I dont know, but I dont think its a good sign....I hope I'm very, very wrong.
Nope. So am I suppose to believe that "market makers" bought in at .0040 when it moved up a few weeks ago?? Where is that volume??
I'm nervous about getting an announcement by the end of the week. Something would have been leaked by now, our volume would be way up.
we broke .003. I hope it stays here.
8 days to go before we should be getting a PR.
awesome write up, I dont know if someone posted this or not:

If we dont see any movement in the next week, then I wouldnt expect good news.
LOL, wrong
Rock is being precautious, he doesnt have stock holders to answer to.
2 weeks before some kind of announcement will be made. Stock up.
OK guys (and gals) explain some stuff to me. The Season starts in May 2021. I am assuming they will have a draft (not sure when). Can a college kid get drafted by both the NFL and the MLFB. When is the draft?? If memory serves me the draft occurs right after the superbowl?? The kids come into training with the mlfb in March(?) and the mlfb gives them a paycheck, practice equipment all paid for, hotel, meal stipend, etc. They play a 10 game season(?) any playoffs(?). Then they go into the NFL training camp all warmed up. Do kids that were drafted in previous years, who want to get with an NFL team get onto a team as well?
I've blindly went into this investment because I love the idea of being a partial owner of a sports league, but now I'd like to know more details.
Here's something I dont quite understand: MLFB made it sound like the only reason we didnt have a 2020 season was due to Covid. If thats true, then they overcame the financial issue. If they had money lined up for the 2020 season, why wouldnt they have pretty much the same people lined up for the 2021 season. Investors must have understood why we didnt have a season in May of 2020. Anyone want to fill in the blanks for me?? Did we not have the funds back then, I'm just curious. Go MLFB!!!!
I think we'll know ahead of time if they were successful in getting the 3/30 million in the next week or two. If the price goes up inexplicably, thats a great sign its been leaked and people are stocking up. If it stays flat, then we maybe in trouble.
Thats my thinking. I'm just happy to have part ownership of a league, I think it's awesome. Thats why I am fine with waiting for something that may or may never happen.
Id be ecstatic if the league made enough money for next season and to pay off 1/3 of what they owe for this season (so I guess 40 mil). I dont know how the market will play that, but I have to think we'd be around a dime if that happened, but then again I could be wrong.
I'm in until atleast we hit 40-50 cents. It might take years, but I'm willing to wait. What about you?? I'd like to know who holds the biggest positions?? Anyway of getting that info??
If Frank gets the 3 mil then the 30 mil by the end of the year, what will this stock realistically climb up to??
definitely, Cams the man
wont be so great for him
OK, that sounds good.
my small concern is even if they pull this off, they might not have any revenue from ticket sales. While other leagues are fine with that as they are professionals and are getting tv revenues, I'm not sure we could survive without ticketsales. I think it's a great sign all the leagues are finishing a full season by the time we get going.
stop playing games, let this ride!!!
What the Press is Saying about MLFB
MLFB Releases Its 2020-2021 Plans in New Annual Filing
TAMPA, FL / ACCESSWIRE / September 30, 2020 / Major League Football, Inc. (OTC PINK:MLFB) releases its 2020 annual SEC filing, which lays out the league's plans for 2020-2021. It's true, the league has been trying to get the snap off since 2016, but issues with internal management, finances, and the COVID-19 pandemic have caused several delays.
Since being under CEO Frank Murtha's control, however, the business has been steadily picking up.
Murtha saw what happened with the Alliance of American Football. A great design, but poorly planned and rushed. Because of that, he has made sure to not make the same mistakes. The XFL proved the concept that spring football works. And although that league has been bought out of bankruptcy by some heavy-hitters, Murtha doesn't foresee any issues with competition.
Their 2020 season was set to start after the XFL season ended. Which seems to still be the plan going forward. There is plenty of talented football players out there looking for a shot at living their dream. So the pool of athletes to choose from will still be plentiful. There's little doubt about that.
In the documents, the MLFB plan for tryouts and camps to start in their hub located in Lakewood Ranch, FL, December 2020, running through March of 2021. With full-on training camps to commence in April. Of course, this is dependent on the status of the virus, which has slowed everything down within the sport.
