They run a recycled water system, most of the water used for steam is collected and reused. Keep trying tho
When your mapping out your property, it helps to find the survey markers lol , because as u can imagine someone was out wandering thru the hot dusty Texas heat for no reason at all
I never said the deal is complete, it's still being surveyed. That is also part of the permitting process. Can't skip from step 1 -20
Please find me something you search that shows you CURRENT information
You'll get the banks name when they submit the engagement letter
He has 28 billion from Chinese investors, the fed government had said they would put up 10 as long as it was good for the province and country. Black was to put up the 5 million himself.
Maple assets and the refinery as collateral. The man here in Canada had the Chinese back him , as they wanted all the refined product. David black is the mans name, Kitimat clean is the project, only obstacle has been the local and federal government, which is a far cry from oil friendly Texas.
If he gets the permits, which are the single biggest obstacle, people will throw money at him, refineries print money. Who wouldn't invest, as I stated before a new refinery here in Canada had an investment bank raise 28 billion for a new massive clean refinery.
As much as u can afford to risk, your and mine could be millions of miles apart.
The investment bank will find backers, guy here in Canada had them find 28 billion
Yep don't be surprised if the Mexican government gets involved, china is a huge importer, and they put up 28 billion for one of our Canadian refineries in exchange to get all of the product first
Yep pending is good, the banks will put forth an offer, they will negotiate terms and go from there
Exactly, then hanks purchased all of their stuff for pennies
Hate to tell you but investments banks rounded up 28 billion for a Canadian refinery. 450 million, drop in the bucket
Here ya go, basically the engagement letter is a contract with the investment bank(s) to find investors for the project, if the get the money together they get paid a specified amount for rounding up the money

Funny how quickly they will shoot down ANYONES opinion, regardless of credentials
Morningstar with a quant value of .83 is interesting.
Seeing as Texas had lighter oil than is here in Alberta I even doubt there's much condensate being mixed into your pipelines there
They won't purchase condensate lol, condensate is a bi product of drilling and refining , it's a form of natural gas. They may sell condensate or even use it to fuel the heaters
No , not at 50k BPD
And even more with the higher cost of fuel
Average 6-8 dollars bbl
Depends on what the commission wants to know ahead of time.
If they get permits, people will thro money at them hand over fist
Having a supplier doesn't mean you can make more money than you can produce .
Ok I'm a long holder from the 00's but a 25 billion market cap is a little over the top, unless they upgrade to a 450k BPD production
This is a completely false statement, mmex is getting assets to use to borrow money, debt, not equity's
In September, Mexico's imports of U.S. fuel surged to a monthly record of about 960,000 bpd, according to the EIA. The average for the year-to-date is around 820,000 bpd.
Most of the exports are seaborne, but rail firms have also benefited with a sharp rise in volumes shipped over the border on trains, according to the Association of American Railroads.
Just so you know, a very wealthy newspaper business man here in Canada plans to build a refinery, he got 28 billion in private financing , he put off environmental study because he needed time to come up with the 5 million the federal government wanted, and u think hanks will pull 450 mill from u see his mattress? And last I could see that guy was making nearly a billion dollars a year
Wow you really stretching now lol
The government taxes oil silly, not sure what planet u live in , SA doesn't tax their oil, is shale oil at about $6.50 per bbl
Notice the first step, meetings with the permitting authority
Yes, it's a long process. Permits will be the most difficult part of this entire project
There's lots of work and planning before they actually get filed.
Permits are in the works , they met with the commission and are preparing to file
Your right they tax the shit out of it, your pretty far off from whatever point your trying to make
Us cost 20-23 bbl, SA, $9 bbl
Cost of production has little to do with mmex, SA had the lowest if not the lowest cost of production in the world anyhow
SA had one of the lowest costs of production when it comes to oil, it's so light, u could pump it out of the ground and almost put it in your car
Oh, another iron ore pump
