That's the difference between you and me though. I have moved on, I feel comfortable enough with what I know and/or have read. Every person has different opionions on strategies of investing.
I started investing in this company because a friend who was a part of the original meeting of PT and land owners physically walked the grounds. Same knowledge a lot of people here who have walked said property have and have shared. But I have always treated this stock like a penny stock, which it currently is. The risk is significantly greater, however the reward is just the same signficantly greater! This is no different than me seeing two open black jack tables, and having to decide which dealer looks more friendly. I started investing with a who cares, wait and see mentality but have liked what I have seen and info from people I do believe know their stuff here. Does it mean this stock every comes to full fruition, of course not. Nothing is guaranteed. But being a gambling man, this stock leaves you with two choices. Place the bet or don't. I did!
1 thing I've never claimed is to be a legal expert.
So to answer your question, the US has a professional orgranization that requires companies to uphold certain standards. If a company makes a statement and said organization does not constitute wrong doing on the company, then I side with their decision. If what your telling me is the SEC has been quiet and has NOT specifically and directly given violation to MXSG for things said, then I would lean to the SEC decision of it being ok.
There is NO person qualified to cast judgement or opinion as fact over rules SEC creates and governs which would differ from their own results and responses. Long story short, if the legal entity put in place has no problems with it, why would I?
Technically the statement of we can mine there for 25 years would be factual. I could mine in my back yard for the next 25 years!
If your telling me MXSG has released information incorrectly you must provide the supporting SEC violation to boot. I'm sure those fines were hefty???
Sideline QB's...until I see SEC violation directly to MXSG I could care less what the requirements are as I'm not the one putting anything out for view that is required to file said guidelines. Gold is there, just a matter of how much and at what cost. That we all agree needs to be released in proper form and fashion which I am confident it will be.
Ok, sorry last one was a little selfish wanted one last time to get a rise outta ya! :( :)
Done talking about Canada, haven't heard Canada talked about so much since Trump was running for president and all them LIARS said they were moving there if he was elected! Why aren't you on Rosie O'Donnells board calling her a liar and fraud?
As I've said before, we will sit in this pattern (conversation) until the time comes when an actual report comes out with true gold sales. I can't wait!
1man you claim to know all and you say there is absolutely NO difference. Words are very important, so in return one could simply say you are fraudulent or misleading in your post?
The method of calculating resources and reserves, including the mineral price to be used in calculations are different. This in turn could result in a material difference between resources disclosed in US vs. Canada. Talk to any dual listed company, and they will immediately tell you there is a difference between the two.
The standards applicable to deem a qualified person is different? Not the same would be different right?
While your goal is clearly to create a picture that you want to be seen, you aren't being completely truthful or factual in your own statements in an attempt to sway one "uneducated" investor into your way of thinking. Not going to work. Bottom line, while there is a LOT of similarities between the US and Canada or the rest of the world for that matter, there is also a reason Brent Fields was reading a LOT of letters back in 2016 from companies across the globe, and even letters from the JORC about requests for the US to conform more closely in their changes to the other countries. So again, quit saying there is absoultely no difference as that's false!
If nothing else, free entertainment by some!!! That itself increases the value of this stock lol.
Not sure, but I had fun with it. Also educated myself along the way, so not all was lost :) Oh, and increased my position by another 50K. Moving right along, good at multi tasking.
All we need to confirm the big one is coming is hear from our good ol' buddy Garcia letting us know the mine has been shut down, the Mexican authorities are currently roasting a pig over the shut off valve to the well, and that drones are flying everywhere to prove it while important people are walking the grounds and looking at nothing but dirt.
AMEN to that...
Told the wife I was done, going to sit tight with the 550K...well, she then asked me yesterday why I deposited a few more dollars to the Ameritrade account. Let's just say I said it's all required by the NI 43-101, and it's ok. Long story short, this guy is getting back in the buying game. I tried to sit back, read, and be patient with this stock. Forcing myself recently to do a lot more DD pushed me to buy more stock and hopefully make a LOT more money lol. Let's go MXSG!!!
