Apparently just had a sale of 9,998 shares @ .0001!! Talk about manipulation....
Thanks, billy, also suspicious (to me, at least) is the quote on the pink-sheet statement (in the upper left-hand corner of the statement) that reads .001 instead of .0001. Do you see what I mean?
Tr, this 'prepaid', 'loaded', 'mvno' thing SOUNDS GREAT. As I've posted in the past, I do not even have a cell phone, but if I can get one that comes 'preloaded' and I don't have to worry about signing up with a carrier, I could just get one at 'LOW COST' from Hop-on and KEEP IT IN THE CAR to call work or whomever if I am stuck in a traffic jam (which seems to be most of the time, lately)... thanks for post, dc...
Wistock, it sounds like 'publicity agent', lol....
Entirely, what if it is HOP-ON, itself, that is buying up these shares. What would you think of management, then?????
Wistock, I liked Billy's choice to 'handle investor relations', lol....
So, even, though the last pink sheet is dated 05/05/2005, the 3.5 billion count is 2 months old????
Thanks, ms, if it is naked short selling that we have been witnessing, as of late, then my appologies to Hop-on for 'thinking' that the HUGE increase in volume, as of late, was due to 'more' dilution. To prevent such misinterpretation in the future, however, it seems expediant to ALWAYS allow the t/a to give out o/s count to inquiries. Maybe this is a way for the SEC to prevent (or recognize) naked short selling in the future.
Thanks, tr, I wonder why the t/a was not allowed to say so????
Wow!!! See message 55174 (by Skycowboy) on RB. Per pink sheet dated 05/05/2005 there ARE STILL only 3.5 billion shares o/s. With 2 billion shares traded per day, therefore, it seems that it MUST BE naked short selling of shares that is causing such high volume. Thanks, Billy, I think it has been through your efforts that this info has become available.
Link for free Motorola phone offer is http://www.cingular.com/phone_offer_main?id1=new_concept_V4
On AOL right now, Cingular is offering a 'FREE' Motorola V180 cell phone that retails @ $69.99 in return for signing a two year agreement with Cingular. The offer is good for three days only on the Cingular websit.
Have been told that Hop-on as a 'pink' sheet company can simply 're-authorize' ANOTHER ten billion to sell, and continue on 'in the same manner' without batting an eye....
Really weird 'readings' on Charles Schwab web site. At bottom of screen I have 'QUICK' quote service, and at top of screen I have 'regular' quote service. 'Usually' the quick quote is the more 'updated' quote, but right now I show '832 mil' volume with quote @ .0002 on 'bottom' window as of 11:32, while top window shows '982 mil' volume with quote @ .0002 as of 11:32; a difference of 150 million....
If there are 'no' financials 'before' the imminent reverse split, then it is doubtful that there would be any buyers for it at the revised price. MUST see financials BEFORE split to maintain its SUPPORT BASE (ie., the average-downers). jmo, dc
I suspect Hop-on has an 'intangible' asset called 'goodwill' that may not be included in its net worth as far as its pink-sheet valuation is concerned. The goodwill being that its products can be purchased for less than same for Motorola and Nokia, etc. It is this 'intangible' asset that keeps the company alive and supported by us average-downers, imo. Speaking of 'intangible' assets, it sounds like your friend bought a 'Delorean' automobile, and the fact that it was built by John Delorean who passed away last month after 'much notoriety' will, in itself' increase its value considerably.
Yes, MG, and the other good news is that an investor, like myself, who 'averages down' cannot go 'any lower' to continue doing so. In other words, this POS has FINALLY stablized; at least for me, lol....
Ha! Good to see you're still around, MG...
Have seen the name 'Demisse' mentioned in a posting or two, but otherwise know nothing about him, drone. Am unable to find anything on Mike DeMartini, but, it seems I was told that he is the big guy, with the Van Dyke beard (and no hair) that you see at (outside of) the booth, all the time, on the trade show camera (live coverage) shots.
Yes, the number referred to by David Pasquale (of the Ruth Group) to get answer to my 'auditing' question is the same number listed on the 'Contact Us' web page. It is 949-756-9008; and the number you will be referred to if you call transfer agent and ask questions is that of David Pasquale of the Ruth Group; it is 646-536-7006; and the 'original' number I called to ask the transfer agent the o/s is 702-317-7757. Would suggest anyone calling to get 'any' info, to go directly to 949 number first. In meantime, will try to determine Mike DeMartini's title. I remember reading his name in a posting here or on RB.
Afraid you're right, Mathias, I did get a call while the computer was down from someone asking for 'Johnny' and I told him, "You must have the wrong number, there is no one here named 'Johnny'; and the person said okay and hung up. Afterwards, I thought that maybe it was Hop-on and that the voice-mail and or secretary had gotten my name screwed-up; I don't know. Any way, the phone number I was given by David Pasquale seems to be where everyone will be referred to who tries to get answers, elsewhere. It is the phone number for Mike DeMartini and it is his secretary apparently who will answer at his absence. Her name is Janie. Is it legal to give out phone numbers on a public forum like this??? If so will post here, otherwise will look for number on Hop-on web page to confirm.
