When there are no more delay's is when it will end. That's an easy question!
I love badgers. Had one myself, his name was George. Wouldn't you know, 3 days into loving the little fella a coyote munched on the little guy and ate him for dinner. I guess the down fall of living in the desert. No more badgers for me!
I would definitely say mining isn't easy, and seems based on costs from other miners those are definitely low.
But I do believe this is the only way they would still be around by the approach they used. Meaning, if they did the mass exploration and feasibility studies, sounds like would be to the tunes of MILLIONS of dollars. Heck, Argo spend 500K and an extremely small sample from my understanding. I don't think they would have been able to fund or get funding for all of those plus then mine the property.
If there is gold, the study won't change it. They feel comfortable enough with details they have to move forward. It's just a matter of pulling the rock from the ground and understanding what it takes to turn it into profitable product. I don't mind this approach, not ideal but I can live with it. Just need the right people in place to figure it all out. I am still convinced there is gold there, and possibly gold for profit.
Didn't want to take the time to go back and find your post, and knee jerk reaction was most recent one responding too. Call me lazy, not the worst thing I'll be called this week.
Thinking a "bring back the monkey" campaign should begin!
The dust will settle from the bombshell not so bombshell PR. I'm hopeful either way, more specifics will come out and a clear direction of what's next will form. Still think there's gold in dem dere hills! Million dollar question, can it be mined for profit? We shall see...
Badgerbob is your stock picking monkey skilled in validating authentictiy within a post message?
I'm just saying as you have said yourself many times, don't trust and just go off what people put on a board.
How would I know he said it? I will tell you that if he did say it, I would say I wish our PR's were written more along those lines with honesty, specifics, and at least a genuine feel of what's going on. Still not going anywhere, remember you don't lose if you don't sell lol :)
If that is true, I could see the concern. However I think it's a well written piece by someone other than Dent. Again, I could be wrong. But sometimes idle pots need stirred, and thinking that is more what's going on. Again, welcome to be proven wrong, then that info is positive in my eyes (except the fact thats the level of detail would love to see in a PR).
That's why not buying.
Why would a well respected investor share this with a person who has been critical knowing it would be posted. Knowing Dent would see that, if confirmed he would know exactly who he sent it to, etc. Also any correspondence I have ever received from Dent never included him adding his name! To quiet the conspiracy theorists, these were not emails specific to anything not known to the general public...don't want ya'll to go down that mouse trap!
LOL...
Well respected investor, respected by who?
If all of what you posted is true, then obviously there are significantly more positive things coming including confirming then that MXSG wasn't funding the project from day one. Again more questions than answers, will wait for a few more PR's.
I don't have direct concerns with Lemas or Garcia. The reality is it's likely because of them MXSG knew MarMar and their specialists weren't going to work.
Bottom line is the partnership is no different than an employee. You know they aren't going to cut it, but you still have to go through a process to get rid of them. I haven't seen the agreement, but I also imagine stipulations must have had to be met for MXSG to legally end the agreement. If they come out prior to those being met, and say MarMar stinks we are going to end this, well that isn't exactly smart either.
I think it's also clear Garcia is a role player, and not necessarily THE player. The PR said "Two separate parties are running tests on the heap leach pad to determine the next steps to allow for recovery of gold and silver within the system."
It's likely this site needs skill above Garcia and above what MarMar brought in. For me, MXSG needs boots on the ground they trust. I don't have to trust them, but it's important knowing they have trust in these people. It doesn't mean success, and it doesn't mean results. Those are going to have to be proven. But without a physical prescence that MXSG trust's I would feel there is no chance.
I'm still not selling, willing to ride this coaster a bit longer. I'm fortunate enough though to do so. Didn't invest my life savings, and have 20+ years working left so in no hurry. Of course we aren't where we hoped, and exactly where some predicted. However, it's not over yet. Willing to see a few more PR's.
Credible, your words not mine.
If we want to talk about my words instead of the ones you are putting in my mouth I would be happy to explain. Just let me know, thanks!