You state "they utilize the exact same industry standards and guidelines. The EXACT SAME."
However here is a little clip directly from the JORC letter to the SEC in regards to the proposed changes of the SEC 2016. Enjoy...
"However, the overarching issue is that there are significant differences between the Proposed Rules and the CRIRSCO Template and the CRIRSCO family of Codes and Standards as incorporated into the listing requirements of Securities exchanges in Australia, Canada, Chile, Europe, and South Africa. These differences will cause significant variations in both the tonnages and grades of the Mineral Resources and Mineral Reserves being reported and the manner in which they are reported in the USA and the rest of the world. Hence the adoption of Proposed Rules in their present form may result in potential confusion on the part of the investors and may well frustrate the laudable purpose of the effort which has gone into preparing the Proposed Rules."
"Let it go, let it go
Can't hold it back anymore
Let it go, let it go
Turn away and slam the door
I don't care
what they're going to say
Let the storm rage on.
The cold never bothered me anyway"
LOL...
Clearly states my previous points as well. Existing reporting regime for US issuers where they voluntarily prepare technical reports and other disclosures that comply with NI 43-101 or other foreign standards and make such reports available outside their core filed SEC reports. Enough with the opinions.
"The proposed rules, if adopted, would not prohibit a registrant from including supplemental disclosures that are inconsistent with the SEC’s proposed rules in disclosures that are not subject to the proposed rules, such as disclosures on an issuer’s website, in press releases or in SEC submitted documents that are not subject to the SEC’s proposed rules, such as a Form 8-K filed under Regulation FD, or for foreign private issuers a Form 6-K that is not incorporated by reference into a covered form of registration statement. This is consistent with the existing reporting regime for U.S. issuers, under which many U.S. issuers voluntarily prepare technical reports and other disclosures that comply with NI 43-101 or other foreign standards and make such reports available to the public outside their core “filed” SEC reports. As under the existing regime, a registrant seeking to make such supplemental disclosures should assure itself that neither such disclosures nor its SEC filings are misleading."
LOL...
One day I hope we are afforded to all sit in a room and celebrate the huge wins this company brings us! Few people I would love to meet and put a face to the name!
Also amazing what information you can get if you call the security commission of said country directly as well. Too many are trying to bring red flags around the verbiage used, and most non educated investors like myself see fear or panic as MXSG is doing something wrong. Let me tell those same investors reading here, that is not the case. Security commission even stated it's common for other companies in other countries to use the outline and requirements Candada requires when they publish in their countries doing business simply for more complete and detailed reports. A company in a country outside of Canada using the 43-101 guidelines for reporting is NOT uncommon or illegal. Again, no MXSG will NOT be filing in Canada, but they have every legal right to publish and release information specific to the mine using Canada's required guidelines for reporting.
I finally see what's going on here, some people are trying to simply do no more than confuse a normal non educated investor. A lot of questions has been raised about 43-101, I didn't know anything about it so obviously did add some concern but I educated myself and feel fine. However let's start here 1 man, you are completely contradicting yourself.
Post 1:
"No, wrong again. The JV partner on the Los Gatos mine is CANADIAN, and thus required to comply with Canadian law. They prepared the NI 43-101 report."
Post 2:
"There is no such thing as "The 43-101". It is a law, not a thing, which means there is no "43-101 report"."
In your first post, to try to prove your point you state Los Gatos prepared the NI 43-101 report. Your second post you clearly state it's a law not a thing and that there is no report!
Bottom line is MXSG has actually not said anything wrong or unlawful which certain people are pushing for! NI 43-101 is an instrument for Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects within Canada. It's simply a set of rules and guidelines for reporting and displaying information related to mineral properties. The fact that MXSG states they are going to produce a report based off of 43-101 is completely legal as that law is simply the standards required. They can produce an SEC approved report with the details and standards upheld in the Candadian exchange, and publish that information. The simple fact that this is not a report, and simply required standards for one country even more so gives me comfort knowing we are good. MXSG is stating US regulations around reporting and disclosure are more relaxed then Canada, and even though not needed they are going to provide the reporting in a more rigourous detailed fashion that one would get in Canada. Can't argue this anymore, game, set, match!
