Triad is run by Viva board member Rory Conaway. Rory joined the board December 2016.

Thank you for posting that advertisement by Matthew Briar and SmallCap Network dated January 6, 2017.

"SmallCap Network has been compensated $10,000 and 200,000 shares of restricted stock by Viva Entertainment Group, Inc. for market awareness and other advertising services on OTTV."

Yes. They were talking about the ad on Twitter.
Here is the original question on Twitter which prompted Viva's reply:
I believe what he meant to say was, "Changing the ad to 'download the app' as opposed to the ad saying 'coming soon'."
The only problem is not one person can factually verify that the ad has been running. The only time it was actually observed and captured on video was March 24. Viva is so focused on hyperbole that had it run again they would have posted it multiple times.
If the ad hasn't been running since March 24 and the company has been alluding to its existence, it is easily independently verified or refuted and the company execs can get into quite a bind.
Relieved to know Viva was able to scratch together the $25 Developer Fee. That equates to 50,000 shares of OTTV stock.
You may get a bounce today. The dilutors can't let it go no bid yet.
No. Viva has contracted to use TikiLive's platform. It called white labeling. I can contact Tiki and get "KnuckleheadTV" put on their platform for a fat fee. Then I can choose which programming I want from a cafeteria menu and say "KnuckleheadTV" was customized. Then Tiki and KnuckleheadTV can say they are "partners".
IMO
Anyone want to start KnuckleheadTV with me. I'm sure Tim Green of Tiki will be happy to take our money. I can promise a marketing budget more substantial than Viva's.
Of course they are "partnered" with TikiLive. Viva slapped their logo onto TikiLive's platform. Eyepartner admitted they are a white label provider of TikiLive's platform. And TikiLive is an average platform at best. Viva brought nothing new to the marketplace, no added consumer value, nothing disruptive to the industry. They cannot even claim the Latin market because Univision is already there at $5.99 with a high end OTT service. Viva hasn't even launched a marketing campaign to pre-sell their less than marginal product. Viva hasn't given the consumer a reason to buy.
Johnny Falcones has turned from music promoter into a stock promoter.
OTCBB and Pink Sheet Stocks do not trade afterhours, they’re just late prints hitting the tape.
That video is 7 years old. The Over the Top space has evolved substantially since then. Let's hope VIVA and Johnny is not going in that direction because it is antiquated by now. As was said before, Viva brought no added value to consumers. Just a rehashed version of someone else's platform. Viva is TikiLive Lite.
Because Viva's platform ended up being TikiLive Lite. No added value to the market space.
As I recall, Robert Rico was the originating stock promoter on this OTTV deal. He even holds one of the toxic notes for about $25,000. Johnny Falcones was stupid and naive to get in bed with him and the dilution has been predictable.
Interesting analysis on OTTV share structure. Thank you.
However, this is the OTC Pink market where sometimes restricted stock can be easily converted to free trading with a compliant attorney with a fistful of legal opinions.
You have it backwards. Viva is using Tiki's application user interface.
Viva has nothing to speak of as to proprietary intellectual property.
Tiki is a private company. According to press releases, Tiki's CEO is Tim Green. According to State of Florida filings Tiki's CEO is Loretta McCarty.

The official address is a PO Box at a UPS store in Marathon Florida.
I'm sure Viva is paying Tiki and licensing fee or royalties.
Putting Viva's logo on Tiki's platform was a move to appease shareholders who were getting restless.
VivaLive is TIKILive rebranded. Sites are practically identical. Same drop down buttons, same color. They took TIKILive and slapped Viva's logo on it.

An inspection of the website elements shows they are virtually the same.
An ad on Times Square costs up to $1.6 million per year depending on frequency.
OUTFRONT Media at 1500 Broadway handles the signage Viva is allegedly advertising on.
No one has posted a video of VIva's ad since March 24. On that date an ad ran promoting the Copacabana and Falcones's girlfriends gig there. Viva was featured for a few seconds at the end of the ad spot.
Had there been anymore ads, someone from Viva would have posted a video of it.
Company buying people out with what? Last 10-Q showed cash of only $15,027.
At Viva's burn rate that money is gone by now. No revenues to speak of, so therefore they are doing what? More toxic debt to buy out previous toxic debt?

Of course. When the company says "Viva App release for Android Apple and Computers May 17th 9am Eastern Time", they "did not announced the app release.", as you say.
It would be too logical to assume when the company announces "Viva App release..." that is what they mean.
Misguided has such negative connotations. Just a realist who doesn't get caught up in the hyperbole. My posting history started when this issue was at .085 cents and have watched this ticker deservedly fall by 95%. Some of the late comers to this party may make a few bucks, and I hope they do. Some of the stuff that passes for DD here is laughable. If you dig deep enough you will find plenty of skeletons in this closet. Check out some of the alleged partners to Viva. Look into public records. It's all there and more.
Good luck
On May 10th Viva announced app release. The stock doubled on that specific news.
"Viva App release for Android Apple and Computers May 17th 9am Eastern Time. Thank you for the support."
Looks as if they are not releasing it. As of today's announcement, they are instead giving a link to a portal for laptops (What no desktops?? LOL), as a trial.
"Wednesday I will give you a link to our Portal where you can watch TV on your laptops. Input will be greatly appreciated it. Enjoy it."
Another promise broken, and the list bagholders has grown.
Way ahead of me. It's Monday and I haven't had my coffee.
Wrong app!! The Viva app on Google play is for a Dutch company, Sanoma Media. It is rated for adult content.
"With VIVA's unique app you get all the latest VIVA news, blogs and interviews first on your screen. For both phone and tablet. In the Magazine, we give you a sneak preview of the stories from the Viva magazine. The latest news you always read in the category now. Additionally, you can read more about Sex & Love, Work, Body, Mama and you can join us to win in the category of actions Winning & Discount. Finally, there is a handy link to the Viva forum.

Video an ad next time and post it. I was at a restaurant across the street from 1500 Broadway and did not see anything for hours. I did enjoy some good sushi at the Bluefin though.
They can view the same video from March 24 ad nauseum. Live ads are still unconfirmed.
It was a one time 8 second ad which included a promotion for the CEO's girlfriend who was singing at the Copacabana in Times Square. Viva was probably thrown in there as a favor. The company failed to provide an ad schedule from Outfront Media which would have proven they had a contract to advertise from April 1 - December 31. Viva claimed they were "taking over Times Square", yet no other ads have been observed since that one time cross promotion on March 24. Outfront Media failed to confirm a relationship with Viva.

Very good point. I found his semantics non-committal.

You thought I bought it at .10??? LOL
The fun I was referencing was exposing this charade and watching it fall.
(read the rest of my posts before calling someone an idiot in a PM)
Yes sir!!! It was...all the way down from .085 cents. The promoter who backed this issue (OTTV) had a very predictable pattern. Since that first post Viva has lost 95% of its value.
What others? Please post a link to the video. The company wouldn't post an ad schedule which is provided by the media company.
Was in the Blue Fin restaurant having some sushi on Broadway for lunch about a month ago and then stood outside with a friend at the 1500 building. Stood there talking and watching for about 45 minutes and never saw an ad for Viva on the various boards. At the company's alleged 15 minute intervals, I should have seen two or three.
No one has seen an ad for Viva on Times Square since the one 8 second ad on March 24. The ad included promoting the CEO's girlfriend for a show at the Copacabana on Times Square.