I in good faith can't believe they have been fully honest. In less than a month you can't go from we are moving in the right direction and more production to happen then we are cancelling our agreement. The problem is there is incomplete stories and parts of facts, so always have to create a thought or perception of what is happening.
To me, the one question that I have which would make me strongly feel one way or the other is Garcia! Is Garcia staying on? It seemed to me like through this process PT created a small team around him (Lemas and Garcia) who he trusted, and clearly were MXSG people.
When MXSG announced the creation of Mexus US or whatever it was, I had some thoughts. Felt like they were basically splitting off to create clear legal seperation between multiple properties. I felt at that time it just seemed like MXSG was taking complete back seat. Apparently now, I think they did it strategically. MarMar brought in inept person after person. MXSG obviously fronted almost everything. Enough was enough. Let them be in default, MXSG not helping them out and now can take over property 100%. I think missed deadline after deadline, lost money, etc. I think MXSG finally had enough when the recent "experts" brought in by MarMar still didn't cut the mustard.
If you tell me Garcia and Lemas are both staying on board and will move forward with the property and overseeing, I would feel strong that positive things are to come. It's clear Lemas is staying and a part of the next phase but what about Garcia? Again, still many more questions than answers for me.
I understand your point fully.
So you don't know, I don't know, it's all assumption. I will go off of my personal assumption still which is there is NO shut down at all.
It's not unfair at all. Half this board has stated MarMar wasn't pulling their weight and that they weren't the right outfit for the job, doesn't mean they own or have interest in the land. Difference is when you post something and I question it, you respond with your reasoning or logic. You also don't appear like a thief in the night, put out nothing but negative comments and then disappear for long periods of time. Garcia made mosts, many which were 100% validated to be inaccurate. When questioned by multiple people, no response was ever given. No proof issued, nothing. So yes, it's absolutely fair to cast opinions of that one person to the waste side. Just the same as many of you cast MXSG Argo reasoning to the waste side. Don't tell me about fair or not fair when you yourself do the exact same thing, which again has been proven!
I agree about the curiosity about environmental issues, but again the posts were made by Garcia MONTHS and MONTHS ago. If it was that bad all along, I don't see MXSG sticking around with MarMar. Trust me, I have a lot more questions from this PR then answers.
You can go back and look at EVERY post I have ever made, never once said call the company. I personally have never called the company.
C'mon GIT those are your words not mine...I put it in "" because that's what YOU said
" It appears that their activities were limited to tinkering with the leach system"
So 5 posts ago you state their activities were limited to tinkering with the leach system, to now there is no way you could just "tinker" with the property! Which is it?
In addition, if they were being evicted in a staged process of them cleaning up their mess, I guarantee you part of that process would be legally MXSG would not be able to produce, mine, or sell ANY gold. Ok we are going to evict you, but take a year please. While you are taking your time to clean up the environmental hazards, we give you full authority to produce and sell gold. Thanks!
Let's all be real, if they were getting evicted, they would walk and let the land owners take back over the mess. After all, if you listen to Garcia as you so stated, they are chomping at the bits to take the property back so that tells me your philosphy is inaccurate. Not saying they could just walk, but Garcia family wants property, so if there was nothing but a toxic land of cost, MXSG would give it up in a heart beat. These are the posts that show true colors and purpose behind statements!!!
If it was shut down, it would be shut down. People wouldn't be on site and they wouldn't have produced 50K worth of gold. These claims were made, when questioned he/she NEVER once responded. Don't need to know any more. To believe that nonsense I will not. Unless you can prove? The well not a part of it yes, but in PR's stated water would be hauled in. They actually never proved MXSG was illegally using well, just made the claims the well wasn't a part of the deal. If things were what they said they were, this wouldn't have been going on for the last 5 months, we all know that. Or if you go back to original shut down of June, you telling me Mexico authorities allow them to occupy and "tinker" on property for 10 months when they are ILLEGALLY there?