LOL...
I like this guy!
Don't want to be in the muck!
OJ, 3 1/2 hours north of hopefully the buckets full of gold coming our way :) now would you buy said card or steal it, not sure if you really were rehabilitated?
So basically leave it out all together or specify something along the lines of we will be submitting reports to the levels of detail you see in a 43-101 and there would be no complaints? This reply obviously not just to my man OJ! Still got the RK card :)
Or could it possibly be some are looking into things a bit differently?
NI 43-101 is a rule that governs how issuers disclose scientific and technical information about their mineral projects to the public.
Note taken, you can't file and be held accountable by law to one as we aren't in Canada. I don't remember seeing where it stated they were filing anything in Canada? They are using the drilling program as a basis for an "expanded 43-101 report." It's clear the 43-101 guidelines are much better than the hog wash US ones. Every naysayer has questioned disclosure and facts provided by the company. So why could they not legally utilize the guidelines of that report to create their own report to the public showing the high level of detail and verified facts to prove what's there compared to the minimum expectations required. If they meet all US guidelines, but also provide simply an expanded 43-101 report, how would that be illegal or not follow US rules and regulations? They are simply taking the outline, and completing a more inclusive and detailed report to give to the general public, beyond what US laws require.
I get what everyone is saying, you can't file this report because you aren't Canadian, but I don't read it as that's the intent of what they are doing. Maybe I'm wrong, but if they are saying what I think they are saying, they are basically acknolwedging that when the time comes they will be giving the details in more specific and fact gathered reports by professsionals than what the US requires them to do so as they are going to use the bones of the regulations in which another more strict country requires for this type of disclosure. Is that wrong? If that's the case, that would also explain a little delay in the news as they aren't going to just throw information out there, they are doing it with a higher standard to make sure there is more detailed results and information than minimum US requirements.
Almost directly south of my home, yet a minimal 3 1/2 hour drive. Didn't realize the great opportunity in front of me is also but a stone throw away. Just came back from Laughlin, NV which is also a 3 1/2 hour drive. Thinking the money making south will be then spent north! Excited for continued news to come.
Makes sense from you both, and good clarity. I was trying to read between the lines on some previous posts, obviously off a little lol. Next week, or week after I think good moving forward news coming in the near future. Should be a fun Kick off to 2018!
I like it...this becomes extremely interesting if/when we approach the $1.00 range. I've ran scenario's through my head about what portions I would sell and when to reap a guaranteed profit amount, but you never know what happens when it starts rising. The moment we hit 50 cents I think you see Green daily for a long time to come!
Thanks for the insight all. Any additional is welcome. I agree also, thinking Tuesday will be a PR with small amount of gold sales. Think it will be the start of this mine producing product for profit :) hoping by end of January MarMar is paid all owed, and into the 50/50 split arena.
Using very rough estimates, and let's say with this one property what everyone is hoping for comes true, what does that share price look like? I'm curious if for 2018 let's say everything finally happens that all believers both moderate and max hope for, are we looking for $.50 would be an expected price, or higher/lower. Thanks for insight!
So your saying we have a chance!!! :)
At least the one plus is while you don't approve or agree with a lot of the process or comments, you also aren't completely ruling anything out as the unconventional way they have done things could in fact result in a huge WIN! If/When gold is produced to levels hoping for and expecting by the longs, a lot of people will disappear from this board, but thinking you are going nowhere!
I would disagree with your assessment completely and say at the end of the day you should always be investing in the people of the product. You could have the best product, and still fail if the right people are not in place. Look at Berkshire Hathaway! Take 5 minutes and realize clearly one person took a structured failing business and made it what it is today. If you don't have the right people with the right ability and vision, your product don't mean crap! There are gold mines everywhere. If it weren't for the people in place at MXSG it's very likely most people wouldn't be here. Maybe I don't understand mutual funds, but pretty sure billions of dollars invested in them yet aren't they just investment accounts put together by people? The stocks etc, all known products, so many you couldn't possibly keep up with but yet people invest in a persons ability to make them money. So pretty sure a lot of people make investment choices based off people!