I just talked to David Pasquale of the Ruth Group and asked him if he could tell WHO was auditing Hop-on and he said that the last financials were dated 2002, but otherwise was unable to tell me WHO was auditing Hop-on. David then told me to call Mike DeMartini, which I did, but he was 'in a meeting' per his secretary (?), Janie, and she had me leave a message on voice-mail to Mike, which I did, and she said he would probably call me right after the meeting. Will let board know if he does, and if he is able to tell me WHO is auditing Hop-on. All I'd like to know is if it is a CPA firm, the State of California, the State of Nevada or the SEC? Will also try and confirm if current rumor that financials will not be out until year end is valid. dc......
I just talked to Anne Maddalon (Don Maddalon's wife) and asked what the o/s count for Hop-on is; and she told me that she was unable to give out that information because Hop-on was 'being audited'. I then asked her is she could tell me 'WHO' was auditing Hop-on and she said that I would have to call Hop-on itself on that. I then asked her if Don Maddalon, himself, was in the office and she said yes and that's when she told me she was Don's wife. Has it ever been determined WHO is auditing Hop-on?????
Now THAT is averaging-down, Entirely, good luck on your decision, dc.....
I just caught my buy in of 500,000 @ .0001 (all or none)......
Some GOOD tech news: CIENA coming back... Up 20 cents today
Tried to put in order for 1 million buy, fourrwinns, but broker limits bid to 999,999 for some reason, so am sticking with 500,000 for time being. Joker on RB has been unable to buy 15 mil @ .0001 this week, as well......
On RB, it was suggested that all shares that were sold @ .0001 were sold to 'financiers' who will turn around and sell them @ .0002, which sounds plausible to me. I, for one, have had a buy order in all week for 500,000 @ .0001 (all or none), but did not catch. Would not be surprised if remainder of 10 bil a/s meet (or have met) similar fate.... jmo, dc....
Sorry, 10 'BIL'.....
Apparently not, akula, due to 'all' 10 mil authorized having been dumped?????
E-mailed integrity this morn, asking for current o/s, but thus far no reply. Also, 'no-catch' on 500,000 shs @ .0001. Also, wistock, msitf, apparently is DILUTING as well to pay for kits to send to Nigeria, BEFORE cash advance... jmo, dc....
Great 'consolidation' of info on Hop-on, tr, but on Telcel site I see only 'one' phone, the 1806.....
Good to hear, lou, as for myself, I am going to see this thing through to the very end. I have had a lot of fun (as well as frustration) with this stock, ESPECIALLY, after finding all the unique personalities that I came upon on these boards. I cancelled my last buy order @ .0001; but, what the heck, for $50 plus broker's fee, will try and average down AT THE VERY BOTTOM, as well......
Thanks, Billy, everyone on RB seems to have 'headed for the exits', as they say, just because it closed at .0001 with 750 mil shares exchanged, and yes, most of that 750 mil seemed to have been exchanged 'after' close. We all suspected this day was near, and now that it has occurred, it seems that 'that' was all most were waiting for'. It is hard to believe that after 'all' of the volumes of postings on these boards that everyone would just 'pack up and leave' now, without seeing this thing through to its end and/or 'rise from the ashes' as they say. Perhaps they want everyone to think that they 'sold out' before it hit bottom, but, more than a few, I suspect, have a million or two put aside JUST IN CASE......
Thanks, Billy, an s-8, I suspect, is a form of bankruptcy? I now have 2.5 million shares valued @ $250, plus have a bid in for another 500,000 @ .0001. Am still curious (if nothing else) as to what will now happen regarding there increase and/or decrease in value, and of course, if Hop-on will survive (in another form?) or die. Therefore, intend to get SOME VALUE out of this POS, one way or another. I hope all the other posters will be sticking around as well.
The 'stock' is dead, but not the company. To get more capital (to survive) it needs to 'now' reverse split it's stock; isn't that correct; or is it now too late for even a reverse split to save it? It's the 'individual' stock 'value' that is almost worthless, in other words, but the company itself 'still' has value. Am I not correct here?
Thanks, billy, and who/or what is doing the selling apparently is willing to sell to the 'small' investor, like myself, @ .0002; whereas, the bigger investor can only pick it up @ .0003, that is if I have read the boards correctly. Anyway, have not heard of 'anybody' on the boards catching it at the .0001 level; that is, 'as of yet'.
I, for one, entirely, bought another 500,000 shares @ .0002; but on RB they are claiming the MM's bought 'most' of the 538 million @ .0001; but, that is not possible, because I show lowest sale at .0002. Again, I think it is current shareholders, like myself, who are averaging down that are buying.
Great news, thanks, entirely......
Is it not possible that the dilution is 'set' to end around June10? At the 'current' rate of dilution it seems that 'all' ten billion a/s will have been dumped by about that date. Just a thought, dc....