Six teams will play the inaugural season in the summer of 2021. The locations of those teams have been strategically chosen based on studies, and a little bit of common sense. They will not be in NFL markets, and since the league will play in the spring/summer, they won't be in MLB markets either.
This is to limit any competition for the fanbase. As well as to give areas who do not have professional sports a team to identify with. Another big reason it's a good idea to plan this way is it allows for the league to limit spending. Big markets mean big leases, big contracts. And the initial plan is to keep the operating budget at $30 million.
The MLFB is a single entity, just like the XFL. The league will own each team, although there will be localized executives running the day-to-day business. This allows the league to have a singleness of purpose, and for young, startup businesses, especially in sports, unilateral control allows for the same results across the board.
It allows for greater parity, more focus on the bottom line, and controls costs across the board. Teams cannot decide they want to inflate a contract of a highly sought after player, only to not be able to pay it, go in debt, and fold. There are legal, and insurance benefits to operating that way as well.
Of course that means both sides of the coin. If the league fails, every team fails. But if teams succeed, the league succeeds. This is also a business model that can be evolved later.
A fan-focused environment in smaller markets also allows the league to keep the consumer costs down. The reported plan is to keep ticket prices at 25% of that of the NFL, merchandise will be less expensive, as will concessions at the stadiums.
The tech they're working on sounds fantastic as well. Integrated fan-experiences through their social media, and mobile apps are to be on par with other professional leagues. They already own all of the equipment the AAF sold in their liquidation process. That includes most of the technology the league used as well.
Spring league football seems to be on the rise. The XFL is back, the A7FL is currently playing, and it seems the MLFB is closing in on the finances needed to begin planning their season.
2021 is stacking up to be an amazing year for football. I for one, cannot wait.

Let me piggyback on my last post. The Rock is the face of the XFL and is his own brand. I was coincidentally on youtube this morning and the rock has a youtube channel and was endorsing Biden and Harris. He is his own brand and he does a nice job doing it. When he speaks, it's news. Frank was always a behind the scene type of guy. A different role. It doesnt mean he cant be as successful as the Rock in this, it means he needs to either be more creative or work harder.
There are ways of getting the word out really inexpensively. For instance you can make your own PR submit it to a website or software(not sure) for 1-200$ and it will submit the PR to something like 25 different media oultlets including AP and UPI. There is a company that will take care of a company's social media for 100/month (called 98 buck social). I dont see any of this stuff happening. It's low hanging things he can take care of. I am sure he's working on the bigger issues like getting the 3 and 30 million dollars.
I think 2 things would be real cool. A partnership with the NFL making us a developmental league for the NFL and/or
The winner of the XFL play a game against the winner of the MLFB. I think that would be good for both leagues.
The thoughts that I have is that either Frank needs to be out there more or hire someone to do PR. We deserve to be updated more frequently. The Rock doesnt even have stock holders to answer to and he's out there. I know it's a big job, but I want him to succeed so badly. It would be good for the sport.
The "Rock" is having a big announcement soon for the XFL. Why can't we have an announcement??
Out of curiosity, how many people own more than 10 mil shares??
I hope I am, too. I'm long on this stock and really want it to fly. I love the low float, but I know people knowledgeable about sports (we all do) and no one has even heard of the MLFB. They aren't doing enough to get the word out and I can't see their pathway to opening day. It concerns me. Since it's a developmental league, I would think a partnership with the NFL would be a great way to go. In baseball there's a partnership between the majors and the minors, why not Football?
how do you figure that it confirms the 30 mil?? To me, it says he is having problems with the initial 3 mil.
can we get a write off for this stock, yet??
just got this in my email:
https://s3.amazonaws.com/sec.irpass.cc/2245/0001640334-20-002335.htm
3 million is just the first step. I believe they are trying to raise 30 million by the end of the year. If they get it, we have a football season and we're off to the races.
IMHO.
Are you all ready for some football??
should be a good sign for us if the NFL goes without a hiccup
any ideas as to what caused yesterdays action??
I'm kind of curious as to why we haven't hit the Break Out Board, yet. We should be tops on the BOB. 64 comments today should be enough to put us in the top 5.
It was fun while it lasted.
