Wait for what?
The Bashers are out today
Another great day!
At this point I don’t give a sh*t about the freakin molecule….just slapped together a lip balm to get SOMETHING done..!!!!!!!
I want my money back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
POS
We can only conclude shareholders were mislead by the CEO on the dry eye program, which appears to be no longer happening. Smith knows he’s covered by the safe harbor laws which set a high bar for prosecution.
If he thinks lack of transparency and disclosure is a good thing he’s dead wrong..
Down here in swamps of penny land investors look to CEO who are strong leaders and keep investors updated…
Don’t know his strategy or maybe he’s just lazy…..
So why do you post here?
You have told us you spend time visiting with the CEO at his private residence. What is the true nature of your relationship with the CEO?
Seriously???
So you have inside information that companies approached Titan to buy the company huh?
Did they make an offer?
Titan said there was no interest and NO OFFERS!
I don’t know who’s giving you false information but there have been a number of shady characters here who have said this and that and have been 100% wrong 100% of the time….if you had listened to me you wouldn’t have blown your inheritance on this POS Canadian penny stock.
Will the CEO do anything to support share price?
Surgibot got further down the road than Enos….
Think about that for a moment
I’d be interested to hear about another IP Licensing company that was bought out for a couple hundred million dollars…
TIA
Your question is moot…..
Titan is NOT a robotic company!!!
They are strictly an IP licensing company.
They have a few prototypes that were passed on by 55 companies.
They are now gathering dust and will never be brought to market…
But to answer your apples to zebras question
ISRG, Medtronic
Can you name a robot that Perry Genova has successfully developed and brought to market?
How about a robot that was submitted to FDA?
How about a robot that had investors excited enough to finance it to completion?
His enos design was PASSED on by at least 55 companies!!!!
Again the comparison to ISRG is a complete joke..
I don’t recall when in its history Intuitive “successfully” transitioned from a robotic R&D company to an “IP Licensing”company!! LOL!!
Imagine the dope at Medtronic who stands up in the meeting to propose that Medtronic spend $200m more to buy the patents they already own but for 20x more than they already paid.
Ouch
EXACTLY!!!!
Until PKTX is taken over by another entity and Smith is tossed to the curb this goes nowhere.
He doesn’t have ANY experience running a biotech and it’s been painful for shareholders….
He reminds me of the type of guy who is handed a family business and doesn’t have the skills his father had in business. It’s a slow and painful process for all involved…
Sorry but it’s not 2017, when there was hope for Titan..
There is ZERO chance that Titan will be bought for $200m!!! ZERO
They TRIED to sell those POS robots to at least 55 players and not a SINGLE one had ANY interest. No offers.
When is this reality gonna sink in?
Do you REALLY believe all of the companies who PASSED on Titan/enos got it wrong?
It’s absurd to compare ISRG to Titan.
Even a company as big as Medtronic isn’t going to blow $200m on a pile of dog crap…
It’s over
Your boy Smith really has the stick pointed to the ground….
Pull the trigger on what?
Titan is just an IP licensing company now.
No Research
No Development
No new IP in the pipeline
No Robot that anyone wants (0 for 55)
No IP that hasn’t already been licensed to someone else
Why buy the company when you can license the IP for practically nothing?
That’s a shame…and they were all soooo smart!
You should average down
No…but Titan will reach a new low.
The difference is that people here still thinking there is a chance Titan Medical will survive…
Might as well be on the bottom of the ocean with the other Titans
It’s not your opinion, it’s a fact!
Didn’t you read the last PR?
They have shut it down, no longer an R&D company developing a robot…no new IP.
Over
Done
Finished
Turns out it will be the shorts who have the party in Vegas/Caribbean!
Lol. You can’t even put lipstick on this pig anymore!
What will it take for the faithful to wake up and realize their money is gone and it ain’t coming back?
Exciting times!
The headline of the PR is hilarious…
TITAN MEDICAL SUCCESSFULLY TRANSITIONS TO AN IP LICENSING COMPANY
“SUCCESSFULLY’
Give’em all a trophy!
“Titan Medical…where failure equals success!”
What’s the spin at the village of the damned?
You should be thanking management for the cheapies!
Who’s averaging down????
The announcement is official….
Titan no longer an R&D company.
No longer developing a robot
No longer creating new IP
Offered to 55 companies…not a single one interested.
Those who didn’t sell at .25 kicking themselves!
RTFLMAO!!!!!!
It’s over….
Really over
“…Titan piggybacks IP from FDA approval to ENOS.”
Good to hear Titan will use the FDA’s piggyback pathway for ENOS approval….
I think this was the plan all along….
Useless
Both hospitals and ambulatory centers are building much larger OR’s to accommodate the growing number of devices and equipment, including robots of course….
Many ambulatory centers are now doing joint replacements, spine fusions, laparoscopic cases, etc.
The days of the tiny ORs are quickly becoming a thing of the past….
If you get a chance to sell at .25 take it
Proof?
News really moving the needle!
…..down
Mike Tyson said “everybody has a plan until they get punched in the face”
Kinda the history here…..
