Or not.
With the announcement that the Stadnyk group is doing market relations, this company is going to start trading huge volume, hopefully on the way up.
Volume usually precedes news. Lets hope its good.
We are due for an update. Hopefully on financing.
You’re messages aren’t worthy of a reply anymore. GLTY
You've witnessed the repo in progress?
They had to get current to have any chance at securing financing. My guess is that they have something in the works. Otherwise I can't see how the company can continue to operate without working capital. At this point I really don't care if they dilute, as long as its not a death spiral. JMHO
The company only has about 50,000,000 out. Most pinkers have at least double. Some dilution won’t make a difference. Given the choice of dilution or bankruptcy, I’ll take dilution.
It won’t be for long once the company gets financed
Actually if you had called the company before posting you would have learned that it was 30 parts on the first run. Not a one-off. The main point that is being overlooked here is that the parts are long lasting, much longer than traditionally manufactured parts. That is where the value is.
Thanks for the heads up
Well I think you will be disappointed then. The company cannot raise capital without dilution. The question is how favourable a deal can be struck. They need a minimum of 250,000 for working capital so they can get another printer or two, and some staff. Then the good results will come. JMHO
According to ginovanelli, longs aren't buying. I'm confused....who bought the 200,000 that was sold today?
Actually thats not true. Dozens of the same "small" piece can be printed at one time. The print box is about a 1.5 foot cube. Small parts can be layered vertically as well.
Educate yourself before you make stupid comments
What does it have to do with 3D metal printing?
About 37,400,000 o/s in 2014 and about 45,000,000 now.
Believe it or not it was over $5.00 in 2014.
I guess you'll never be able to sell your 10,000 shares.
Are you still long? Where did you hear there was news pending?
I have enough thanks. It won’t be a POS for long.
Then sell.
To my thinking, it means that someone knows something positive is happening behind the scenes and wants to get liquid. Same goes for the debt holder who just converted 997,500 shares. That is dilution, but very minimal seeing as there is less than 50,000,000 o/s. And how can you prevent a debt holder from converting? Again I think that they want to be liquid for when some good news is released. As I've said many times before, this company needs a financing. Anyone with half a brain knows that pinkers finance with equity. So there will likely be more dilution. But who cares as long as the company gets funded. If you're afraid of dilution, buy bonds. JMHO
Why is everyone so upset at Roger because someone with a cert decided to deposit it? This is not dilution.
Excuse my ignorance but what do you mean by 750,000 pulled by Roger? He doesn't have freetrading stock as far as I know.
Good news but I thought it would pop to a buck. Anyone associated with Aurora usually does.
I show them on the offer at 10
Time line? I’m hearing big news next week.
CSTI has backed off to 13. I don't think they wanted to sell any at 10, but they did.
VNDM is not today's problem
If you’re looking for a dollar, than 9.5 isn’t any better than 5cents
I'm not trying to be argumentative, but 9.5 to 10 is NOT significantly higher than 5 to 8. And don't quote percentages because they are meaningless at these prices.
People losing interest? Same company today as it was last year when everyone was pumped.
I guess they have to raise money somehow.
What do you mean by 'float expansion' ?
Iv'e been hearing that for as long as I can remember.
They said they want to ad at least 2 printers. Maybe they have thier funding already.
Acquiring 2 more 3D printers is excellent news. Can really ramp up production now.
