I agree Mike. I've had the pleasure of meeting Dave on one occasion and I do call him once in awhile to see how things are going. Dave is on the up and up and is trying to build a business that we will all be more proud of each day.
I truly believe our patience will pay off.
I bought a bunch of shares this morning at .15. I have to believe Dave and the gang didn't go to Sonoma this weekend to drink the wine.
Nice pictures on the MSEP website of this past weekend in Sonoma.
Should be a very fun second half of the year. I think our patience will be rewarded.
Yea it is hard to beat the chin but you guys have that chemistry which can work. Leno has the bandleader, you have Goldman.
So what do you guys think. Is Wachholz going to be able to penetrate the brake fluid market? Will Dave be able to utilize Andretti Green Racing to market this?
What I like about the deal with Wachholz is that if he doesn't cover his marketing costs his commission drops to 2% from 10% and we can cancel at the end of 5 years. Not much cost exposure there for the Company. If the brake fluid takes off then Wachholz makes alot of $ and so does MSEP.
The deal is a win-win for both parties IMO.
I still say you two should think about taking Leno's spot when he is on vacation.
Hey thanks guys for making this board entertaining. It beats Jay Leno.
The commercial is on MSEP's website. Go to the Investor's relations section and it is there.
My guess is Luyendyk Sr and Jr. on the commercial and GS 610 logo on the Andretti Green racing teams cars.

Viking it's all good from now on. Some of us have been very patient with this Company and I believe, that this patience will pay off for us. It takes awhile to build a strong Company and we are making headway in the right direction.
Second half of the year should be very interesting for those that can wait.
Brama: I must say this is a nice reduction in operating costs eliminating a Marketing Manager whose job for the current structure of MSEP can be handled by by Dave and Rhonda.
What Marketing were we getting for the costs we were paying up to date?
Nice post Mimurray. I couldn't agree with you more.
I agree Colorado about Craig. Very cooperative fellow.
Maybe we can get our logo on there.
Hey Goldman, I think we agree.
Non-Nascar market/Best price/quality and delivey and yes whatever exposure we can get to get our name out should get us revenues. The goal is to be the best in this market
Nascar Market- Slow and steady. If good opportunity presents itself then we should react. Don't over extend.

Hi Goldman,
In my experience if you try to gain all of the marketshare of a large Company such as Action all at once, you may get noticed by them.
If you nip at them slowly, they may not notice until it matters.
JMHO
No problem Goldman. Mark this post. We as shareholders must demand that we are the best. We have to compete don't we. Give them the best price/quality and delivey and I am sure we will win. In the long run that equals shareholder value.
Go MSEP
Goldman, Who do you want to get the attention of?
What don't you agree with about the Non-Nascar. I mentioned Best product, best price and best delivery. What can they do better?
For me, I expect this of MSEP. From speaking with Mark and Dave, so do they.
Thanks Mac, I agree with you. This is much more fun than blackjack.
I like my odds with this one.
Goldman, my opinion on this is slightly different. Take a look at Action Performance and their Die Cast business. To my knowledge they are losing $ from the press releases I have seen. Why, they grew too quickly and made some bad decisions on how to manufacture and distribute. They spent $$$$'s buying the tooling to make these cars and then realized they also had to spend $$$$'s to sponsor the drivers whose cars they were selling. Bottom line is they got in too deep. They are now restructuring to try and save this.
What can MSEP do. Be the best in the non- Nascar market. They subcontract and don't have to worry about tooling costs. Sell a good product, for a good price and good delivery. I think they are making alot of headway with this. Check the EBay and they are getting 10+ bids on each item, the market is there.
Regarding NASCAR, slowly nip at Action Performance. Go slow into this. If we can get 10%, this will be huge revenues for MSEP. Try to get too much and you get Action's attention.

Hi Mac, Quite frankly I never played a penney in my life before this one. I subscribed this year to get emails regarding form 4 buying. I noticed a sub penney form 4 buy that Keaveney had made with MSEP. I checked his background and noticed that the guy has intelligence and appeared to be involved with children and fundraising. I also noticed he wanted to focus on Motorsports one of the fastest growing spectator sports and distance himself from the Gaming (Ten Stix).
With all of that said, I just had the feeling that this may turn into something.
Mac it could happen. We all know that the first qtr revenues may be in the $100K range. That could scare some people to sell off as it isn't on pace with the $1M to $5M revenue projection. We also know that the second qtr. revenues will be substantially above that as we have added some new revenue streams amd an EBAy site generating a very good volume and exposure. We also know that there is more revenue streams to come and that we have the next generation of legendary drivers on our team (Andretti, Luyendyk and Foyt (not yet but I predict we have him soon).
So as the saying goes "hold em or fold em".
Viking,
I think the objective is to get volume and exposure on the EBAY site. They are selling items that probably woulndn't move on just the ScaleCar site and I am sure they are still making margin on what they are selling on EBAY.
Overall I think the EBAY site is a big positive for us.

Mimurray I have heard that Herta received a cash deal of under $40G paid over the year. A bargain for sure.
Was there any mention in the 10K about what Herta's deal is? I remeber seeing Arie Sr. and Jr. but not Herta.
Just curious if his deal is the same?
I agree with you Mike. There are many reasons financial reports get delayed. I am not too worried about it unless the delay is due to non payment of fees or the Promissory note that is due.
I was just reading September 30 10Q that MSEP (Ten Stix) has an obligation with the audit firm A.J Robbins to pay off the prior year audit fees over a 6 month period ending March 30, 2005. This obligation came about due to prior management of Ten Stix not paying the fees for the prior year 10K.
Anyway we all know that this Company is heading in the right direction and there are always ups and downs when starting up a business.
Scalecars this is very good news regarding having a storefront on EBAY. I've been waiting to see when this would occur as this is an excellent way to get a market audience and volume buildup on items that may be more slow moving in inventory.
Still holding strong.
