The only thing I can find on Dudad is this video from 2014:
I don't want to nitpick, Neo, but CBS 5 isn't a major network. It is a very positive report and a big step in the right direction for PR. Hopefully more outlets pick up the story, but so far there's no bounce. Let's see if our fearless leader can keep the ball rolling with this.
So in other words, the market for pets is exactly like the market for human consumption...just set to explode...can't said i haven't heard that for the last several years. I just can't get excited about PR that's woefully short on details, or just enough to get a couple of investors on board to keep the lights on a little longer.
You've sipped too much of the koolaid, or the tea, as it were. Another news release that's short on details. Which retailers are going to carry this product to the $48 billion market? Are there laws that might prevent sales in certain states? Investors gots ta know.
I'm rooting for you, Metro, and I really hope you're right.
it's just around the corner...over the horizon...right around the river bend...down the road...any time now...a taste of things to come...soon...in the near future...a matter of time...just a little while longer...wait and see...
stupidity, huh? I've been invested in this company since before Solaria. Do you think I'm actually rooting to lose my investment? All the posts about how cheap it is and what a good buy it is, but nobody is interested. We get nothing but vague information an circle talk about the business and sales.
Based on what? All the hot info coming out from the company? The uplisting won't mean a thing if there is NO INTEREST from investors.
"Quiet until the time is right", as if he's sitting on some big news.
Or any news, for that matter. As usual, the next big thing is right around the corner. Our CEO couldn't sell umbrellas in a rain storm. Remember when the audit came out and that was supposed to turn things around? Remember when "sales are up 245%" and that's all the market needed to know for this rocket to take off? These things were all in the past 3 months, and all we've seen is interest in this company decline. If the CBD works as Metro describes (and I have no reason to doubt him), who is talking about it? Why isn't the company screaming it from the rafters? There's something going on here.
Less than a month since the last announcement and the interest in Endexx is virtually nothing. Posters kept reminding me about this great explosion of sales. But with this group there's always just one more thing that's right around the corner that's going to get this stock moving again.
Prove me wrong.
If/when the DEA declassifies MJ, what is going to motivate investors to Endexx? I mean besides the plethora of daily activity and super strong volume?
This is how you do PR - http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=71948959
$3 Million is a hard number - not a percentage of an undisclosed amount. 245% of nothing is still nothing.
Amen, brother. All sizzle, no steak.
Trials sound great, but where are the results of those trials? We still don't know what came of the plantar fasciitis trial, and the tiny sample size of each trial isn't enough to motivate buyers. There's a lot of good that can be done just by releasing real, meaningful information. Not following up on announcements is detrimental.
Great - but why are you so optimistic on this news when other investors aren't? We see this usually about once a year - some faint news comes out, there is a price jump for a couple of days, then it eases back to the .02's. Golden Crosses don't excite investors, at least as far as EDXC is concerned.
I'll ask again, phinehas, what leads you to this opinion? Numbers are good, not great. Seems like there's a large dependence on the subsidiaries for any opportunities for growth.
Would you care to expand on why you think that? We've seen the 30%-40% sales growth line, but that certainly hasn't gotten new investors biting.
Short on specifics? You don't say!
Yes, the Mad Hatter deal isn't conjecture but all the numbers I have seen are just from PR. "IMO this should be selling at $0.10" is just as good as "ENDEXX has experienced, on average, 30-40% growth rate and expect revenue to hit their books in the third calendar quarter" as far as I'm concerned. Neither has any factual hard numbers to back up those claims, and the market price reflects that. Even in the OTC Market you need a little more than hope to move some shares. 30% of nothing is still nothing.
But again, why? The same people come here so bullish every single day with nothing but opinion and conjecture. Maybe evangelizing to current stock holders with "IMO" and "news soon" that never comes isn't the best course of action. Buyers want data.
And yet it's not. Why is that?
It could be powerful news...only if the findings are presented in some PR. What was the outcome of the plantar fasciitis study? Spread the word!
