By that logic would you purchase a car with a savage title? Because I mean it's only "past wrong doings"
Everything I posted is public information as it can be found searching google or Facebook.
Do you still think KAYS is a pink sheet traded on the NASDAQ?
Okay I misread your post. Oops
Thanks Penny. Here to contribute.
Hardly. All of those are being knocked down. Stigma is hardly an issue since more than half of Americans think weed should be legal.
Yet none of the issues I brought up cause you any concern? Hmmmm
The money coming from legal weed is building into a tsunami. Especially when local municipalities (Colorado) are receiving millions in tax revenue that is cash only. They don't want to deal with cash. With half the states having some form of legalization, the government has to do something.
The same thing happened with the end of alcohol prohibition. It wasn't all at once. But once the 21st amendment was repealed, the flood gates were opened for business. I'm not counting on it, but I'm definitely hedging my bets on it. Given these facts, I'd hardly consider it dumb to think they won't do anything.
I won't disagree with you on that fact.
But what the government does do is legislate to the highest bidder. Weed industry has the money
Unless I misread your post...
Yes, DEA rescheduling will do that.
Cannabis is a schedule 1 drug. That means banks won't touch money coming from anyone selling a schedule 1 drug.
That also means IRS doesn't accept tax write offs. Weed businesses are taxed at a much higher rate than a tomato grower. Pot businesses can't write much of anything off.
Removing from schedule 1, dissolved all that. Allegedly, this all happens by July per link below.
And no, I don't trust the government. I trust the lobbyists to get things done. Money drives this "democracy ". Weed lobby is getting larger and louder.

I don't mean to sound rude but your first paragraph doesn't make sense.
If an industry is in its infancy stages, innovation and expansion are easy, because there is lots room to grow.
It's when an industry matures when it becomes difficult to set a business apart from the flock (innovate).
It is hard to expand into mature markets because of saturation. Cannabis commodities are hardly saturated as some form of legalization as it is legal (in some form) in half the country.
In reality the only difficulty regarding a cannabis business is taxes since most loopholes are not available due to cannabis being a schedule 1 drug.
While I think it true that the majority of OTC stocks in general dilute their shares to pay their executives, I know for certain that one of KAYS direct competitors added some dilution in order to expand. They built new retail and grow operations. They also purchased a dispensary in California.
In comparison, what exactly has KAYS done? From my standpoint they've only diluted to pay consultants (who've pled guilty to fraud) who have zero knowledge about running a dispensary or growing weed. Or they've paid a marketing firm, in which they also are involved in. Wouldn't this money serve a better purpose if they tried to acquire more operations, or beef up their own marketing, retail and grow operations?
It's a lot more than a shady consultant and a late K that make KAYS very questionable. It's the following:
The fact that they appear not to care about protecting brand image. When their direct competitor sent out massive press releases stating that they were the first publicly traded dispensary, we only heard crickets from KAYS. When I reached out to Craig, his response was a disrespectful "LOL" (which is funny coming from someone who demands communications be respectful). He then stated he wasn't "pumper dumpers" like the other guys. I ask you, wouldn't you want to protect brand image/recognition? Why didn't Craig want to protect KAYS brand recognition. He left that press release unchallenged.
Then there is just a clear lack of knowledge regarding running a dispensary. KAYS put out a press release that they had pre-rolled joints, several months after opening. They should have had pre-rolled on day one.
Plus there is a disconcerting lack a of marketing penetration. Not much by way of WeedMaps or leafy or Facebook and Twitter. Nothing. If Tudog was something other than a funnel for transferring capital, then we'd see proper marketing and press releases.
Things such as new customers get a free 1/8th or pipe or pre-roll. Or veterans Wednesday, 1/2 price for all veterans with a military ID card. Their Facebook and Twitter would be blasting deals and specials. Instead all we get are random images of weed along with some crap hashtag.
Add to this the negative news from growers and ex-consultants trying to get paid. Is KAYS scamming people on both sides of the fence?
Then you have Craig's dismissive and condescending response when people question him about W. David Jones. Rather than keep it respectful, Craig goes into shaming and name calling for even bringing it up. In psychology this is known as deflection. He thinks that because Jones served for his crime that it is okay to hire him and he doesn't have to be accountable to investors regarding this decision, because holding Joneses past crimes against him would be unAmerican. By that logic, does Craig think that someone who served their time for molesting children should be allowed to work at a daycare ?