I would agree an investor call would be a huge positive. Not saying it would change anything, but a chance to dialogue and to hear from the horses mouth directly on some clarification.
I would give you credit as bringing opinions based on facts and observations, but never Garcia. Let's see just a few examples below, by his accounts:
MXSG was shut down in October, There are criminal charges however never been filed, environmental authorities close down site, judge grants access to show illegal activities, another claim mine closed down since June 2017!!! LMAO, c'mon Git you wouldn't even give credibility to this person. According to him the mine has been shut down this entire time, and MXSG has criminal charges in violation of agreements. So, we all can agree the mine hasn't been shut down, and we can all agree no criminal charges been levied.
PROFEPA close down Santa Elena mine. Original doc attached
Mexus Gold violated the seals on the water well and ranch owners visit the ranch with Federal water authorities and a Notary to demostrate the well is in use violating the law which is a criminal issue.
Wich open a criminal file against the company.
Using public PR from Mexus website dated sept 11th 2017: The baltazar's had tools to demonstrate the federal judge that the company was working against the law violating the Environmental authorities close down(doc #1)
Based on all the facts previously mentioned, The federal judge GRANTED the Baltazar's the full access to the property to demosntrate with the Notary that Mexus Gold continued with all the illegal operations. Based on that videos were filmed last friday.
This is the order from the judge to PROFEPA(environmental authorities) to close down the mine since June 14 2017 for not having the permits of change of land use.
Shall be interesting...
It is clear that MarMar didn't bring to the table what they said was expected. Naysayers 1 Believers 0 as that has now been proven.
MXSG owning 100% especially if they are the ones funding anyway is a good thing, but bottom line is who mines the property? Can Lemas possibly oversee two properties at the same time at the stages they are in?
It sounds like Lemas is trusted which is a good thing, but he can only focus on starting up one with full attention not two. So who is doing all the hiring and overseeing? If it's him, then one sits idle while the other one is progressing, etc.
It was clear MarMar wasn't who they said they were, especially recently knowing we are paying all the costs, and they can't find an expert worth a crap. But this PR is too vague in terms of true next steps. Bottom line is PT needs trusted experienced boots on the ground, and more than one guy. We shall see.
Up what like 20% since a month ago is called wind out of the sails? Am I wrong, could you not buy this stock at .02 a month ago?
Absolutely everyone is waiting for that next PR! Will it be the news longs have been waiting for? Will it be what others are fully expecting? Very intriguing, and waiting for that news, but I definitely wouldn't say wind is out of the sails.
You just gave more reason to believe! Hasn't produced gold yet, a total scam however they aren't even ranked worst classification!!!
Gee imagine that, a company that hasn't produced gold isn't profitable right now LMAO!!! Keep em'coming, what else you got?
Today marks the official 12th business day. I have been staying tuned as advised, but not a peep since then. Been waiting on pins and needles!
Prediction: Your prediction is wrong.
Focus will not be on a new project in the next PR. Also will predict more gold sales reported in next installment then both reports prior combined :)
You could be right about the gold vs. shares, as I'm not willing to spend the time to look up the amount. You have that?
A mining company who has produced samples of gold but nowhere near the levels most hoped for in the time they hoped makes them a scam! repeat ad nauseam...wash, rinse, repeat...eventually it will be. Next!
LOL...that's it, just a broken record. Day will come and all will go away, no more nonsense around. Those who own stock in this company will be laughing all the way to the bank!
It's great to marry a stock, if it's the right one. You are absolutely correct. Made a LOT of money by marrying the right ones, and then renewing our vows at the right times.
People will always influence a buying decision, as people are the drivers behind all companies. Use AMEX for example, they recently changed CEO's. If I believe the new CEO will drive the company into a more positive and profitable arena of course I would buy, and the person would be the influence. Business is lead, developed, advanced, by people. Those people ultimately determine success of the business. If you didn't invest in facebook because of the way MySpace was ran, would that have been a mistake?
Or maybe not...
If MXSG is his retirement, then how's he out of money? Wow, so many twists and turns to the stories. I would say I can't wait for what's next, but it will be the same thing I've already heard.