New eyes, new money. If nothing else, some following will be buying once results come out. It won't be at 5 - 7 cents, but they will help get us up to the 20, 30, 40 cents etc.
Give him my number lol...I'm not too far from Mexico, can help make the arrangements :)
The preaching by many is what created 2's instead of 1's. Keep preaching! :)
If it wasn't for the preaching by certain people, I would have sold in September, made 100% return and moved on with my life. Havne't sold a share yet! I have one sell order in at .50 for 50K shares which I believe gets filled in 2018, that makes my wife happy!
August 17, 2012 is the day I bought my very first share in MXSG. The most recent PR's to me personally are the strongest most positive ones of gold truly being produced that I have ready in the last 5+ years.
No way do they build the building, and hire around the clock security to watch dirt! Somewhere along the way, security was talked about as being needed once we got to a point, and I do feel now is the time. 2018 will be a great year I truly believe, I am a believer more today than ever.
I would agree, and thus you would be a category 3. I wouldn't know a study if it slapped me in the face, and sure as hell wouldn't know what it meant lol. You must have the time, but more importantly the understanding and experience to know what you are reading and seeing to be a number 3, none of which I have!
Being in any of these categories aren't a bad thing, it's just reality. But we have 1's and 3's all day long trying to prove a point, when in the end no one will win. No info will ever appease the 1's, unless it's the actual hard facts from a document confirmed by the company. No one will tell the 3's any different, because they have seen enough to truly understand what's going on there, and feel 100% confident in it.
Depends, are my palms sweaty? Possibly my knees weak? Maybe my arms are heavy?
I would still capture it!
I think you always need a devil's advocate, gitreal you are that guy! Not a bad thing, but clearly you either believe or you don't. There is either gold there that can be produced for profit or there isn't. The path taken by MXSG some believe in, and I am one of them. How many mines have spent millions of dollars to find they couldn't continue? Hell Argo spent 500K and time just to bow out, that company took a 750K hit overall just to move on, I'm not about throwing money out the window.
2018 will be a great year, hope one day we all get to meet up and talk about the great things this company has brought us! I heard 8 is buying the first round :) or I guess most of us should buy him a round :)
In your opinion,
To do all the proper studies, how long and how much money would it take? Rough estimate?
One more time...
I have already stated that my response was an exact answer to the question to prove gold is in the ground, which you also just confirmed for me again. Please show me ANYWHERE that I stated there was gold that could be mined for profit? Show me ANYWHERE I said there is gold in the ground at the levels projected?
Feasability study does not change what is in the ground.
Do I agree the studies would give a LOT more light to really what's there? Absolutely.
The thought of them knowing there was no gold, however going through all the work they have for this many years simply to sell stock is silly. Saying they didn't do studies when in reality if they were to do said studies, they would have done them MANY years ago. Why would he sell stock today, when he could have sold a LOT more of it and been filthy rich at .50 then .40 then .30, etc.
Just like people feel there is gold in the ground you feel illegal activity is going on. My question is if you say there is no gold in the ground, and MXSG has to prove you different should I say MXSG hasn't done anything illegal and what you say is false until you prove the legal process has been complete showing MXSG to be guilty of such crimes? Maybe I missed it, has MXSG been proven guilty of illegal activities?
Your opinion doesn't make you wrong, and it doesn't make you right. Just like my opinion that there is gold that will be mined for profit doesn't make me right or wrong, it simply makes it my opinion.
I don't recall the question I orginally answered questioning the amount of the gold, did it? Nope...I answered the question, and you just agreed also with the answer to the very specific question to be true.
Again, we can go round and round on thoughts around how much, or if you can mine it for profit. Until it's proven, people can think they can or people can think they can't. I simply answered a question about prove there is gold in the ground which you also just agreed with as well. Thanks!