Hiring Jones to work is a lot like letting the fox guard the hen house. Especially when no valid point has been given as to how jones has helped KAYS become a success.
If only one of the points I made above existed. I would be a lot more supportive of KAYS. But when you add them all up, KAYS smells too much like a scam. I'm glad I pulled almost everything out. At this point I wish I had pulled everything.
Who knows. Maybe I'll be surprised. But at this point I'm dubious that KAYS will ever produce anything except to benefit Craig and his buddies.
... I figured if they didn't know what they were doing, they'd hire some expert growers as consultants. Instead it looks like they're busy paying the wrong consultants Tudog or the man who pled guilty of securities fraud. W. David Jones
With the negative reviews from independent growers on their Facebook page I got to thinking... Why is Kaya Shack buying products from independent growers? I thought they had their own grow operation.
Agreed. But just as auto manufactures refused to build electric cars due to their relationships with big oil, most tobacco companies won't venture to cannabis because of their inability to change with he times
All this makes me wonder if Craig is trying to purposely get KAYS delisted
With a dispensary and grow operations in Vegas, operations coming online in Reno, Blum In Oakland and their whole edible garden? Yup definitely worth the risk.
You people think that expansions and acquisitions are free?
I ask again. Would purposely delisting KAYS be beneficial to Craig and co? Could it have been the plan all along?
It wouldn't be the first time a security Frank has been involved with gets delisted.... Would it?
Sorry don't know why. You can find the post in KAYA shacks Facebook feed look for the pic with Craig golfing with LT
You folks should check out KAYS Facebook page. Having a heated conversation with them (prob Craig). Grab popcorn. I think it's worth the read.
Article link I posted alludes to a decision from DEA by July
We should hear something regarding rescheduling cannabis by July. Has the possibility to open banking etc if rescheduled. Would cause cannabis sector to explode!
http://www.cannabisbusinesstimes.com/article/cbt-behind-the-white-house-marijuana-meeting/
... I see on Facebook Craig has enough time to go golfing with LT. Just not enough time to finish his reports on time
... You can't rush good cooking... Lol
Oregon approves recreational dispensaries... Look who's listed
http://www.opb.org/news/article/marijuana-oregon-recreational-licenses-growers/
Why wouldn't it be legalized when 60% support it. Weed is more popular than any presidential candidate.
http://blog.norml.org/2016/02/25/poll-60-percent-of-likely-california-voters-support-initiative-effort-to-legalize-adult-marijuana-use/
Only one officially licensed dispensary here in San Diego. This city has gone out of its way to stop dispensaries via zoning. Everything is delivery of short term dispensary operating without a permit from the city. Most likely because of the strong military presence in this town.
Not much opportunity here for TRTC as I don't see SD changing zoning even after CA legalizes.
Lol. Or that long to figure out how to use a rolling machine!
Definitely do not trust. Totally negligent when it comes to protecting brand image and shareholder value by not putting out a proper press releases and capitalizing on them. Not to mention totally behind the ball.
Example: Should have had pre-rolled joints on day one. Took these armatures until March to do it.
I don't see them doing the kind of leg work that other publicly traded dispensaries have been doing. Like filing quarterly reports on time. Are they still busy trying to cook their books ?
Looks to me Frank and Jones are making sure they stay under the radar so they can make this scam work. Plus Frank thinks it's good to hire someone with Jones record as a "consultant". To bad they'd rather scam investors out of a few million than rather shoot for the moon and make a billion.
I've reduced my holdings in KAYS substantially. Left in a little because I like to gamble. Might make some money off this as just maybe Frank does investors right or the hype from other successful MJ stocks spills over on to losers like KAYS.
Someone who isn't aware of the NV dispensary opening on 4/20 is stating that TRTC is overvalued?! LOL. A boy is just a man who lacks experience.
Where are you seeing this? What part of the report am I missing?
"Just happened" ... In January.
Whole pot sector is down today, not just TRTC. No need to panic.
They're not pushing all pot stocks. I know of another "publicly traded" dispensary. Their shares are down down down today. Then again their executives are SHADY LOL.
who knows what tomorrow will bring. Could go down. Maybe people are buying because there's good news in tomorrow's report. Time will tell
Yup. All I saw was Tuesday. Ooops
What's the deal with the conference call? Still hasn't started
