I am long here but they wouldn't be seeking financing if they have plenty of money. If they had "plenty of money" they would have the funds to complete the facilities
Nobody is hostile because of underperforming. Shareholders are hostile because of misleading information and outright lies by the CEO
Back to . 10 soon. Then much higher
Heard a rumor about franchising opportunities in Afghanistan. Taliban rolling out the red carpet for Joey
Nice to see some interest here again
Bishop was just as dirty as the dirty people you mention
You think he works 40 hours a week? What does he do for 40 hours a week when each restaurant has its own manager? No expansion, no franchises, no progress... So what does he do? No way in hell he works 40 hours a week so that makes him a part time CEO as well.
Company is destined for success with 2 part time CEOs and a part time Ops. manager.
Awesome information. Great post
I definitely think we will need a 3rd ceo if they open a 3rd location. Have to keep the CEO to location ratio at 100% at all times
Hopefully all the panic sellers are out now.
Long term holders are supposed to buy more every time there is minor news or it means they have lost confidence? Lol that’s pure nonsense and you know it
Paying manager $65k to run the joint, so can someone please explain exactly what Parsi does to earn a $200k salary? What is Parsi doing above and beyond what a location manager does? Help me understand this.
All signs point to Parsi sitting home collecting a free paycheck paid in full by his shareholders
Lol at using the words "rapidly growing" in that ad. Parsi gonna Parsi
Infuriating. I remember the PR that said they "expect" to announce franchising deals once the offering closes. Wording clearly used to steal money from their own shareholders
Dude that's not cool. No need for nonsense like that
I am beyond ashamed of myself for investing a lot of money here. Awful life lesson to have to experience. There are no words to describe the level of hatred I have for Parsi.
Let's not forget you you adamantly said TMPS didn't have a chance in hell of getting the contract in the first place. You were dead wrong. That alone shows how little credibility you actually have
Stop the nonsense. You're the same guy who was preaching that this was the best investment on the OTC.
Don’t worry about lease payments. You forgot that mall owners love Joey. They have been rolling out the red carpet for him for many years now. They need Giggles foot traffic
Can barely find any information on Veera Hospitality group on the internet
The beast is awakening
The potential here is tremendous if expansion ever takes place. I am very cautiously optimistic
Creeping higher. I like it. Now if it would just creep up to 25 cents again, I would be a very happy camper
I hope it hits $1 before any major news.... Then KABOOOOOM!!!!!
Love the way this is trading
WTF!!!
Wow heavy dumping. What's going on here?
Very clear at this point that Joey will just milk this thing for his salary for as long as possible. No intent to expand. He's just stringing shareholders along
I would love for someone to legitimately explain what Parsi does on a day to day basis to earn his salary? If he has a COO and each location has a manager, what does he do? Must be nice to sit at home and collect a fat paycheck.
Disgusting how he and Phil have mislead and deceived investors. I expect nothing less from Parsi, but Phil still surprised me a bit.
Serious accumulation going on here. Upside potential is tremendous
Looking good here. I'm locked and loaded
Amazing that Parsi is actually going to get away with all the lies designed to lure shareholders into participating in the offering. It is nothing short of an outright bold and blatant theft. If the SEC doesn't punish him, I certainly hope karma does.
Bought some cheapies today. Thank you
Seems pretty cheap right now
Phil seems to be a reputable business man. I still can't understand why he would go along with Parsi shenanigans and lies.
Why would he permit Parsi to name him as CEO when he knew he wouldn't have time for it?
Nice to know our CO CEO is working on so many other projects. GIGL is probably 1% of his focus
Parsi scratching his head as to why this didn't skyrocket on the record Q
Oh yes. The old red carpet rollout that's not actually a red carpet rollout. We know we know. Parsi has told us 100 times about this red carpet for years
GIGL Management has also successfully lied to and misled potential investors and their own shareholders on numerous occasions. Almost too many to count at this point.
Can you explain why a successful business owner would need to do that?
Unfortunately he doesn't need to be careful. If the SEC were looking in to him they would have already nailed him on the numerous blatant lies he has told to shareholders in previous PRs.
Since he has gotten away with so much already, he feels he's untouchable. SEC is unfortunately useless in this case
