It jumped out at me right away that it seemed more like a blog post than an news release. With that said, even if they land only a quarter of the 20,000 retail locations that would still be big for the company. You've gotta start somewhere.
Due diligence is fair enough, but let's not be incendiary just for the sake of differences with management. Long term holders have seen plenty of fluff in the past, but 20,000 locations is nothing to sneeze at.
What's gained by these kinds of posts?
thanks for the links! very useful!
I spent some time searching for this yesterday and I couldn't find a thing - nothing describing what the advancement was and nothing about the awards in general. Sure is a mystery.
$142k is a good number, considering how small the company is.
I have a hard time understanding why anybody is selling right now. If you were looking to turn a quick profit, you would have sold 3 months ago. If that's when you bought in, you're now selling at a loss. I don't get it.
Recreational marijuana hits Nevada, the state of Incorporation for the Endexx. What is the management team doing to take advantage of this opportunity?
what's the basis for your optimism on the up-listing? I'm eagerly awaiting it as well, I'm just curious about what you may have found.
This is big. As Endexx continues to work with the medical community to gain their endorsements, recognition of the product's benefits will grow brand recognition.
This is another solid effort from the CEO. I have been highly critical of Mr. Davis in the past, but these moves are positioning the company quite well.
"licensing and partnership agreement"
The company should be fine. It's not like they just grabbed a random beverage and started selling it as their own.
There's a ton of pro mj stories right now. Could we be headed for a reclassification?
https://www.yahoo.com/news/weed
No, not bad, Selain. I've noticed a lot of very pro MMJ stories posted in various places the last couple of days. Yahoo alone has 2 very prominently displayed at the top of their site and a couple more sprinkled throughout their news feed. It's curious how this started popping up and EDXC has a mini sell off.
Hmmm...something is going on here. No reason for the sudden sell off.
Half a million shares on news...what a concept.
****EDXC green in early morning trading
If not for news and PR how would a tiny public company gain investors? public relations is one of the most cost-effective methods for a small businesses to raise awareness.
When a third party, such as the media, endorses a product, the company gains credibility. Consumers are much more likely to make a purchase based on third party endorsement than an advertisement (see Phyto-Bites).
Consistent pr will help build general awareness of the company and will supplement marketing, partnerships, and funding.
This is small business 101.
Needs more PR. Lets keep putting the great news in front of eyeballs and get this thing moving again.
It's been a good day off of good news! Who'da thunk it?
Except the company spend almost the entirety of the last quarter threatening $0.10.
Couldn't agree more, Neo. Those selling now are doing so out of profit fear. I am often critical of the company for the very slow pace, but it's clear if you look at the big picture that the base is solid and the opportunity for growth or even a potential buyout are strong.
At some point, big pharma is going to begin buying up MMJ startups.
It's a long game. Those looking to for a quick gain will come and go, but those committed long term see the position for what it is.
If you're in for the long haul, this should be the beginning of the rally. The volume is a key indicator.
lots of volume again today. but hey, enough said.
Finally some quarterly reporting with some real numbers. That's been my biggest pet peeve to date.
Still waiting on that news. But why the sell off?
Looks green again. so much for the smack down. I'm as critical of the slow flow and nominally PR worthy information that comes out as anyone, but you can't deny the recent trend in the sector. #upswing

AMEN! I have been saying this for a long time now. The radio silence is what's keeping this from taking off.
If no one is selling, then no one is buying! But don't just sell down! We've witnessed a nice little bump this week with no news. Imagine what we could do if we actually have some news! And it has to be real news - nobody is going to gobble up shares because we're attending a conference. This isn't rocket surgery.
What would be the logic for the continued undercutting at this point? Sure, somebody wants more shares before the anticipated growth and uplisting, but doesn't that practice ultimately hurt the potential growth? I'm genuinely curious.
It sure would be nice to have that up listing coincide with the passage of the ballot initiatives...
stay out of the kitchen.
Amen, Lortap.
You've got to question the motivation behind selling short when the price keeps going up. It opens as .07 and sellers are accepting .06? It's either manipulation or stupidity. Take your pick.
some positive PR this week would work wonders...
Couldn't agree more, Rec. That short interview with Phoenix 5 was a step in the right direction. Here's hoping the company can follow up.
