. Thank you impatient shareholders! Picked up a starter and waiting to see if it drops to rock bottom .60's. I love this company!
Have you ever heard of John H. Stewart??? I bet you don't have a clue who he is. You should do some research before spewing your uneducated crap!
You really think the hype will come all in October? Hype is slowly building now. Your strategy is a loser. This is a seriously undervalued play. The Pharma side of the company alone is worth more than the current pps. You wait until Sept/October you will be paying twice...Guaranteed
What is wrong with waiting? Damn it's a pharma company! I hold several and they all take years, with unusual volatility compared to Blue chips. We invest in these early company's for their potential for out sized gains. Hold, relax and if one thinks they can flip to build a larger position all the power to you all. The Discovery Fund is a very privileged fund for investors that can shell out 10 million just to enter a position. The fund invest's in micro companies/pharma that show top notch leadership and technology and offer little risk/high reward. I am betting they see the same things I and others see in this company....Huge Success! I am guessing they didn't panic during the last sell off but I suspect their ownership is over 8 million shares today because of the panic.
For those that have all eggs in one basket are missing out on some real winners in the sector. Ow is only one of 6 than investors should have in their portfolio. Two of these are already showing great phase 2 results. In my opinion at these prices, those with plenty of patience OW will be the eventual biggest gainer, But any one of these and hopefully all will be monster gainers over the next 2 to 3 years. Thanks to the great work by GW

What the shareholder letter stated was that the market is flooded with garbage and the amount of resources required to bring an unproven product to market and compete would result in money not well spent. This is a very smart move by a very intelligent team. This shareholder letter was loaded with positive info only a intelligent investor would decipher. We are adding new, key upper level scientist's to seriously ramp up studies and I am looking forward to hearing who is joining our ever expanding team of big board professionals. They are also working on possible partnerships, manufacturing and marketing capabilities in key markets and will be announced as soon as finalized. This company has grown from (what we now realize) was an unprofessional and inexperienced company with a short sighted vision to a imminent, major, multinational player, in a market that is bound to be the biggest medicinal disruption we will ever experience in our lifetimes. Your short sighted vision is not suited for this type of investment and I wish you and your family the best of luck. I will continue to add and you are right, this may drop as investors like yourself throw in the towel, but I believe you all will be back as the company nears completion of studies, but understandably at much higher levels as we are seeing today. This was a great shareholder letter in my opinion and not a bit surprised of the change in direction. I personally thought sales, except in Israel, would be minimal and very expensive to execute. Have a great day
Totally agree buddy and am truly blessed to have bought in here under .40. I personally understand buying any pre revenue start up the only thing we have to gauge potential value and mitigate risk is learning who is running the show and believing in the technology being developed. I love the management and believe licensing revenue from the tablet could roll in at any time.
They are def lining their pockets! WTF!. Notice all the form 4's that have been filed by the company over the past few years. They def don't have the time to sit and respond to countless scared investor's concerns. The info is out there to decipher and it's up to the shareholder to take it for what it is. That means you either like the direction the company is going, believe in the research and science completed to date and feel the company will succeed going forward. Nothing is guaranteed, especially in an industry that still faces so many unknowns. I personally believe MJ will be the next worldwide "penicillin" in which it will be the go to for so many illnesses. Every day I open the computer and read another article where it has been legalized somewhere, shown promise treating another new disease and how it is becoming more accepted by doctors and psychiatrists. There are only a few companies doing real research on the plant. I believe that the changing culture in our own government will allow the plant to be studied more going forward, but anyone researching now will be years behind us and most likely will need our technology at some point, meaning big licence revenue. The company is taking a minimum wage salary, so I guess if that is lining their pockets good for them! They probably have families to feed just like you and I.
Agreed. Selfish loser hurt OW badly and hope his ass burns. I hope the management team here is very cautious when dealing with this crooked operator.
His shares are indirect and if the count is correct he owns half of the os.I wonder what indirect in this case means? I will spend some time and see if I can figure out his true ownership.
FRIEDLAND JEFFREY Officer 01/16/2018 Acquisition (Non Open Market) indirect 20,800 0.2500 24,228,800
This is straight of Nasdaq. It also shows he sold 1.6 mil.
Any idea if JF still holds 24 million shares? I read the latest shareholder letter stating he is still a direct/indirect investor. I like this company's management team and not wanting to mention going forward, but just trying to figure out who owns what.
I have been watching and learning about this company for almost a year now and have to say I will be placing a starter order before 4 today. The risk/reward now is in line with my investment strategy.
This is a piece from the Motley Fool that I have always gone back to when times get tough. You are right, things will work out big time for the ones that have Patience. It may seem simple, but patience isn't easily taught, and it's not a topic covered in most business school programs today. However, long-term thinking and patience are perhaps the best tools available to investors. Stocks move up and down for many reasons. Having the discipline to wait out pullbacks in share price and not sell into the panic can be difficult. But as history can attest, buying and holding stocks for the long haul often results in outsized gains for investors.
Just look at shares of Apple. Investors who owned Apple stock leading up to the ousting of Steve Jobs in 1985 endured tremendous volatility -- at one point, shares were worth less than a dollar apiece. However, if you had invested $10,000 in 1985 at the split-adjusted price of $0.52 and held those shares through all of the company's many ups and downs, that investment would be worth roughly $2,187,692.30 at yesterday's close.
Nevertheless, people are holding stocks for shorter and shorter periods. In 2012, for example, the average amount of time an investor held a stock was just five days -- down significantly from a holding period of eight years in the 1960s, according to Business Insider. Therefore, the best advice investors won't learn in business school today is to have patience. Buy and hold quality companies for the long haul, and you will likely be handsomely rewarded for that patience.
All pharma stocks are taking a beating right now. No need to worry. All the right people in the right places with this company. It took some time but kinks are worked out and we are ready to rock and roll. The best way to hold this stock is turn off the computer and let them do their jobs. I have never been so confident and get more so with each 8-k release. Science is solid, management top notch and the best part is I.P is fully protected. Peace
you will receive shares of both companies, of which the sharps will be reduced based on an 1800 to 1 rs. I wouldn't be concerned about this particular rs as its being used only to reduce the os as required by the acquired company. This may be an indication that sharps may be looking to head to the big boards quickly. Just speculation as we know nothing about the new company, but based on the management team in place this could possibly be a one in a million opportunity, but have to wait and see. I own millions of fdbl and was going to wait and see but I am starting to think the risk/reward is too great at these prices not to purchase some more on Mon morning.
Here is confirmation straight from the report