Bought below 2 cents a share and you still sit green!
Pretty sure shares have sold with no news...next
At this point each person genuinely just has to figure out where they want to be with this stock, where do they think this stock is going, and then move accordingly.
Ignore every post on this board, and what facts do you have?
There have been delay after delay. Now is all of that a direct result of the mine site and ability to mine the gold, or false expectations given in PR's? For example most of the delays are self created and not true delays. MXSG announces this happens in 2 weeks, people with knowledge know it's going to take 6. It then happens in 6, don't consider that a delay but wrong expectations set.
There wasn't the MILLIONS of dollars spent on drilling, and YEARS of exploration. Not saying that's a bad thing, reality is if they find the gold and can pull it from the ground at a profit by them not doing all that extra stuff only saves a boat load of money and some time.
Argo was willing to drop 500K on the property. If there genuinely was no true future there, a company like that would have sniffed it out in seconds. They didn't spend 500K because they liked PT! If gold was at the price today back then, do they stick? They claim POG was a driver.
People are physically on site, and gold has been produced. Small sample size the first go around. Second even larger. Git, I never mentioned at a profit so please don't put words in my mouth! So we know there is no question that this site is functioning and has gold. You have to decide can the people who are operating at site and behind the scenes pull the gold for profit.
Everyone has an opinion. But the fact truly is gold is present. Gold has been sold. Do you believe they can produce more for a profit or don't you?
I believe you stated you were calling the SEC to tell them of all the horrific things going on and yet 10 days later you have not met any deadline, no communication, haven't completely walked us through step by step what's going on. What, is there a delay???
Trying to make too much sense Dutch lol...
Didn't know MXSG was looking for large investors or JV partners...you know something we don't know?
I'm pretty sure more than 10% of the people here are believers, but I guess if you truly feel it's only 10% your entitled to your opinion.
Lol...
When I need a good chuckle I come and read the posts in here. At this point the wheels are in motion, the people are at the sites. I do feel we are very close!
When talking about delays and failures, it wasn't until recently they actually fully started mining the property. Not like MarMar and all specialist been there for 7 years. Again, we will see in time. Half the people here will be right, and half wrong!
Here is your reply!
http://www.businessinsider.com/guess-how-long-overnight-success-really-takes-2011-3
To be clear I'm definitely not comparing MXSG to Microsoft, and I'm definitely not saying PT is Gates...the point is, things don't always happen as quick as you would like. It's a long rough ride that MANY don't finish. But just because they have been at it for 7 years and haven't hit exactly where investors want doesn't mean it won't happen!Time has not ran out in this game, that is fact! Where we want to be, of course not! But still not over by any means.
LOL first we've heard that. Great one!
I guess I missed a PR or 12...please include link where all have failed? Cable pulling, sure you can have that. To say there have been delays, yes. To say they haven't proven success as PR's stated from performance, yes. But to say they failed, well just another typical example of trying to create a false message with a fabricated statement with negatvitiy and lack of facts.
Yes you did:
News and Press Releases
Additional gold sales reported from Santa Elena project
CABORCA, SONORA STATE, MEXICO, March 19th, 2018 (GLOBENEWSWIRE) — Mexus Gold US (OTCQB: MXSG)(“Mexus” or the “Company”) announced that its partner at the Santa Elena project has reported the sale of gold bearing activated carbon as a result of ongoing operations. Mexus’ JV partner, MarMar Holdings, netted $26,841 from the sale of this material to a local broker.
Keep in mind it states netted not gross, so in case clarification is needed they actually had more than 26K worth of product they sold.
Again, only selective answers. I didn't say anything about profitability of pulling the gold out of the ground. The simple statement was you questioned people being there and I stated people must be there to do the work, never mentioned anything about profit. So I will take that as your agreement to not answer knowing my point was proven. Thanks!
Not a lawyer but it seems to me clearly there is not a requirement to file a form D.
Give that one to Dutch!
