While there has been huge selling there has also been huge buying at these levels. I think this has a lot of potential but explain being undervalued. Have you looked at the financials?
The company is producing a movie "Audition, a remake of the 1999 Japanese movie. I don't know what stage of production they are in.
What do you base that on?
That was one thought I had. I hate raising money this way. It not only dilutes the shareholders but when the few who could get in this deal sell immediately it kills the stock. These deals are only open to "qualified investors" so the investors who believe in the stock don't get a chance to get more stock at these attractive levels.
Someone is selling a TON of stock. I have been checking to see if there has been insider selling but don't find any. Anyone have an idea where all this stock has come from?
The Ohio vote was a vote against wealthy people having a monopoly in growing the product. Many mj supporters voted against this. I would have voted no also.
I never knew anyone who could accurately chart a penny stock. They are a different animal.
Get ready boys I'm coming in!
Looks like a great deal! Any idea what the gross profit is of the $550? Income from royalties is the best kind of income there is.
Never buy into a new reverse merger. Surna is still suffering from that stigma.
The result kof hype to take advantage of the exuberance of mj being ok'd in co and wa. It was similar to the dot com bubble.
There is also another factor with a stock like this and that is the hype factor. I have seen stocks like this make big moves from a positive article or mention of it on a news report. I think the move from about .06 to . 25 came from an article on SEEKING ALPHA in Aug.
I have maintained for a long time that excessive shorting drives p
eople out of th0e market and that is not good. This year I have seen more shorting than ever it seems to me. When a stock makes a move of any kind the shorts are there immediately. There isn't enough follow through buying and to an extent that could indicate an overbought situation.
Everything I own and everrything I am watching is down today. There is profit taking , and short selling. Buyers have to be motivated with positive news and a positive outlook. But it just comes down to more sellers than buyers.
That is why I bought the stock. I look for what I consider a turnaround situation. That is where I have made a lot of money. As for credibility, I don't think they would have gotten 6the contracts they have so far if this doesn't work.
I read the piece and there is some truth and some speculation. One truth I know is about the paid pr. A co. called Broadstreet got me on their mailing list and I looked into MGNA after getting the tout from them. I started buying at .92 and kept buying up tp 1.18. I don't think that MGNA is phony but a piece like this can work its magic for a short time. That is reality. If this process didn't work I don't think these contracts with the Navy would have happened.
It would make sense to start a company or spin off? that would concentrate on getting contracts with every hog farm and feed lot in the country. If I were a young man I would be in contact with Magnegas right now.
The BIG problem hog farms have is what to do with the manure. The odor is horrendous! I know of of hog farm that was closed down because of this problem.
It is fine If you are trading for small percentages but when you have things shaping up like this IMO it isn't wise. I originally got in this stock for a trade and was up $5000 in a few days. I was going to sell until I found out more and bought more.
Not much of a dip s0o far. I cant see why anyone wouldh sell aft this point. I have a very nice profit in just 3y weeks but see much more from here. There will be short selling, always is, but do you want to sell?
With all that has been announced and what looks like is on the horizon you would have to be crazy to sell now. I am still a buyer and have recommended it to all my old clients I can locate.
That is the best position to be in. As I said in an earlier post I only became aware of MNGA about 3 weeks ago now. I don't know anything about management and that is really important at this juncture. They have done everything well so far.
This company continues to make announcements and appears to be ready to explode as the word gets out. I was thinking $2 but now I am start to think $20. I have been around the market for 45 years and rarely have I seen a stock with so much potential.
It is nice to think that this stock would go to a dollar but the reality is the percentage og continuing revenue growth to achieve that level is not there. If this stock would hit a strong .30 bid I would be content.
You are right. When they announce growth and start showing a profit the stock will make big moves. Stocks like this are the best situation for an investor to make a lot of money. Two weeks ago I started buying a stock at a little less than a dollar. Since then they have been announcing new deals almost daily and thee stiock closed Fri. with a strong $1.25 bid. They will be announcing great earnings for the last quarter and I look for thre stock to' make a strong run from that. When these companies turn the corner it canbe "Katie bar the door".
A wide spread usually indicates low volume. MMs are there to make money. If there is slow volume a MM might hit some bids and then go low offer. A trader for the MM gets paid a percentage of the trading desk/ profits. It is as simple as that. Generally they don't like or dislike a stock.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/There is nothing illegal about how wide a spread is. There are multiple MM's and they mostly set there prices by where they buy or sell stock. If someone hits their .10 bid they lower their bid to say .09 if they don't want to buy any more stock at that price. They also lower there offer price hoping to sell that position at say .11 and make a penny a share on the stock. This goes on all day long with all the MMs, They can sell short of course but they can take the chance of a large amount of buying coming in and the stock moving up before they can cover. This is sometimes calkled a "short squeeze".
Another facet that hasn't been touched on very much is the ability to enter the commercial greenhouse market that is producing vegetables.
I am a retired stockbroker and I can tell all of you that this company looks real to me, not hype. You have to be very wary of stocksin this price range but when you find one that is increasing revenues like this you have to jump on it. I bought more today.
My 45 years experience tells me that if they continue at the pace I am seeing this stock has $2 written all over it within a year.
I agree. I bought 20,000 shares in the last 10 days and I am going to buy mlore. The more I find out about this co. the more I like it.
You will probably get your chance today. With no follow through on buying the stock/ will drift lower.
I wonder why.
I just discovered this co. about 2 weeks ago, liked what I saw and bought 10k shares. I will be doubling down next week and see what happens from there. Seemns to be a lot of news right now.
52 week high .94. I would buy if I thought this had a prayer of ever seeing a third of that. The trouble with a co. like this iss that the stock never stops coming.
WATCHED FOR 10 DAYS NOW. i AM NOT OUT, NEVER GOT IN. MAY BE A DIP FOR YOU, A BAD SIGN FOR ME.
I WAS LOOKING AT BUYING THIS STOCK. I WOULD HAVE TO NUTS. WAS TOLD CO. WAS DOING GREAT. ALL I HAVE SEEN IS SELLING. I HAVE BETTER PLACES TO PUT $20,000.
Yeah, and at the same time he dilutes shareholders by using the company as a piggy bank for his friends and relatives.
Can some tell me if there is a retail firm making a mkt in SRNA?