C. Pursuant to the terms described in the S-1 Registration Statement (as defined below), Parent intends to make a distribution to its

Spin-Off
”).
D. As a consequence of the Spin-Off, Fan Pass will cease to be a Subsidiary of Parent.
FDBL number 2 on breakout board. Expect a lot of eyes over here next week.
I don’t have nearly what u have but still enough to be a life changer if this merger works out. I thought about buying more but figured I will wait and see what happens over the next month. You could be potentially sitting on a gold mine with the amount of shares here. I have hit 3 monster gainers in a row in the past year and would love this to be the number 4
Do you still own all your shares? With a company that can afford to forgo a traditional IPO tells me they do not need the working capital. I have been researching these guys. They are quite an operation and their stock should command a very nice valuation. It’s great the sharps is quite a large business in the good ole USA but unfortunately most of them are not going to the hospitals. Whatever the state of affairs is we will never stop certain people from using them but being a shareholder could prove to be quite lucrative.
The brothers were never a scam. They tried to get friendable off the ground but unfortunately it just didn’t catch on with the masses. It may have been too old fashioned for the likes of millenials. Seems like a quick hookup is what this younger generation prefer as we see by the success of tinder. I do however think FannPass has a better chance of success as celebrities have more influence over the lives of kids more than anytime in history. The reason this will work is celebrities will market this company for free as it has a financial incentive to do so.
I read an article from Forbes yesterday stating that the complexities of listing today are forcing companies to list on the OTC through reverse mergers, than up-listing to the big boards. The company loses the initial IPO but the money saved makes the whole process a wash. Look for more companies to do the same.
Thank you. You beat me to it. Things are certainly coming together for our great little company. It’s just a matter of time and we will be rewarded for our dedication.
Did you catch the part where it states they landed a consulting contract with a mmj company with operations on the east coast and Hawaii? These guys are so nonchalant and prefer to keep operations silent. It looks like if retail really wants to know what’s happening we need to read the filings in entirety because OW is not going to pr anything that is not mandatory. Very rare Big board company operating on the OTC.