The audit is coming! The audit is coming! I mean, it has to come out eventually, right?
Long on optimism short on specifics, as usual. There's a hint about sales, but nothing quantifiable. 50-100% increases in sales across stores in 10 states, but no audit, no hard numbers to back any of it up. If I sell 1 item and the next month I sell 2, that's a 100% increase. The sector is primed for growth, but this company is going to be left behind if it doesn't start handing out some real numbers.
If that's true (and I have no reason not to take you at your word), shouldn't the company get some of these people together for testimonials and start promoting? You know, garner up some attention? Maybe use some free tools like social media? This isn't rocket surgery.
Is this speculation? I ask because the company certainly hasn't let ANYBODY know.
Where? There hasn't been any news in two months.
That's great if the sector responds. What's the company doing to become a known entity in the sector?
how do you know they were vetted just fine?
What does the contract demonstrate, exactly? so far it's more of the same: a lot of talk and no action. Social media costs nothing, yet there is nothing but silence on that front. is Canna Flakes an actual product? where is it? who's selling? who's buying? what do those numbers look like? when do we get to see the audit? What kind of distribution network does CBD have? what's the size of that network? how many potential buyers are interested in Endexx products? when will we see hard numbers? What's going on with ACIDVP?
Come on, you guys keep pumping this with no information whatsoever.
Always planning for a future that never comes.
Big news is a commin'! Big news is a commin'!
If you say it enough, some people start to believe it's true. Even when the big run took place in 2014, the only news was a fluff press release about presenting at a conference.
Big news is a commin'! Big news is a commin'!
This shouldn't be so hard. Release testimonials and blast them on social media. Rinse and repeat.
Big news is a commin'! Big news is a commin'!
What news? Etain mentioned in NYT today. Is that news?
http://www.nytimes.com/2016/01/08/nyregion/first-medical-marijuana-dispensaries-in-new-york-are-poised-to-open.html?_r=0
That Plantar Fasciitis study with a whopping 13 patients really lit the market on fire. "Good news is coming!"
I have been a stockholder for a number of years and I have yet to see a "meaty" press release. I can't see any of the indicators moving in a way that suggests something significant is afoot for the company. What are you seeing that makes you come here and post after post be so positive on Endexx? There's a lot going on in the sector, sure. But what specifically gives you your outlook on the company? Certainly not past history.
How many times this week alone have posts on this board boast about 1 trade causing a little movement that goes nowhere? Then the next trade negates the growth.
What I bring up (again) is the lack of any real information about what is going on with the company. We've been told time and again that big things are coming, but no details are shared. We get fluff PR, but no mention of sales projections, profitability, loss, etc. We see collaboration agreements, marketing agreements and acquisitions, but how are those deals being struck when there is no indication that the company has any cash flow?
The Quarter Report from June shows that 6 of the 7 purchases that have taken place through June of this year have been may with restricted stock. The one hold out was paid with "1,500,000 shares of our common stock as payment to an unrelated individual for payment of consulting on our Investor and Public Relations, valued at $65,850". To what end? Where are these efforts? While this passes for transparency, it doesn't pass the smell test.
Restricted stock is Mr. Davis's holy grail. It gives the company the ability to claim a larger investor base, and the new investors can sit on the stock after the restriction period has lapsed waiting for "big things to come". It's a cycle that has perpetuated for a decade, permitting the company to do enough to keep the lights on. Meanwhile, investors who've purchased stock see no movement.
"Completely irrelevant to whether this business is profitable"? You cannot be serious. How long can this business not turn a profit and continue to exist? More importantly, how long can this business continue to NOT REPORT profits/losses/ANYTHING? Maybe a one or two cent jump is all you're looking for, but let's not kid ourselves that the key to any sort of growth is not folks liking, wanting, or needing help.
Isn't that the truth. Reports on this and that are always a quarter away. There's always big news just around the corner. Been waiting for this company to become fully reporting since PanaMed.
